Why choose The Lavatory

The Lavatory is Tucson’s go-to source for luxury bathroom trailer rentals, for every event and every job

Thirty years of event rentals teaches you the plain stuff that guests never see. We know how to level a trailer on a hard dirt drive in the Tanque Verde foothills, where to put the generator so the band never hears it, and how much water a 5-Station uses when it is 104 outside. That work is the luxury, and it is why The Lavatory is the #1 name for luxury bathroom trailer rentals in Tucson. We own more than 250 units, the largest luxury restroom fleet in the Western U.S., and we bring the same crews and the same plan to every job. You get the trailer, the delivery, the setup and the service from one company that answers the phone at any hour. We also offer bathroom trailers for rent anywhere in Arizona, so a second event in another town is one call away. Call us now or request a free quote, and we will confirm your date and the right unit the same day.

We own every trailer

Over 250 luxury units, all ours. We are a direct fleet, so nobody else’s truck shows up and nobody passes your job down the line.

Built for desert heat

Rooftop AC on every unit, started before guests arrive. Your restroom stays cool when the lawn is 105.

Same-day and 24/7

Rapid same-day deployment for events and emergencies. We can often be on site in Tucson within 1 to 2 hours.

We plan around washes and dirt drives

Many Tucson venues sit on caliche, gravel or ground near a wash. We pick high, firm ground, level and block the trailer, and keep it clear of the low spots that flood in a monsoon storm.

“Our reception was on a gravel lot at an east side Tucson ranch with one tiny bathroom building, so we added a Lavatory trailer. Guests walked up lit steps into a room with a flushing toilet, a mirror and cold AC. The truck showed up at the time they promised and picked it up the day after without a hitch.”

“We put a Lavatory trailer behind our sponsor tent during Gem Show week and the dealers loved it. The crew set it up before we opened and came back to clean it between days. Nobody had to walk across the lot to the public restrooms.”

Nothing fancy

Recognizable clients of our restroom trailer rentals

The companies that could rent anything still call us for restrooms, because a cheap plastic unit at a launch party or a shareholder event ruins everything the day is meant to say. The Lavatory has provided luxury restrooms for names like Google, Tesla, BMW, Mercedes, eBay, and Target, for hospitality at Caesars Palace, and for pro sports including the Golden State Warriors, Oakland A’s, and Las Vegas Raiders.

The reason those bookings repeat is simple. A luxury restroom is the one vendor a guest uses and remembers, for better or worse, so the trailer has to be stocked, clean and working from the first guest to the last. That is how we run every unit in the fleet, and it is the same standard behind every Tucson booking, from a backyard engagement party to a festival gate.

Three decades in event and equipment rental, running the largest luxury restroom trailer fleet in the Western U.S. Every unit ours, never a broker’s.

Inside the trailer

VIP restroom trailer rentals for Tucson festivals, concerts and the Gem Show

For a 200-guest ranch wedding on the east side, the 5-Station with one ADA + 2 is the setup we send most. Large festivals and Gem Show dealer areas usually get a 9-Station, sometimes two.

A Lavatory 9-Station restroom trailer set at the edge of a dirt event field with rows of white folding chairs and tables under storm clouds

The big Tucson events bring big crowds, and the people in the VIP tent expect more than a row of plastic toilets. The Tucson Gem, Mineral and Fossil Showcase runs about 52 separate shows across the city. In 2027 it runs from January 27 to February 14, with dealer tents along I-10, Oracle Road and the Lester Street area. Private buyer tents and dealer areas book our trailers so clients can stay on site all day.

La Fiesta de los Vaqueros is the next big push. The 2027 Tucson Rodeo runs February 20 to 28 at the Tucson Rodeo Grounds on South 6th Avenue, and the parade steps off February 25 at 9 a.m. Sponsor tents, hospitality areas and parade staging all need clean restrooms close by. We plan drop times around the street closures so the trailer is set before the barricades go up.

Concerts and races follow the same pattern. Kino Sports Complex on Ajo Way seats up to about 13,000 at its stadium and hosts concerts, fundraisers and baseball fiestas. El Tour de Tucson brings nearly 11,000 riders to the Tucson Convention Center on November 21, 2026. The finish line village and sponsor areas are a natural spot for an 8-Station or a 9-Station.

