The Lavatory owns its fleet: portable restroom trailer rentals for Vallejo, never brokered
With over 250 luxury units staged across the West, your Saturday in Vallejo does not hang on one trailer. If a tow vehicle breaks down or a unit needs a part, we pull a matching trailer from our own lot and keep your delivery window. Many companies that sell luxury restroom trailer rentals are brokers who call around after you pay, and that is when dates fall through. Every trailer we send is ours, cleaned by our crew and driven by our drivers, so same-week bookings are normal for us, and our award-winning service and five-star Google reviews come from that kind of follow-through. Call us with your date and guest count, or ask for a free quote online, and we will lock in the unit the same day.
Every unit is luxury
We do not own a single plastic toilet, so there is nothing cheaper to swap in on a busy weekend. You get the trailer you booked.
Direct fleet, not a reseller
The people who clean the trailer are the people who deliver it. Nobody hands your Vallejo job to a stranger, and nobody rents you a unit we have never seen.
Sized to your guest list
We do the math with you on guests, hours and drinks being served, then pick the unit. Too small means lines, and too big wastes your budget.
Highway 37 planning
Mare Island deliveries can hit flood closures or race traffic on Highway 37, so we route through the causeway and deliver a day early when the forecast looks bad.

“The luxury restroom trailer we rented in Vallejo was spotless and easy for our guests to find. Booking it took one short phone call, and the customer care was the best part of the whole process.”

“Our driver worked hard to get the trailer set and leveled on a tight spot, and he did it with a smile. I would call this crew for any Vallejo event.”

“The portable restroom trailer was clean, cool inside, and ready right when our party started. It was the right call for a long day outdoors in Vallejo.”
Proof from the corporate planners who have booked our VIP restroom trailers
The companies that could rent anything still call us for restrooms, because a cheap plastic unit at a launch party or a shareholder event ruins everything the day is meant to say. The Lavatory has provided luxury restrooms for names like Google, Tesla, BMW, Mercedes, eBay, and Target, for hospitality at Caesars Palace, and for pro sports including the Golden State Warriors, Oakland A’s, and Las Vegas Raiders.

The reason those bookings repeat is simple. A luxury restroom is the one vendor a guest uses and remembers, for better or worse, so the trailer has to be stocked, clean and working from the first guest to the last. That is how we run every unit in the fleet, and it is the same standard behind every Vallejo booking, from a backyard engagement party to a festival gate.
Three decades in event and equipment rental, running the largest luxury restroom trailer fleet in the Western U.S. Every unit ours, never a broker’s.
Event restroom trailer rentals for races, tournaments and game days
For a Glen Cove wedding lawn or a Dan Foley Park tournament with 150 to 450 guests, the 5-Station is the unit we deliver most often in Vallejo. It needs one standard 20 A 120 V circuit within 100 feet, and when the field or lawn has no outlet we bring a quiet generator.

