The metered heads keep the draw low enough that recovery stays ahead of the line, and every room has independent hot and cold controls so nobody is stealing temperature from the room next door. Where it goes wrong is an undersized water feed, which is why we settle the supply plan on the first call.
Do you serve unincorporated areas like Bloomington, or only inside Fontana city limits?
Both. We deliver across the whole western Inland Empire, including Rialto, Colton, Jurupa Valley and unincorporated ground like Bloomington and Devore. the practical result is paperwork, not distance. Inside the city you deal with Fontana for encroachment and event permits; on unincorporated parcels San Bernardino County Environmental Health handles holding tank approvals and annual operating permits.
How often does a unit get serviced on a long deployment?
As often as the job needs, which is the part people are surprised by. A standing weekly stop is fine on a light site. A fire camp or a 60 person pour week gets daily service and sometimes two pump-outs a day. Stocking and cleaning are part of what we do, not an add-on you chase, and on long Fontana jobs we will put an attendant on site.
Can we get showers and laundry from the same trailer?

Sizing shower stations for a Fontana shift change, hour by hour
The first number almost everybody gives us is the head count. It is the least useful number on its own. Forty people is an easy job or a hard job depending entirely on when those forty people show up at the door.
Here is the math we actually use. Our heads are metered at 1.5 gallons a minute. A real shower, including getting in, getting clean and getting out, runs eight to ten minutes, and you need another minute or two for the room to turn over. Call it eleven minutes a person per room as a working number. That puts one private room at five to six people an hour. Eight rooms puts you at 40 to 50 an hour once a line is organized and somebody is keeping it moving.
What your Fontana site has to provide before a trailer arrives
Most delayed deliveries are not about the trailer. They are about the site not being ready for it, and almost all of that is preventable with one walk-through.
Ground first. The unit needs level, stable ground that will hold weight after it rains. Fontana takes about 14.77 inches a year and most of it lands between late November and early April, with February the wettest month at roughly 2.6 inches. A graded dirt pad in the Jurupa Industrial Park that carried a truck fine in October can be unusable in February. We will set on plates where we have to, but we need to know that before the truck rolls, not when it is already on your lot.
Where the water goes on a Fontana job, and who cares about it
This is the part of a rental nobody asks about until it becomes a problem, and in the Inland Empire it becomes a problem fast.
Shower water from a trailer is greywater. It carries soap, body oils, dirt and whatever the crew brought in on their skin from the job. It is collected in the unit’s waste tank. It is removed by a licensed hauler or sent into an approved sewer connection. It does not go onto the ground, into a gutter, into a storm drain or down a slope, and there is no version of a busy job where letting it find its own way is acceptable.

Fontana is not a fire city. It is a staging city, and that is a different set of problems.
The pass sits just north and east of town and it is the funnel for every wind event that runs into this valley. When something goes in that corridor, the incident is in the hills and the support is on the flat ground with the freeway access, which puts it here, in Rialto, or in San Bernardino. The Blue Cut Fire in August 2016 is the reference everybody local still uses: about 37,000 acres in two days, 105 homes and 213 other structures destroyed, evacuation orders touching more than 34,000 homes and close to 83,000 people. The camps and the evacuation points went where the pavement was.