Backstage, the details matter. We park the trailer behind the stage or the hospitality tent, out of sight lines, and run power from the production generator or our own quiet unit. On multi-day shows we service between sessions, pump the tanks and restock, so the last day looks like the first. If your event spans more than one Arizona city, our team that handles Phoenix luxury bathroom trailer rentals can stage a second unit there on the same order.

What you find inside the private suite

Flushing china toilets

Real porcelain toilets with a foot flush, the same fixtures your guests use at home, not a chemical tank.

Running-water sinks

Stainless steel sinks with real running water, hand soap, and towels, fed by onboard water tanks so you are covered even without a hookup.

Climate control

Air conditioning for a summer afternoon and heat for a cold evening, so the trailer stays comfortable no matter the season.

Framed mirrors and lighting

Oversized framed vanity mirrors, warm interior lighting, and finished flooring that reads like a venue restroom, not a jobsite.

Fully stocked, always fresh

Premium toilet paper, towels, soap, and fragrance, restocked and pumped so the unit stays fresh from the first guest to the last.

Power and water handled

Onboard water tanks plus a generator when your site has no hookup, so the trailer runs anywhere from a vineyard to an open field.

Full specifications for every unit are on the 5-Station spec page and its four sister pages, or call and we will spec it to your Tucson guest count.

The full restroom trailer fleet is one page over; below is how we size a unit to an Arizona guest count.

An 8-Station Private Stall Deluxe and an ADA + 6 configuration are also in the fleet for big productions and larger guest counts. If you are between sizes, we spec it to your guest count rather than nudge you into more trailer than the day calls for.

We serve weddings, corporate events and productions with luxury restroom trailer rentals throughout Arizona, sized to the guest count.

What it costs

Before you book in Tucson, look at our temporary restroom trailers

Our restroom trailers, and the kinds of events we set them up for. Backyard weddings, vineyard receptions, corporate lots, film sets, and the festival gates where the lines have to move.

Ask us anything

The Tucson booking process for a temporary restroom trailer, start to finish

Booking should be the easy part of planning an event. Four steps, a straight answer, and one team that owns the whole thing.

1

Tell us about the event

Share your date, your rough guest count, and the venue. That is enough for us to point you to the right size trailer.

2

We match the trailer and site

We pair you with a unit, confirm whether the site has water and power or needs a generator, and pin the exact spot so delivery is one clean trip.

3

Delivery and setup

We arrive on your schedule, level and set the trailer, connect it, and stock it so it is ready and fresh before the first guest.

4

Enjoy it, we handle pickup

The trailer holds up through your whole event while our line stays open. When you are done, we come back and take it away.

Plan around it

Getting the most from portable restroom trailers in Tucson

A hillside of saguaro cactus and desert brush in the Sonoran Desert near Vail, southeast of Tucson, Arizona

Think about what a Tucson event actually costs to put on. The venue, the catering, the flowers, the photographer, the hours of planning. Then picture a guest walking out of a hot plastic box in the middle of all of it. Nobody plans for that. The restroom is the one vendor every single guest uses, often more than once, and it is the detail they quietly judge the whole event by.

A luxury restroom trailer protects everything else you spent on. It reads like an extension of the venue, holds up through a full day of guests, and gives people one less thing to remember for the wrong reason. Set against the total cost of the day, it is a small line item that quietly carries a lot of the impression, which is exactly why the hosts who have been burned once book the trailer first the next time.

At a glance

The crew behind your mobile restroom trailers in Tucson

Two Lavatory restroom trailers with steel stairs set side by side on a park lawn for a large outdoor event

We handle the whole thing, not just the drop-off. Our team delivers the trailer, levels and sets it, connects water and power or stages a generator, and stocks it before your first guest arrives. When the event wraps, we come back and haul it away. You never touch the logistics. That part is on us.

For longer or higher-traffic bookings in Tucson, we offer an on-site attendant who keeps the trailer stocked and spotless through the event, and we pump and refresh the unit so it holds up from the first guest to the last. That always-fresh standard is the difference between a restroom guests use once and one they are glad to use all night.

More Tucson jobs for our upscale bathroom trailer rentals

Tucson keeps us busy most of the year. Gem Show season fills January and February, rodeo week follows, and wedding season runs from October through April. Summer brings fewer outdoor parties, though job sites, film shoots and emergency calls keep going. Here are three kinds of jobs we set up across Tucson all the time, with the details that make each one work.