The Mare Island Half Marathon, 10K and 5K starts its first wave at 7:30 in the morning, and the line for restrooms forms well before that. Three more waves follow at 9:00, 9:30 and 10:30 for the kids’ race, so the start area gets a second rush just as the half marathon runners begin to finish. Most of the old shipyard has very few public restrooms near the Coal Sheds, where the post-race party happens. We set a 9-Station near the start and finish, then leave the basic course units to the race company.
Dan Foley Park pulls teams from all over Northern California to its lighted softball and soccer turf, and a full Saturday bracket can keep families at the field for ten hours. The park buildings were not built for that kind of crowd. A 5-Station placed near the field and the picnic areas stops the long walk across the lot, and parents notice the difference right away. Field reservations through the Greater Vallejo Recreation District need two weeks of lead time, so book the trailer when you book the field.
Corbus Field on the Vallejo High campus is shared by three high schools, which means rivalry nights, track meets and graduation all land on the same stadium. Halftime is the problem. A crowd of a few thousand tries to use the same few stalls within ten minutes, and some of those rooms may be closed for campus upgrades. A VIP restroom trailer set by the gate gives the booster club an easy fix for the season.
Race weekends at Sonoma Raceway, a short drive west on Highway 37, fill hotels in Vallejo and American Canyon and bring hospitality tents and private parties to lots across the area. We plan those deliveries for early morning, before race traffic backs up on the marsh road. If you are hosting a team party or a sponsor tent, call early, since those weekends book fast.
We also handle mobile shower trailer rentals in Vallejo.
Suite by suite: what a restroom suite gives you
Flushing china toilets
Real porcelain toilets with a foot flush, the same fixtures your guests use at home, not a chemical tank.
Running-water sinks
Stainless steel sinks with real running water, hand soap, and towels, fed by onboard water tanks so you are covered even without a hookup.
Climate control
Air conditioning for a summer afternoon and heat for a cold evening, so the trailer stays comfortable no matter the season.
Framed mirrors and lighting
Oversized framed vanity mirrors, warm interior lighting, and finished flooring that reads like a venue restroom, not a jobsite.
Fully stocked, always fresh
Premium toilet paper, towels, soap, and fragrance, restocked and pumped so the unit stays fresh from the first guest to the last.
Power and water handled
Onboard water tanks plus a generator when your site has no hookup, so the trailer runs anywhere from a vineyard to an open field.
Full specifications for every unit are on the 5-Station spec page and its four sister pages, or call and we will spec it to your Vallejo guest count.
The full restroom trailer fleet is one page over; below is how we size a unit to a California guest count.
The portable restroom trailers we stage for Vallejo, size by size
Five sizes cover everything from a single ADA-compliant suite to a festival crowd. Every one has flushing china toilets, running water and climate control. Tell us your guest count and how long the event runs, and we will size it.

2-Station Restroom Trailer
One women’s suite and one men’s suite for up to about 150 guests, in a compact box that fits into a driveway or garden path. 105 gallons of fresh water, a 300-gallon waste tank and a single 20A/120V circuit make it the pick for backyard weddings and engagement parties.

3-Station Restroom Trailer
Two women’s suites and one men’s suite for up to about 225 guests, sized for the everyday mid-size gathering, from a milestone birthday to a company off-site. 200 gallons of fresh water, a 400-gallon waste tank, one 20A/120V circuit.

5-Station Restroom Trailer
Women’s side with 3 stalls and 2 sinks, men’s side with 1 stall, 1 urinal and 1 sink, built for 150 to 450 guests so a full reception never waits. 200 gallons of fresh water, a 520-gallon waste tank, one 20A/120V circuit within 100 feet.

9-Station Restroom Trailer
Women’s side with 5 stalls and 2 sinks, men’s side with 2 stalls, 2 urinals and 1 sink, sized for 400 to 900 guests so hundreds of people can move through the line at once. Two AC units, two 20A/120V circuits, a 750-gallon waste tank.

ADA + 2 Restroom Trailer
One women’s suite, one men’s suite and one ADA unisex suite with a self-contained ramp, built to federal and California ADA requirements. Sized for events up to about 200 guests or job sites up to about 30 crew, with 210 gallons of fresh water on board.
An 8-Station Private Stall Deluxe and an ADA + 6 configuration are also in the fleet for big productions and larger guest counts. If you are between sizes, we spec it to your guest count rather than nudge you into more trailer than the day calls for.
Statewide coverage runs through our California restroom trailer hub, with units sized to the guest count.
Other luxury portable restroom rentals we handle around Vallejo
Our calls from Vallejo fall into three groups: race and tournament days, weddings, and the big public festivals on the waterfront and at the fairgrounds. Each one asks for a different setup, and the details below come from placing units at exactly these kinds of sites.

Company picnics near Six Flags
Corporate groups that book space near the park often want a cleaner option than shared park restrooms. A 3-Station or 5-Station keeps employees close to the picnic tables.

Graduation parties for Vallejo High and Jesse Bethel
Late May and June bring backyard parties across the city. A 2-Station keeps a big family party out of the house bathroom.

Cal Maritime sailing meets and rugby days
Waterfront meets put families far from campus buildings. A trailer near the dock or the pitch cuts the walk.

Water main breaks and outages
When a school, church or office loses water, we can deliver a self-contained unit fast. Our 24/7 line handles these calls day and night. If an outage turns into a shelter stay, our mobile shower trailer rentals in Vallejo go out from the same 24/7 dispatch.

Remodels and restaurants under repair
A home remodel or a restaurant with its bathrooms torn out still needs a clean restroom. We set one in the driveway or the side lot for as long as the job runs.

