Peak season dates book months ahead, above all for weddings, and pricing is demand-based, so book early. Need it this week? Our emergency reserve is ready to go out at a moment’s notice. No one unit is ever guaranteed, so call as soon as you have a date. Call (818) 593-0069 or request a quote and we will size the trailer to your Long Beach dates.
The preferred name for accessible portable restroom rentals across Long Beach
A school district or a city crew can put our trailer on a public site and know the accessible room is already covered, which is the whole idea. Long Beach has a lot of public ground in motion, including the Civic Center rebuild, a long modernization at Long Beach Poly, a concourse project at the airport and a multi-year rail program at the port. When a building restroom closes for a remodel, visitors who use wheelchairs still need a ramp and a wide door on day one, and the site manager should not have to chase any of it. We deliver the unit stocked, set it level with a clear path, and service it on a schedule. After years of placing trailers at open houses, city events and long remodels, the first thing we check is the route from the accessible parking space to the ramp. Call us, or send a quote request and tell us the date and the place.
What sets our accessible trailers apart on a Long Beach site
A ramp that comes with the trailer
The ramp is self-contained on every ADA unit, so there is nothing extra to order or build on site. It unfolds in minutes at the door.
We plan the path, not just the pad
A ramp only helps if the route to it is firm and clear. We ask about grass, gravel, sand and curb cuts before the trailer leaves.
Stocked and serviced for you
Supplies are stocked, rooms are cleaned and tanks are handled on a schedule. The host does not carry the restroom job on top of the event.
Sizing help from real head counts
Give us your crowd and your permit language and we match the unit. We start from peak head count and the share of guests who need accessible rooms.
Real rooms, not plastic boxes
Flushing china toilets, sinks and a bright interior in a gel-coated fiberglass trailer, and guests in formal clothes or with a walker feel the difference.
Waterfront know-how
More than a third of Long Beach is water. We know why a trailer sits on the paved lot beside the sand with a firm path to the beach, not on the beach itself.

“Our backyard reception had my grandmother and two cousins in wheelchairs. The ramp was already on the trailer and the staff walked me through where it should sit. Everything inside was spotless.”

“Friendly and professional from the first call. They sized the trailer for our parish festival and had it set before the first tent went up.”

“I saw one at an event a few weeks before and booked one for my cousin’s graduation party. Guests of every age could use it, and nobody had to climb stairs.”
Brands that call us, and the sites we serve for them
Large companies book us again and again because the accessible room we send has grab bars, room to turn a wheelchair and the same finish as the rest of the order. Teams at Google, Tesla, Mercedes and the Golden State Warriors rent from us, and the same service reaches race weekends and public sites in Long Beach.

Around Long Beach we regularly work with event producers running festivals and race weekends, school and city facilities offices on public sites, as well as families and planners hosting weddings with guests of every age.
The reason those bookings repeat is simple. The accessible room is the one a guest notices most when it is missing, so it has to be clean, stocked and easy to reach every day of the job. That is how every unit is run, and it is the standard behind every Long Beach booking.
The ADA trailer lineup, from the Single-Station combo to the seven-room ADA + 6
Long Beach sites are often right on the water or on busy downtown streets, so we plan the ramp and the route before we plan the trailer.

Our accessible lineup runs from the Single-Station ADA Shower and Restroom Combo to the seven-room ADA + 6 Restroom Trailer. Every one has a self-contained ramp, so the trailer arrives ready for a wheelchair, a walker or a stroller without a separate ramp kit.
The ADA + 2 Restroom Trailer has a women’s room, a men’s room and a unisex ADA room, and it suits events up to about 200 guests or job sites up to about 30 crew. The ADA + 6 adds more rooms for larger crowds and works for events and sites up to about 300 guests. Both carry two 120 V 20 A circuits.
For multi-day stays, the ADA + 2 Private Shower Trailer has two standard shower rooms and one ADA shower room for about 50 users, and the Single-Station combo gives one person a toilet with grab bars, a roll-in shower with a seat and wand, and an ADA sink. These two fit relief sites, camps, film sets and teams, while social events get the restroom trailers.
What every ADA room comes with
Self-contained ramp
Our ADA restroom and shower trailers arrive with their own ramp and handrails, so there is no separate ramp to rent or build on site.
Roomy accessible stall
A unisex ADA room with grab bars and a china toilet, sized for a wheelchair to turn.
Accessible shower option
Our ADA shower units add a roll-in shower with a seat, a hand wand and hot and cold controls.
Heat and air conditioning
Climate control in every trailer, so the room is comfortable in July or January.
Runs with or without hookups
Onboard fresh and waste tanks, with a generator staged when the site has no power.
Serviced and stocked
We deliver it stocked and come back to pump, restock and clean on longer jobs.
Matching ADA restroom trailers to the size of the job
Our accessible lineup runs from a single-station ADA combo to a seven-station ADA + 6 restroom for a 300-guest event. Tell us the guest or crew count and whether you need showers, and we will size it.