A Lavatory 2-Station restroom trailer parked on a paver courtyard at a landscaped garden venue with drought-tolerant plants and trees

Water main breaks and closed restrooms

When a Tucson Water main breaks, a restaurant or office can lose its restrooms for hours or days. Our units carry their own fresh water, so they work before the repair is done. We offer emergency delivery around the clock.

The 3-Station Restroom Trailer, available for Tucson-area events

Monsoon outages

Summer storms in Tucson have knocked out power to tens of thousands of homes at a time. A trailer with a generator keeps a venue, church or office open while the lights are out.

The 5-Station Restroom Trailer, available for Tucson-area events

I-10 widening and long road jobs

The I-10 project between Kino Parkway and Country Club Road runs through 2028. Owner’s reps and project offices on long jobs like this book a 3-Station with a weekly service day.

The 8-Station Private Stall Deluxe Restroom Trailer, available for Tucson-area events

University and campus events

Commencement weekends, alumni tailgates and the Festival of Books on the UA Mall draw big crowds. VIP and staff areas get a private trailer close to the action.

The 9-Station Restroom Trailer, our highest-capacity luxury unit, available for Tucson-area events

Wildfire camps in the Catalinas

The 2020 Bighorn Fire burned nearly 120,000 acres north of town. Fire camps and evacuation centers need clean restrooms with sinks, set fast and serviced on a schedule. We are SAM.gov registered, so agencies can book us directly.

The 8-Station Private Stall Deluxe Restroom Trailer, available for Tucson-area events

Remodels and backyard projects

A home remodel or a bathroom out of service can leave a family without a toilet for weeks. A 2-Station in the driveway fixes that the same day.

What ties these together is the guest experience. Nobody remembers a restroom that worked, but everybody remembers one that did not. Because our units sit staged across the region instead of a couple counties away, getting a luxury trailer to a Tucson date, even a last-minute one, is an ordinary ask here, not a scramble.

In plain terms

Power and ground needs for restroom trailer rentals in Tucson

A restroom trailer on private property for a private party usually needs no permit of its own. Public events are different. The City of Tucson asks for special event applications in city parks at least 60 days ahead, and a special event liquor license must reach the City Clerk at least 45 days before the date. The permit will ask how you plan to handle restrooms, hand washing and access for guests with disabilities, so have your trailer plan ready when you apply.

Events in unincorporated Pima County or at county parks like Brandi Fenton Memorial Park and Rillito Park need a county special event permit when they are public, advertised or expect more than 75 people. Pima County asks for at least 30 days of notice and takes applications up to a year out. South Tucson, Marana, Oro Valley and Sahuarita each handle events inside their own limits.

Job sites follow the federal OSHA rule, 29 CFR 1926.51, which sets the number of toilets by crew size, starting with one for a crew of up to 20. Waste from our tanks is pumped by licensed haulers and taken to permitted disposal, so you never handle it. When you book with us, we send the unit specs, the station count and the service plan in writing so you can drop them right into your permit or site safety plan. Our ADA + 2 meets the federal ADA standard for accessible toilet rooms.

The ADA + 6 Restroom Trailer, available for Tucson-area events

The ADA and placement details we take care of

  • ADA-accessible units with a self-contained ramp, wide door, grab bars, and turning room.
  • Guidance on where to place the trailer so it is easy to reach and easy to service.
  • Water and power sorted before delivery, with a generator staged when the site has no hookup.
  • Licensed and insured on every unit we put on the road.

One thing we always say plainly: some venues and city permits have their own rules on placement, accessibility, and event restrooms. Tell us your venue and we will help you plan around them, but confirm any permit requirements with the venue or the city as well.

Luxury bathroom trailers for Tucson ranch, vineyard and backyard weddings

The ADA + 2 Restroom Trailer, with a self-contained wheelchair ramp, available for Tucson-area events

Weddings are the number one reason people rent our luxury restrooms, and Tucson has some of the best outdoor sites in the West. Tanque Verde Guest Ranch sits on the east side near the Rincon Mountains, with a saguaro ceremony site and a cottonwood grove. Saguaro Buttes holds about 150 guests at its outdoor chapel near Saguaro National Park. Many ranch venues have one small restroom building, which is not enough for 180 guests and an open bar.

Vineyard weddings take a longer drive. Sonoita and Elgin wine country sits about an hour southeast of town at roughly 5,000 feet. Sonoita Vineyards, the first commercial vineyard in the area, hosts weddings on gravel and lawn for up to about 300 guests, and its events end by 10 p.m. Nights at that height get cold in spring and fall, so we run the heat after sunset and keep the walk to the trailer short and lit.