City, school and agency jobs
We are SAM.gov registered and send certified insurance paperwork for public agencies, school districts and county events, including long Mare Island jobs. Send us the bid details and we will match the paperwork to it.
What ties these together is the guest experience. Nobody remembers a restroom that worked, but everybody remembers one that did not. Because our units sit staged across the region instead of a couple counties away, getting a luxury trailer to a Vallejo date, even a last-minute one, is an ordinary ask here, not a scramble.
How we deliver and run VIP restroom trailers in Vallejo

We handle the whole thing, not just the drop-off. Our team delivers the trailer, levels and sets it, connects water and power or stages a generator, and stocks it before your first guest arrives. When the event wraps, we come back and haul it away. You never touch the logistics. That part is on us.
For longer or higher-traffic bookings in Vallejo, we offer an on-site attendant who keeps the trailer stocked and spotless through the event, and we pump and refresh the unit so it holds up from the first guest to the last. That always-fresh standard is the difference between a restroom guests use once and one they are glad to use all night.
Upscale bathroom trailer rentals for Vallejo festivals, concerts and the county fair

The Solano County Fair runs four days each June at the fairgrounds on Fairgrounds Drive, with a carnival, livestock shows, nightly arena concerts and a Saturday demolition derby. The midway has its own basic units. Sponsor tents, the livestock barns and the arena VIP section want something nicer, and that is where our trailers go. Open, flat ground at the fairgrounds also makes it one of the easiest places in the city to set a 9-Station.
The Barbara Kondylis Waterfront Green hosts the biggest free festivals in town. The Juneteenth Parade and Festival fills the green from morning to late afternoon each June. Vallejo Fest brings boat races, music and food every October. The first Vallejo Jazz Festival brought two days of jazz and R&B to the waterfront in July. A green next to the ferry terminal has no restroom bank of its own, so organizers rent everything that guests use.
On Mare Island, Maker Faire Bay Area spreads across the old shipyard and the promenade for three days in late September. Crowds walk long distances between buildings, and the restroom plan has to follow them. We split the units into two or three spots, so no one walks more than a few minutes, and we service them each night after the gates close.
Ticketed concerts and private VIP areas are where a deluxe trailer earns its keep. A sponsor lounge or a premium seating section expects a real bathroom with a mirror, a sink and air conditioning, not a plastic box. We match the unit to the size of that section and put it close enough that guests do not miss a set waiting in line.
How booking a luxury restroom trailer works in Vallejo
Booking should be the easy part of planning an event. Four steps, a straight answer, and one team that owns the whole thing.
Tell us about the event
Share your date, your rough guest count, and the venue. That is enough for us to point you to the right size trailer.
We match the trailer and site
We pair you with a unit, confirm whether the site has water and power or needs a generator, and pin the exact spot so delivery is one clean trip.
Delivery and setup
We arrive on your schedule, level and set the trailer, connect it, and stock it so it is ready and fresh before the first guest.
Enjoy it, we handle pickup
The trailer holds up through your whole event while our line stays open. When you are done, we come back and take it away.
Why site contractors budget for a bathroom trailer first in Vallejo

Think about what a Vallejo event actually costs to put on. The venue, the catering, the flowers, the photographer, the hours of planning. Then picture a guest walking out of a hot plastic box in the middle of all of it. Nobody plans for that. The restroom is the one vendor every single guest uses, often more than once, and it is the detail they quietly judge the whole event by.
A luxury restroom trailer protects everything else you spent on. It reads like an extension of the venue, holds up through a full day of guests, and gives people one less thing to remember for the wrong reason. Set against the total cost of the day, it is a small line item that quietly carries a lot of the impression, which is exactly why the hosts who have been burned once book the trailer first the next time.
Luxury bathroom trailer rentals for waterfront, vineyard and backyard weddings