Wheelchair-accessible restroom rentals for weddings and receptions

A wedding brings the oldest and the youngest guests to the same lawn. Grandparents, a cousin in a wheelchair, kids in dress shoes and a bridal party in formal wear all use the same restroom, and a backyard reception in Belmont Heights, Naples or Bixby Knolls rarely has a ground-floor bathroom with a wide door and a ramp.
The ADA + 2 Restroom Trailer fits a reception up to about 200 guests, and the ADA + 6 handles a bigger celebration at a venue. Inside are real flushing china toilets, real sinks and good lighting, so guests are not stepping out of the party into a plastic box. The ramp lets a guest roll straight in.
Narrow streets are the Long Beach wrinkle, since Naples is an island of canals and Belmont Shore has tight blocks with permit parking. We ask for a photo of the street and the side yard, then confirm where the trailer can sit and where the tow vehicle turns around.
If the reception is at a hall, a garden or a historic site, tell us the water and power setup. The trailer runs on hookups or on its own onboard tanks, and we will say plainly which one your site needs.
Booking ADA restroom trailers, step by step
Booking should be the easy part of running a site. Four steps, a straight answer, and one team that owns the whole thing.
Share the basics
Dates, head count and the spot where the ADA trailer will go. A rough count is fine to start.
We pick the size and the spot
A few photos of the spot help. We look at access, power and water, then lock in the unit and the date.
We deliver and set it up
We arrive on your schedule, level and set the ADA trailer, connect it and stock it so it is ready before the first person needs it.
We keep it clean, then haul it away
We come back on schedule to service it, and haul it away when the job wraps.
Permits and accessibility rules for temporary restroom trailers in Long Beach
Temporary facilities open to the public follow the federal 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design, and California adds its own building standards on top. Our units meet federal ADA requirements and California accessibility standards. The federal rules are posted at ADA.gov, and the U.S. Access Board publishes the technical guidelines at access-board.gov.
Events over 200 people go to the city’s Special Events and Filming office first, and the city’s guidance asks for applications at least 60 days ahead. Races need a route map and commercial liability insurance, and events on the sand or the marinas go through the Parks, Recreation and Marine department. Ask the permit office how many accessible units your permit needs, and send us that number.
Counts vary by city and county, and no single percentage works everywhere. A safe plan has at least one accessible unit at every location and more for large crowds. We size from your permit and your head count, then confirm the placement before delivery.

The Long Beach access details we take care of
- ADA restroom and shower trailers with a self-contained ramp, handrails, grab bars and a roomy unisex stall.
- Guidance on placing the ramp on a level, firm path that guests can reach.
- Water and power sorted before delivery, with a generator staged when the site has none.
- Licensed and insured on every unit we put on the road.
One thing we always say plainly: venues, agencies and city permits can have their own rules on accessible facilities and placement. Tell us the site and we will plan around them, and confirm any permit requirements with the venue as well.
The service behind every one of our ADA trailers

Our crew sets the ADA trailer, connects it, and checks it before anyone uses it. If the site has no water or power, we stage what it needs.
Longer Long Beach bookings get regular service visits, so the unit stays clean from the first day to the last.
ADA trailer rentals for Long Beach parks events and agency permits

Public sites get the most accessibility questions and have the least room for surprises. A city parks event at Rainbow Lagoon Park, for example, needs an accessible room that works well from the very first morning of setup.
Long Beach Poly shows how this plays out on a school campus. The modernization covers eight historic buildings and a new career and technical education building, with completion slated for December 2027. Programs move around campus while buildings are closed, and visitors who use wheelchairs still arrive for sports days and end-of-year ceremonies, so a trailer with a ramp holds that gap.
We are registered to work with public agencies, and we handle the delivery, setup, stocking and pickup so the facilities office does not. Our Los Angeles luxury accessible restroom trailers follow the same pattern for city and county customers, so a team that crosses the county line gets the same service.
For longer public jobs, such as a shelter or a relief site, the Single-Station combo and the ADA + 2 Private Shower Trailer add a roll-in shower and ADA shower room. Tell us how many people and how many days, and we size the set.
What renting ADA restroom trailers saves you