Backyard weddings are the third big group. Big lots in the Catalina Foothills, Tanque Verde, Oro Valley and Vail host weddings, quinceañeras and graduation parties every season. Many of these homes are on septic, and a crowd of 150 can back up a home system in one night. A 3-Station or 5-Station on the side yard keeps guests out of the house and keeps the septic safe.

Before any ranch or backyard date, we check the ground and the drive. We look at the gate width, the turn at the end of the drive and how close we can park to power. Hard dirt and gravel are fine once the trailer is leveled and blocked. Our crew sets the stairs, turns on the AC or heat and walks you through the unit before the first guest arrives.

Portable restroom trailer rentals for Tucson film sets and commercial shoots

The ADA + 6 Restroom Trailer, available for Tucson-area events

Tucson has hosted Western film crews since 1939, and production is still steady. Film Tucson, the film office for Tucson and Pima County, offers no-fee permits, location scouting and 24 hour help for crews. The state’s Motion Picture Production Program gives tax credits of 15 to 20 percent based on spend, which brings commercials, series and features to Southern Arizona.

Locations here run from Old Tucson and Gates Pass to downtown blocks and ranches toward Tubac. A telenovela remake has been shooting at Tubac ranches and in downtown Tucson since late 2025. Desert locations rarely have power or plumbing nearby, and a long walk to a restroom costs a crew real time on a 14 hour day.

We set a 3-Station or 5-Station at base camp, close to catering and the trailers for talent. When the company moves, a 2-Station can follow to the next spot. We place the generator away from the set so sound never picks it up. We time each service visit to your call sheet, early or late, so the tanks never get in the way of a shooting day.

Producers like having one vendor for every location on a shoot. If your crew is also shooting in another state, we stage units there too, including luxury portable restroom rentals near the Strip in Las Vegas and in the Bay Area. Tell us the shooting schedule and the addresses, and we will plan each drop and pickup around your company moves.

Plan ahead

How upscale restroom trailers usually run at a Tucson venue

A hillside of saguaro cactus and desert brush in the Sonoran Desert near Vail, southeast of Tucson, Arizona

A typical setup: a dealer lounge during Gem Show season

When a dealer books a private lounge for buyers, we set a 5-Station behind the tent on the paved side of the lot. We run power from the show’s panel or our own quiet generator. During the weeks of the show we service every other day, pump the tanks and restock, so buyers never notice a crew.

A typical setup: a ranch wedding in the Rincon foothills

When a couple plans 180 guests at an east side ranch, we walk the drive with the venue first. We set a 5-Station and an ADA + 2 near the reception on level gravel, with lit steps and a short path. The AC runs from mid-afternoon, and our crew picks up the trailers the following day.

A typical setup: a restaurant with no water

When a water main break closes a restaurant’s restrooms, we bring a 2-Station or 3-Station with full fresh water tanks. We park it near the back door, set the stairs and hand the manager a key. The trailer stays until the city restores service, and we pump it as often as the crowd needs.

Tucson neighborhoods served by our VIP restroom trailer rentals

A Lavatory 2-Station restroom trailer parked on a paver courtyard at a landscaped garden venue with drought-tolerant plants and trees

We deliver across all of Tucson, from Downtown and the University to the Catalina Foothills, Tanque Verde, the south side and the west side near the Tucson Mountains. Our crews also cover Marana, Oro Valley, Sahuarita, Green Valley, Vail and the rest of Pima County, with same-day delivery on most calls. Wine country weddings in Sonoita and Elgin are part of our regular route. Planning showers or laundry too? Our page on Arizona shower, laundry and restroom trailers shows everything else we bring to the state, and our fleet serves every state when your next event is somewhere else.

We cover Tucson luxury restroom trailer rentals across Arizona. Neighborhoods and towns we serve include Downtown Tucson, Barrio Viejo, Armory Park, Sam Hughes, University of Arizona, Midtown, El Encanto, Catalina Foothills, Casas Adobes, Oro Valley, Marana, Dove Mountain, Tanque Verde, Rincon Valley, Vail, Rita Ranch, South Tucson, Drexel Heights, Tucson Estates, Picture Rocks, Sahuarita, Green Valley, Corona de Tucson, Catalina.

Our statewide Arizona restroom trailer service covers the regions this page does not name.

