Payment Policy
- Deposit Requirement: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. This deposit confirms your order and locks in the date for your requested services.
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards for your convenience.
- Final Payment:
- Any remaining balance for services will be charged to the credit card on file three (3) days prior to delivery.
- For orders scheduled on weekends, the balance will be charged seven (7) days prior to delivery.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand that changes happen, and we’ve structured our cancellation policy to be fair and considerate while accommodating the scheduling and logistical needs of our business. Below is our refund and cancellation structure:
- Cancellation Fee:
- Cancellations are subject to a 25% cancellation fee of the total contract value.
- Cancellations Less Than 10 Business Days Before Delivery:
- Orders canceled within 10 business days of the scheduled “time out and date out” will incur an additional 50% fee of the total contract value.
- Cancellations Within 72 Hours:
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled “time out and date out” are non-refundable, and no credit will be issued.
- Custom/Special Orders:
- All custom or special-order items are non-refundable.
- Unused Services:
- No credit will be given for services ordered but not used.