A few choices keep an ADA rental in Long Beach on budget: pick the smallest unit that fits your head count, keep it on site only for the days you need it, time service visits around your busiest hours, and bring every unit in on one delivery.
Accessible portable restroom rentals for parish festivals, school campuses and city sites
Most of our calls in Long Beach come from hosts who need an accessible restroom that guests using wheelchairs can actually reach, whether the event is a parish festival or a busy school campus.
ADA restroom trailer rentals for parish festivals and neighborhood celebrations
Church and community events in Long Beach draw all ages in one place. A parish festival in North Long Beach has toddlers, teenagers running a food booth and grandparents who came for the music, and a parking lot has no restroom built for that crowd. A single plain portable toilet is tight for someone using a power chair.
The Cambodia Town Parade and Culture Festival is a good example of the scale. The parade has marched along Anaheim Street toward Long Beach City College, with around 70 groups in 2025 and a two-day festival of food, music and storytelling. Elders sit for hours at an event like that, and a trailer with a ramp gives them a restroom they can reach without a long walk.
For a festival up to about 200 guests, the ADA + 2 Restroom Trailer covers a women’s room, a men’s room and an ADA room, but when a block party fills the street and the head count climbs toward 300, the ADA + 6 is the better fit. Festivals and block parties are restroom jobs, so we send restroom units and leave showers out.
From our experience, the mistake at community events is putting the trailer where the power cord reaches instead of where people walk. We look at the lot with you, find level pavement near the main path, and keep the ramp side clear of tables and food lines.
More ways our ADA bathroom trailer rentals get used
Race weekend finish lines
The Long Beach Marathon weekend has passed 28,000 participants, plus an expo at the Convention Center. Wheelchair athletes, hand-cyclists and spectators with mobility needs want an accessible room near the start and finish.
Aquarium of the Pacific events
The Aquarium hosts a Festival of Human Abilities and other cultural days. Events around Rainbow Harbor draw families who plan around ramps and short walks.
Airport concourse work
The Long Beach Airport concourse project runs for many months, with gates still in service. A long job like that needs steady jobsite restrooms, accessible ones included.
Pier B rail crews
The port’s rail program runs in phases through 2032. Large sites with spread-out crews need accessible rooms at more than one spot.
Convention overflow lots
Tents, food trucks and outdoor activations next to the Convention Center sit away from the building’s own restrooms and need their own accessible units.
Each of these comes down to that everyone on site gets the same room. With units staged around the region, an ADA trailer for a Long Beach site is a routine booking.
The planning behind ADA trailers on a typical job
Race weekend with a family that includes a wheelchair athlete
When a family arrives at the finish area with a hand-cyclist and two grandparents, we plan an ADA unit near the finish line and the expo entrance, on level pavement, with the ramp side facing the crowd flow and a clear lane to the accessible parking.
School open house while building restrooms are closed
When a campus remodel closes the main restrooms, we ask where parents will park and which doors stay open, then set the trailer on a paved area by that route so a visitor using a wheelchair never has to cross grass.
Wedding with an elderly grandmother and 80 guests in Los Altos
When a family hosts a reception at home, we look at photos of the side yard and driveway, pick a level spot away from the dance floor, and make sure the path from the patio to the ramp is wide enough for a walker.
Long Beach neighborhoods with accessible trailers on call