Weddings are the most common reason people rent from us, and Vallejo has some of the prettiest outdoor settings in the North Bay. The Lighthouse at Glen Cove Marina seats 150 indoors and holds up to 195 guests outside, with an East Lawn that slopes like a small amphitheater for the ceremony. For a full outdoor reception on that lawn, a 5-Station keeps the line short and keeps guests out of the building.
On Mare Island, couples marry at St. Peter’s Chapel, built in 1901, and hold the party at the Admiral’s Mansion garden, which is open for events from May through October and takes groups of 150 or more. Historic buildings like these were never meant to handle a full reception’s worth of restroom trips. We park the trailer behind a hedge or along the service drive, run power from a nearby outlet, and light the steps so nobody stumbles after dark.
Many couples who live in Vallejo get married in the hills between American Canyon and Napa, where vineyards and ranches often run on wells and septic tanks. Those systems can fail when 200 extra guests show up. Our trailers carry their own fresh water and waste tanks, so the host’s plumbing never gets touched. We wrote about this in our piece on a luxury bathroom trailer at a Sonoma winery wedding, and the same plan works in Carneros.
Backyard weddings in Hiddenbrooke, Glen Cove and the north hills come with steep drives and tight gates. Send us a few photos of the path from the street to the spot you have in mind. We pick a 2-Station or 3-Station when the access is tight, and we level the trailer on blocks if the lawn slopes. If you also want guest showers for a weekend wedding, ask about our shower trailers when you call.
Placement, permits and ADA for restroom trailers in Vallejo
On private property, for your own party or wedding, you usually do not need a city permit for the trailer itself. Check your HOA rules if the unit will sit on the street, and check with your venue if you are renting one. Most venues are glad to have the extra restrooms and will tell you where they want them.
Public events are different. The City of Vallejo asks most temporary special events with more than 75 people to get a permit, and putting up a portable toilet or temporary building is one of the things that triggers it. The application asks whether you will have portable toilets on site. List our trailer there, with where it will sit and when we will service it, and the review goes faster.
For counts, many Solano County event policies use a planning number of two toilets for every 200 guests, with at least one accessible unit and about ten percent accessible on bigger events. One 5-Station gives you five stations and sinks in a single trailer. Parks run by the Greater Vallejo Recreation District need a reservation at least two weeks out, and anything placed on the turf goes through the district.

The ADA and setup details we take care of
- ADA-accessible units with a self-contained ramp, wide door, grab bars, and turning room.
- Guidance on where to place the trailer so it is easy to reach and easy to service.
- Water and power sorted before delivery, with a generator staged when the site has no hookup.
- Licensed and insured on every unit we put on the road.
One thing we always say plainly: some venues and city permits have their own rules on placement, accessibility, and event restrooms. Tell us your venue and we will help you plan around them, but confirm any permit requirements with the venue or the city as well.

What a typical Vallejo job with luxury restroom trailers looks like

Typical setup: a half marathon start on Mare Island
When a race director plans a four-wave start, we set a 9-Station within sight of the start corral and the finish line. We arrive the afternoon before, level the unit, and stock extra paper for the first wave. After the last runner crosses, we pump the tanks and pull the trailer while the beer garden is still going.
Typical setup: a garden reception at the Admiral’s Mansion
When a couple plans a reception for about 150 guests on Mare Island, we walk the service drive first. The trailer goes behind the hedge, out of the photos, with a lit path to the door. One attendant can check the rooms once an hour while dinner is served.
Typical setup: a tournament weekend at Dan Foley Park
When a club hosts a two-day softball bracket, we place a 5-Station near the turf field and the picnic sites. We come back Saturday night to pump and restock, so the Sunday morning games start with a clean trailer.
Vallejo neighborhoods where we place mobile restroom trailers

