Rancho Cucamonga is the western terminus of Brightline West, the 218 mile high speed line to Enterprise, Nevada that runs mostly in the Interstate 15 median. Groundbreaking was April 22, 2024. Major construction on the line is expected to start in April 2026, revenue service is targeted for late 2029, and peak employment is projected around 18,000 jobs.