We bring accessible trailers to the whole Long Beach harbor area and the cities around it. For a larger regional event, our wheelchair-accessible restroom rentals in Los Angeles cover the same ground, and one call lines up both.
In and around Long Beach, we deliver ADA trailers to Downtown Long Beach, Belmont Shore, Naples, Belmont Heights, Alamitos Beach, Bluff Park, Bixby Knolls, California Heights, Wrigley, Cambodia Town, North Long Beach, Los Altos, Lakewood Village, Park Estates, Rancho Los Cerritos area, Signal Hill, Lakewood, Seal Beach, Los Alamitos, Cerritos, Bellflower, Carson, Huntington Beach and the rest of the region.
Full specifications are on the ADA + 2 restroom trailer spec page for Long Beach and the other accessible unit pages, or call and we will spec it to your Long Beach guest and crew count. The full range of layouts sits one page over in our portable luxury wheelchair accessible restroom trailer rental serving CA. For a site in another part of the state, our VIP portable wheelchair accessible restroom trailers available in CA lists every region we deliver to. For a venue elsewhere in the state, start from our private ADA shower trailers available in Long Beach.
Downtown Long Beach
Concerts at the Terrace Theater, conferences and race weekend all share the same blocks. Street closures change where a trailer can sit, so permits decide the spot.
Belmont Shore
Second Street fills with a car show and weekend crowds, and side streets are tight, so we plan the turn and the ramp swing first.
Bixby Knolls
Atlantic Avenue’s First Fridays and the local brewery events bring evening crowds and sidewalk-width limits.
Alamitos Beach
A beachfront with sand, bike paths and parking lots, and accessible routes are the main question here.
North Long Beach
Parks, church lots and school fields host big family gatherings, and there is usually room for a full ramp.
Signal Hill and Lakewood
Neighboring cities share the same event calendar, and many of their private parties and school events call for an accessible room.
Regions we serve with accessible portable restroom rentals
Downtown and the Waterfront
The Convention Center, Shoreline Village and Rainbow Harbor host race weekends, conferences and concerts. Hospitality areas and spectator zones sit outside the permanent restroom footprint.
Belmont Shore and Naples
Second Street’s 15 blocks and the Naples canals mean narrow streets and backyard weddings, and placement is about turning room and permit parking.
Bixby Knolls and Uptown
First Fridays on Atlantic Avenue and the neighborhood breweries bring street fairs and tap room events with crowds that spill onto sidewalks.
North Long Beach
Parish festivals, school fields and block parties are common here, usually on parking lots and playgrounds with room for a ramp.
Cambodia Town and Central Long Beach
Anaheim Street closes for the Cambodia Town Parade, and elders and children share the festival grounds for two days.
Alamitos Beach and the East Side
The Alamitos Beach waterfront and the East Side bring beach days and bluff-top events where guests walk a good way from parking.
The Port and West Long Beach
Work out here sits on big industrial sites, far from any public restroom.

Common questions about ADA restroom trailers
Will an ADA trailer work in a heat wave inland or on a cool night by the water?
Yes. Long Beach is mild and coastal, but a heat wave can reach the inland neighborhoods and evening receptions by the harbor get cool. Placement is what you control. We put the trailer where it gets shade in the afternoon when we can, and we keep it off the windiest corner of a waterfront lot. Tell us the time of day and the site, and we plan around it.
Can you deliver the day before my event and pick up the day after?
Yes. Day-before delivery and day-after pickup is a normal schedule for weddings, festivals and school events. We set the trailer, check the ramp and the path, and stock it before guests arrive. Pickup follows your event hours and any street closures or permit windows.
Is one accessible unit enough for my event?
It depends on your crowd and your permit. One accessible unit at every location is the floor, and a larger or older crowd needs more. Your permit office or building official sets the count, so ask them first and send us the number. We then match the trailer, an ADA + 2 for about 200 guests or an ADA + 6 for about 300, to your head count and layout.
Where do schools and city agencies find accessible restrooms for a public site?
A school district or city team can rent an ADA trailer from us and have it delivered, set up, stocked and picked up. We are registered for agency work, and we keep the paperwork simple for the facilities office. Give us the site, the dates and the number of people, and we send a quote.
What gets restocked and cleaned on a multi-day job?
Supplies are restocked, rooms are cleaned and tanks are serviced on a schedule set for your site. A marathon weekend or a multi-day conference needs visits every day. A longer remodel can use a weekly rhythm, and we agree on the schedule before delivery.
When does a long-term or construction rental make sense?
A long rental makes sense when a building restroom is closed for weeks or months, or a job site will run all season. School modernizations, airport work and port rail projects are the kind of jobs that stay on site a long time. A longer stay lowers setup work per week, and we plan service visits around the crew.
How does water work, hookup or onboard freshwater tanks?
Our trailers run on hookups or on their own tanks. The ADA + 2 holds 210 gallons fresh and 300 waste, the ADA + 6 holds 200 fresh and 475 waste, and the Single-Station combo holds 105 fresh and 300 waste. A short event can run on tanks alone. A long event or a heavy crowd does better with a hose connection, and we tell you which one fits.
Do I need level ground and a clear path for the trailer?
Yes to both. The trailer needs firm, level ground and room for the tow vehicle to turn. The ramp needs a clear landing, and the route to it should be firm enough for a wheelchair. Pavement and parking lots are easiest, and grass needs ground protection and approval from the site owner. Sand is not a place for a trailer, so we use the paved lot beside it.
Do I need a permit to put a restroom trailer at a Long Beach event?
The event usually needs a permit, and the permit office decides on the restroom details. The city’s guidance asks for applications at least 60 days ahead, and events over 200 people start with the Special Events and Filming office. Send us the permit conditions and we size to them.
Can a trailer sit near a Long Beach beach or marina?
A trailer can sit on a paved lot near the water if the city or the lot owner approves. It does not go on soft sand. We plan an accessible route from the trailer to the beach path or the event area and tell you if the distance is a problem.
Is a standard outlet enough to power the restroom trailer?
Each unit uses two 120 V 20 A circuits, and that is more than a single household outlet. If your site cannot supply them, tell us before delivery and we will plan around the power you do have.