We deliver across all of Vallejo and the rest of southern Solano County, from Mare Island and the waterfront to Hiddenbrooke and Glen Cove. Benicia, American Canyon and Fairfield are a short drive away on the same routes, and so are our Napa luxury restroom trailers for vineyard weddings. Our California restroom trailer rentals reach every corner of the state, including Santa Rosa luxury restroom trailers for Sonoma County events, Hayward restroom trailer rentals in the East Bay and Fremont portable restroom trailers to the south.
We cover Vallejo luxury restroom trailer rentals across California. Neighborhoods and towns we serve include Downtown Vallejo, Mare Island, Glen Cove, Hiddenbrooke, Blue Rock Springs, Northgate, Springstowne, Vallejo Heights, Country Club Crest, South Vallejo, Sandy Beach, Fairgrounds, Lake Dalwigk, Skyline, Benicia, American Canyon, Napa, Fairfield, Cordelia, Suisun City, Crockett, Hercules, Rodeo, Green Valley.
Events outside town are covered too; the California restroom trailer coverage map shows every corridor.
Downtown Vallejo
Narrow streets, Victorian homes and the waterfront green mean we deliver small units early and check parking rules before we arrive.
Mare Island
Wide open shipyard ground, historic buildings and long walking distances. We plan more than one placement for big events here.
Glen Cove
Marina lawns and waterfront homes host many of the city’s weddings. We bring ramps and blocks for sloped grass.
Hiddenbrooke
Big lots and steep drives in a planned community with HOA rules. We confirm street parking rules and gate widths before booking.
Blue Rock Springs
Park picnics, golf tournaments and Sunset Room receptions in the east hills. A trailer near the course or picnic area saves guests a long walk.
Northgate and Springstowne
Family neighborhoods with backyard birthdays, graduations and block parties. A 2-Station fits most driveways here.
Most Vallejo rentals can be delivered the same day, and our dispatch line answers 24/7 for last-minute and emergency dates.
What customers say about our mobile restroom trailers

“Honestly the easiest rental I have set up. One call got us a date, the quote made sense, and the trailer showed up looking brand new for our Vallejo birthday party. I already sent two friends their way.”

“I have never walked into a nicer portable restroom in my life. Real sinks, real lights and air conditioning made our guests forget they were outside. Ten out of ten.”

“With barely any notice, I needed a five-stall trailer to celebrate my parents in Vallejo. I had my doubts going in, but it arrived spotless and the evening went off smoothly. More than one guest asked me which company we used.”

“We worried that basic toilets would spoil our outdoor wedding, so we went with the luxury trailer instead. It stayed clean all evening, the crew took care of everything, and guests were still talking about the bathrooms after the reception ended.”

“Our apartment community held a grand opening party, and we brought in luxury restroom trailers so visitors would not need to use the leasing office. People commented all afternoon on how spotless and comfortable they were, and one visitor laughed that calling them porta potties would be an insult. Scheduling and invoicing were painless, and the day-of help was excellent.”

“Sixty people in our yard outside Vallejo and only one bathroom in the house, so we called these folks. Their staff parked the unit by the side gate in no time, kept it neat, and showed us how everything worked. Guests treated the evening like a much fancier affair than a backyard barbecue.”
Answers on renting temporary restroom trailers around Vallejo

Will someone pump the tanks if my Vallejo event runs all weekend?
Yes. For any event longer than one day, we schedule service visits to pump the waste tank, refill fresh water and restock paper and soap. Most weekend events get a visit each night after the crowd leaves, so the trailer is clean for the next morning. Tell us your hours and expected crowd, and we will set the schedule before delivery.
Can I keep a luxury restroom trailer on a Mare Island job site for a few months?
Yes. Long-term rentals are common for renovation crews, offices under repair and restaurants with their bathrooms torn out. We set a weekly or twice-weekly service visit based on how many people use the trailer. Many site managers keep the trailer for staff and visitors while the crew uses basic units.
Is a 5-Station enough for a wedding with 200 guests at Glen Cove?
For most receptions of about 150 to 450 guests, a 5-Station is the right size. Event length and the bar matter as much as the head count, since an open bar for six hours means more trips. For a bigger crowd or a longer night, we will suggest the 9-Station or a second unit. Call us with your numbers and we will size it with you.
Where do you drop the trailer, and when does it show up?
We place the trailer where you want it, as long as our truck can reach it on firm, fairly level ground. Most deliveries happen the day before the event, so we can level it, connect power and check the water. Pickup is usually the morning after. On Mare Island and the waterfront, we plan around race and ferry traffic.
What changes the cost of a upscale restroom trailer rental?
The size of the unit, how many days you keep it, how many service visits it needs and how far it travels all change the quote. A generator, an attendant or an extra accessible unit also add to it. A weekday delivery can be easier to schedule than a peak Saturday. Ask for a free quote and we will lay out each part.
When should I book a trailer for a September wedding in the North Bay?
As early as you can. May through October is the busiest stretch of the year for us, and Saturdays in September and October go first. Booking six months ahead is safe, and some couples reserve a year out. We still take short-notice calls and often have units free within the same week.
How do I get water to the trailer if my venue has no hose bib?
Our units carry an onboard fresh water tank, so you do not need a hookup for most events. The 5-Station holds 200 gallons, which covers a typical wedding day. If a hose bib is close, we can connect to it for a long event. We check the water plan with you before delivery.
Do I need a permit or HOA approval for a VIP restroom trailer in Vallejo?
On your own private property, you usually do not need a city permit for the trailer. Public events with more than 75 people often need a Vallejo special event permit, and the form asks about portable toilets. If you live in an HOA neighborhood like Hiddenbrooke, check whether a trailer can sit on the street or must stay in the driveway.
Can you set up a trailer on the Barbara Kondylis Waterfront Green for a festival?
Yes, with the event organizer’s permit in place. We deliver the day before and set the units where the organizer wants them, usually near food vendors and the stage. Ferry commuters and the Saturday market share those streets, so early delivery matters.
Can I get an accessible restroom for older guests at a backyard party?
Yes. The ADA + 2 has a unisex accessible room with its own ramp, plus a women’s and a men’s room. It works for backyard parties, church events and any gathering where older guests or wheelchair users will attend. We level the ramp on your ground so it is safe to use.
Do you deliver on short notice when a building loses water?
Yes. Our dispatch line is open 24/7, and we keep units ready for emergency calls. If a school, office or home in Vallejo loses water or plumbing, call us and we will tell you the fastest delivery time we can offer.
Vallejo deluxe restroom trailer guides for festivals, historic venues, hillside lots and power

