Heat Illness Prevention Plan: Hydration Allowance Agreement

As part of our Heat Illness Prevention Plan and our commitment to employee health and safety, we are offering a $15 Daily Hydration Allowance for all field staff during hot weather conditions. This allowance is intended strictly for the purchase of hydrating beverages and snacks, such as water, Gatorade, Prime, electrolyte drinks, fruits, or other items that support proper hydration and electrolyte balance.  Any person found violating this agreement may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including loss of allowance privileges or further corrective measures as deemed appropriate.