A planning checklist for accessible restrooms at a Long Beach waterfront event
Waterfront events in Long Beach look easy on a map and get hard on the ground. The Marine Stadium beach, Mother’s Beach and the lots around Shoreline Village all have a mix of pavement, sand and grass. An accessible restroom only helps if a guest can reach it, so start your plan with the route.
Begin at accessible parking, then walk from the space to where the trailer will sit and note every surface. Concrete and asphalt work, and packed gravel can work if it is firm, but soft sand, loose gravel and wet grass stop a wheelchair. If the path crosses any of those, move the trailer or plan a mat.
Next, look at the spot for the trailer itself. It needs level, firm ground, room for the tow vehicle to turn, and a landing in front of the ramp. We ask for a photo or a pin on a map. Paved lots beside the sand are usually the best answer at Marine Stadium and Mother’s Beach.
Think about power and water. Each unit uses two 120 V 20 A circuits and runs on a hose connection or its own tanks. If the lot has no power, say so early and we plan around it. Lighting matters too, because an evening event needs the path lit as well as the trailer.
Permit timing comes next. The city’s guidance asks for applications at least 60 days before the event, and anything over 200 people begins with the Special Events and Filming office. Events on the sand or the marinas also need sign-off from the Parks, Recreation and Marine department. Races need a route map and commercial liability insurance, so ask about restroom conditions when you first apply.
Then place units where the crowd is, and a single trailer at the far end of a lot does not serve a finish line. For a larger site, split the units: one near the entrance, one near the stage or finish, one near the food. Short walks keep lines short.
Finally, plan for the day itself. Decide who meets the delivery driver, who holds the keys, and who calls if the path gets blocked by a vendor truck. A short walk-through the day before catches most surprises. Send us your site photos and your permit conditions and we will draft a placement plan.
How many accessible units does your crowd need?
The honest answer is that your permit office sets the minimum, and your crowd sets the comfortable number. Local rules differ a lot. Some cities ask for about 5 percent of units to be accessible, others ask for 10 percent, and some counties set a floor of one accessible unit at every event. Long Beach’s permit office has the final say for your event, so ask them before you plan.
Here is a method that works. First, estimate the peak head count, not the daily total. A festival with 6,000 visitors over a day may have 1,500 people on site at the busiest hour. Second, ask the permit office what the minimum is. Third, add a margin for the crowd you expect.
The margin depends on who comes, and a church festival or a senior event has more guests using canes, walkers and wheelchairs. A marathon expo has hand-cyclists and their families. A wedding has grandparents and small children, and strollers need the same ramp.
Next, think about where people are, since a big site needs accessible units in more than one spot. One unit at the far end of a lot does not help a guest at the entrance. Splitting units across a race start, a finish line and an expo entrance keeps lines short and walks short.
Match the trailer to the crowd. The ADA + 2 Restroom Trailer has a women’s room, a men’s room and an ADA room, and suits about 200 guests. The ADA + 6 has seven rooms and suits about 300, and add another trailer rather than stretching one. Tell us your head count and the layout and we will suggest a combination.
Pair the trailer with other facilities. If your site already has a large restroom trailer or permanent restrooms, you may only need an accessible room. Our accessible restroom trailer rentals in San Diego follow the same planning method, so a statewide event team can use one checklist.
Last, keep a record, and write down the permit minimum, your head count and your final number, and share it with the permit office. If your event grows, the record tells you how many units to add next year.
What to ask any restroom trailer company before you sign
A restroom trailer rental should be simple, but the details decide whether the day goes well. A few questions up front save a lot of trouble. Here is what to ask us, or anyone else.
What is included? A full rental covers delivery, setup, service and pickup. Ask whether supplies like toilet paper, paper towels and hand soap are stocked, because we stock ours. Ask whether the company services the unit during the event or hands you a key and walks away.
Is the ramp part of the trailer? Some trailers need a separate ramp or lift, and on ours, a self-contained ramp comes with every ADA unit and comes out in minutes. Ask to see a photo of the ramp on the exact unit you are renting.