Downtown and Barrio Viejo

Gem Show halls at the Convention Center, the All Souls Procession and Tucson Meet Yourself at Jácome Plaza. Tight streets and event closures mean we time each drop.

Sam Hughes and the University

Tailgates near Arizona Stadium, campus events and backyard parties in older homes with small bathrooms. Compact units fit a driveway or a side yard.

Catalina Foothills

Resort weddings near Ventana Canyon and big hillside homes with steep drives. We plan the approach and the leveling before delivery day.

Tanque Verde and the Rincon Valley

Guest ranch weddings and rural lots with dirt roads and washes. We check gates, turns and ground so the trailer sits safe and level.

Oro Valley and Marana

Golf resort events, community festivals and new neighborhoods along I-10. Same-day delivery is the norm out here.

Vail, Rita Ranch and Sahuarita

Backyard parties, school events and growing neighborhoods to the southeast and south. We deliver and service these areas every week.

Most Tucson rentals can be delivered the same day, and our dispatch line answers 24/7 for last-minute and emergency dates.

Questions we get about deluxe restroom trailers in Tucson

The 2-Station Restroom Trailer, our compact luxury unit, available for Tucson-area events
Is a gravel or dirt drive at a Tucson ranch venue good enough for a restroom trailer?

Yes, in most cases. We need fairly level, firm ground, a gate wide enough for the truck and room to turn around. Caliche and packed gravel work well once we level and chock the trailer. Soft sand, steep slopes and the bottom of a wash do not. Send us a photo of the spot or let us walk it with you before the date.

Where does the power come from if the venue has no outlet near the trailer?

Most of our units need one standard 20 amp, 120 volt circuit within about 100 feet. The 9-Station and the ADA + 2 need two. When there is no outlet close enough, as at many desert ranches and film locations, we bring a quiet generator sized for the AC and place it where guests will not hear it.

What happens to the AC in a 110 degree Tucson summer, and is there heat in winter?

Every trailer has rooftop air conditioning, and we turn it on hours before guests arrive so the rooms are cool at the start. In a Tucson June that matters a lot. For winter weddings and vineyard events in Sonoita, where nights get cold, the same units have heat. We size generator power for the AC load when there is no hookup.

When do I need two restroom trailers instead of one?

It depends on guest count, event length and whether there is a bar. One 5-Station handles about 150 to 450 guests, and one 9-Station handles about 400 to 900 over five hours. Big festivals, rodeo hospitality areas and Gem Show dealer zones often need two units so no one walks far. We work out the count with you on the first call.

How does the water work, and do I need a hose hookup?

No hookup is required. Each trailer carries its own fresh water tank, from 105 gallons on the smaller units to about 200 on the larger ones, and a sealed waste tank. A hose bib nearby lets a long event run longer between service visits. Without one, we plan refills and pump-outs to match your crowd.

Do prices change based on how far out the venue is or how long the event runs?

The quote depends on a few things: the unit size, how many days you keep it, the distance from our staging yard, how many service visits you need and whether you need a generator or an attendant. A one-day backyard party and a three-week Gem Show booking are planned very differently. Call us or request a free quote with your date, address and guest count, and we will price it the same day.

Will someone service the trailer during a multi-day event like the Gem Show or the rodeo?

Yes. On multi-day events we come back on a set schedule to pump the waste tank, refill fresh water, clean and restock paper and soap. Busy shows may need service every day or every other day. We plan visits around your hours so a crew is never on site when guests are.

Can guests in wheelchairs use your restroom trailers?

Yes. Our ADA + 2 trailer has a self-contained ramp and a roomy accessible unisex room built to the federal ADA standard, plus a women’s and a men’s room. We place it on level ground with a clear path from the event. For larger events we often pair it with a 5-Station or 9-Station.

How fast can you get a portable bathroom trailer to a Tucson business that just lost water?

We offer 24/7 immediate dispatch and can often be there within 1 to 2 hours. The trailer brings its own fresh water, so it works even before the main is fixed. Call us directly for emergencies, since that is the fastest way to get a truck rolling.

Do you deliver to Sonoita, Elgin and the wine country wedding venues?

Yes. Wine country weddings are a regular part of our route. We plan for the longer drive and the gravel lots. Nights at about 5,000 feet run colder, so we set the heat too. Tell us the venue’s start and end times, and we will set up early and pick up after the event.

