Effective date: August 10, 2026
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs use of the Lavatory AI Reporting application (the “Application”), a private business-reporting integration operated by Mavirus Group LLC, doing business as The Lavatory (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By connecting the Application to a QuickBooks Online company file or otherwise using the Application, you (“you” or “User”) agree to this Agreement.
1. About the Application
The Application is an internal tool used by The Lavatory to connect our accounting records in QuickBooks Online to our internal financial-reporting and reconciliation systems. It reads accounting data through Intuit’s official QuickBooks Online API for the purpose of reporting, revenue analysis, and reconciliation. The Application is intended for authorized internal use by The Lavatory and its personnel and is not offered for sale or general public distribution.
2. License Grant
Subject to this Agreement, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Application solely for The Lavatory’s internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Application except as permitted by law.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Application only for lawful, authorized business purposes; to keep your access credentials secure; and to comply with all applicable laws and with the terms of any third-party service the Application connects to, including Intuit. You will not use the Application to access data you are not authorized to access.
4. Third-Party Services (QuickBooks Online / Intuit)
The Application integrates with QuickBooks Online, a service provided by Intuit Inc. Your use of QuickBooks Online and of Intuit’s services is governed by Intuit’s own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of Intuit or any other third-party service. You may revoke the Application’s access to your QuickBooks Online data at any time from within QuickBooks Online (Settings → Apps → Connected apps → Disconnect).
5. Data
Our handling of data accessed through the Application is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
6. Intellectual Property
The Application, and all associated software, content, and materials, are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted to you except as expressly stated in this Agreement.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data or report it produces is complete or accurate.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Application.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time. You may stop using the Application at any time and may disconnect it from QuickBooks Online as described above. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
10. Changes to this Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