What does it need from the site? Ask for the water and power setup in plain numbers. Each of our units uses two 120 V 20 A circuits and runs on a hose connection or on its own tanks. Ask how far the trailer can sit from the hookups, and what to do if the site has neither.
Who sets the placement? A good company wants photos of the site, asks about the ground and the path, and picks the spot with you. Ask who is responsible if the trailer cannot sit where planned.
What is the schedule for multi-day jobs? Ask how often the unit is cleaned, restocked and emptied. A one-day wedding needs none of that, but a conference or a remodel needs a written schedule.
What happens if plans change? Ask about moving a date, adding a unit or ending early, and ask who answers the phone after hours. Ask how the company sizes a rental, because a company that asks about your head count and permit is thinking about your event, not just filling an order.
Finally, ask about the rooms themselves, and real flushing toilets, real sinks and a clean interior are the point of a trailer. Our units are stocked and serviced by us, and we are happy to answer all of these on a call.
Long jobs and remodels: planning accessible restrooms for weeks or months
A long rental is a different job from a one-day event. When a building restroom closes for a remodel, a school modernization or a long construction project, an accessible trailer becomes the restroom people use every day. Plan for that from the first call.
Start with the head count and the schedule. A crew of 30 on a site, or a school with a few hundred visitors on a given day, uses a restroom very differently from a wedding. The ADA + 2 Restroom Trailer suits job sites up to about 30 crew, and bigger sites can add units.
Think about tank size, and long jobs fill waste tanks, so the service schedule matters more than the tank. We set a visit rhythm that fits your use, daily for a busy site and weekly for a quiet one, and we write it down before delivery.
Pick the spot for the long haul. A trailer that sits for months should be on firm, level ground with a paved route to the building. Ask the site manager about future work around it, and a spot that blocks a delivery lane in month two causes trouble.
Plan for the ramp and the path, because a visitor using a wheelchair arrives on rainy days too. Keep the route clear of construction fencing, materials and parked trucks, and check it every few weeks.
Long jobs often run on public funds. Airport concourse work, school modernization and port rail projects are examples in Long Beach, with schedules that run through 2027 and beyond. Public agencies have paperwork needs, and we are registered to work with them.
Last, think about the end date, and a good rental plan includes a pickup window and a way to extend. Projects slip, and the restroom has to stay in place until the work is done. Tell us the dates you expect, and we will build in room to extend.
A Long Beach events calendar for planning accessible restrooms
Long Beach has an event on almost every weekend, and each one has a different restroom problem. This calendar is a planning guide for hosts and organizers, and dates move from year to year, so check the organizers before you plan.
April brings the Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach. The 2026 race ran April 17 to 19 and drew well over 150,000 fans. The track sits on downtown streets around the Convention Center and Shoreline Drive, and the hospitality and paddock areas sit outside the permanent restroom footprint. The Congressional Cup regatta follows near the end of the month.
May has the Long Beach Pride parade, which drew about 80,000 people in past years, and the California Professional Firefighters convention was held at the Convention Center in spring 2026. Summer has the Uptown Jazz Festival on August 1 and festivals at Rainbow Lagoon Park.
June is graduation season, when school fields, backyards and campus lawns host ceremonies and parties, and families bring grandparents. Many of these sites have restrooms far from the seating.
October is the Long Beach Marathon weekend. The 2026 edition had more than 28,000 participants, an expo at the Convention Center on Friday and the 5K at the Aquarium of the Pacific on Saturday. Wheelchair and hand-cycle athletes and their families need accessible restrooms near the start, the finish and the expo.
November brings conference season, including the IAEM annual conference in Long Beach from November 6 to 12, 2026. December has holiday boat parades on the water, and between these, weddings fill most weekends, with peaks in spring and fall.
Looking ahead, 2028 brings the LA Games to the region. Rowing and canoe sprint are planned for Marine Stadium and marathon swimming and triathlon for the Alamitos Beach waterfront, so build-outs and long jobs will come first. Planning an event in the harbor area for those years means asking the city early about access.