Deeper reading for hosts and planners, from sizing a trailer to your guest count to keeping guests comfortable through a long event. Tap any guide to open it.
A planning checklist for restrooms at a waterfront festival in Vallejo
Festival organizers on the Vallejo waterfront deal with a problem most park events do not. The green sits right beside the ferry terminal. Everything you bring has to get in and out through the same few downtown blocks, often on a Saturday when the farmers market is open. Restrooms are one of the largest items you bring in, so they need a plan early.
Start with your expected crowd and how long people stay. A free festival from morning to late afternoon has guests who come and go, while a ticketed concert holds people in place for hours. Long stays mean more restroom trips per person. Count the bar as well, since beer and wine sales push the number up fast.
Questions to ask before you put a portable restroom trailer at a historic Mare Island venue
Mare Island has some of the most unusual event spaces in the Bay Area. St. Peter’s Chapel dates to 1901, and the Admiral’s Mansion garden hosts weddings from May through October. Old buildings like these come with charm, and also with plumbing and power that were never built for a modern crowd.
Ask the venue where trucks can go. Many historic sites have narrow service drives, old curbs and lawns that cannot take heavy wheels. We need a clear path for the truck and a firm, fairly level spot for the trailer. A quick walk of the site with the venue manager saves trouble on delivery day.
Placing a private restroom trailer on a hillside lot in Hiddenbrooke or Glen Cove
Backyard events in the hills of Vallejo look great and can be hard on delivery day. Steep driveways, sharp turns and sloped lawns all affect what size trailer we can bring and where it can sit. A little planning keeps the setup simple.
Send us photos first. We need to see the street, the driveway, any gate and the spot you have in mind. Measure the gate width if you can. A 2-Station fits through many side yards, while a 5-Station usually stays on the driveway or the street.
How to plan accessible restrooms for a public event in Vallejo
Any event open to the public should plan for guests who use a wheelchair, a walker or a cane. Accessible restrooms are part of that plan, and they work best when they are placed with as much thought as the main units.
Start with a count. Many event policies in Solano County use about ten percent accessible units as a planning number for larger crowds. For small events, one accessible room is a good starting point. Your permit reviewer may ask about it, so have the number ready.
Power and water for a deluxe restroom trailer at a Vallejo park or shipyard site
Many of the best event spaces in Vallejo are open lawns, ballfields and old shipyard grounds with few outlets and no water taps nearby. That is fine for our trailers, as long as you plan for power and water ahead of time.
Power comes first. Most of our units need one standard 20 A 120 V circuit, and the 9-Station needs two. A circuit within 100 feet works with our cords. If the nearest outlet is in a park building that will be locked, or it shares a circuit with a food booth, we bring a quiet generator instead.