Do I need a permit to put a private restroom trailer at a Tucson park event?

The trailer itself does not need a separate permit, but the event usually does. City of Tucson park events need an application about 60 days ahead, and Pima County events need at least 30 days. We send you the unit details and service plan in writing for the application.

What happens if a monsoon storm hits during my event?

We place the trailer on high, firm ground away from washes, and we level and chock it so wind will not move it. If a storm knocks out power, the trailer can switch to a generator. After the storm we check the steps and clean off dust before guests come back.

A Tucson event restroom timeline: when to book and what to send us

Start with your permit dates, because they set the clock. City of Tucson park events need an application about 60 days out, a special event liquor license needs 45 days, and Pima County events need at least 30. Gem Show season and rodeo week book our larger units early, so call as soon as you have a date in January, February or March. Peak wedding months, October through April, fill on Saturdays. For a summer job site or an emergency, same-day delivery is normal, and we can often be there within 1 to 2 hours. If you also have a second event farther east on I-10, we handle portable restroom trailer rentals in El Paso on the same call.

When you call, have five things ready: the address, the date and hours, the guest count, whether there is a bar, and a photo of where the trailer will sit. Tell us about power and water near that spot. Mention any gate codes, HOA rules or street closures. With that, we can pick the unit, quote it and lock your date in one conversation. A week before the event we confirm the drop time and the contact on site, and on the day our crew calls when the truck is on the way.

Pima County special event permits

How to walk a desert ranch or foothills site before your trailer arrives

Walk the route a truck will take, not just the spot where the trailer will sit. Look at the gate width, low branches, tight turns and any soft sand. Check for washes, since a dry wash in October can run fast in a summer storm. Pick a spot that is fairly level, on gravel, caliche or packed dirt, within about 100 feet of a 20 amp outlet if you have one. Keep it close enough that guests walk a short, lit path, and far enough that the door is not facing the ceremony.

Foothills homes bring their own problems. Steep drives, tight cul-de-sacs and HOA rules can limit where a truck can stop. Septic systems are common on big lots, and a party of 150 can overload one in a single night, which is a good reason to keep guests out of the house bathrooms. If you are not sure, send photos or a short video of the drive and the spot. Tucson hit 100 degrees on March 19, 2026, the earliest on record, and 2024 set the record with 112 days at 100 or hotter. June is usually the hottest month, not July. For any outdoor event from April to October, start later in the day, put shade near the restroom path and keep plenty of drinking water out. Inside a plastic toilet in the sun, the heat gets dangerous fast. Our trailers have rooftop AC, and we turn it on well before guests arrive.

Heat changes the restroom plan in other ways too. Guests wash their hands and faces more, so sink water runs out faster, and we plan refills to match. If the venue has no power, the generator has to carry the AC, so we size it for that load. For long summer jobs, a weekly service day keeps the trailer clean and the tanks in check. Monsoon season starts June 15, so a late summer event also needs a spot on high ground.

What changes the cost of a temporary bathroom rental in Tucson

We never quote a flat number without the details, because a few things change the price a lot. The biggest is the unit size: a 2-Station and a 9-Station are very different trailers. Next is time on site, since a one-day party and a three-week booking are planned differently. Distance from our staging yard matters, along with how many service visits you need. Extras like a generator, an attendant or a second unit for a VIP area add to it.

There are easy ways to keep a quote lean. A nearby 20 amp outlet means no generator. A water hookup stretches the time between service visits. Accurate guest counts help us avoid sending a bigger unit than you need. Flexible drop and pickup windows make scheduling easier on busy weekends. Call us or request a free quote with your date, address and guest count, and we will price it the same day.

Planning restrooms for a wine country wedding in Sonoita and Elgin

Sonoita and Elgin sit about an hour southeast of Tucson at roughly 5,000 feet, and the weather there is not the weather in town. Nights in spring and fall get cold, so ask for heat inside the trailer and put lights on the path. Vineyard venues often set firm hours, with some starting no earlier than 5 p.m. and ending by 10 p.m. We set up early in the afternoon so the trailer is warm and ready before the ceremony.

Most vineyard lots are gravel or lawn, which is fine once the trailer is leveled. Power may be far from the reception area, so tell us where the nearest outlet is or plan on a quiet generator. For 150 to 250 guests, the 5-Station is the right size, with an ADA + 2 if older guests are coming. Book early in the season, since popular Saturdays in the wine country fill months ahead.
