Why choose The Lavatory

The Lavatory is the name behind the top private restroom trailer rentals in Mesa, AZ

Guests forget the table flowers by Monday. They remember the restroom line, the smell and the heat inside a plastic box, or they remember walking into a cool, bright room with a real sink and a mirror. That one stop shapes how people talk about the whole day, which is why The Lavatory is the first call for private restroom trailer rentals in Mesa and across the East Valley. We own over 250 luxury units, the largest luxury restroom trailer fleet in the Western U.S., and we bring 30+ years in event and equipment rental and a wall of 5-star Google reviews. Every trailer arrives cooled, stocked and spotless, and our crew stays on call until pickup. We are part of the same team behind our Arizona luxury restroom trailer rentals, so Mesa gets local staging with a statewide fleet behind it. Call us now, or request a quote and we will confirm your trailer, your delivery window and your service plan the same day.

Luxury is all we rent

We do not own plastic units. Every trailer in our fleet has china toilets, real sinks, mirrors and climate control, so the unit that shows up always looks like the photos.

Our fleet, our crews

Over 250 trailers, all owned by us. We are a direct fleet, not a reseller, so nobody hands your Mesa job to a subcontractor you have never spoken to.

Fast when it counts

Same-day delivery is normal here, and for emergencies we can often be there within 1 to 2 hours, any day of the week.

We know Mesa’s spread-out map

Mesa stretches about 20 miles from the Tempe line to Signal Butte Road. We time drops around US 60 and Loop 202 traffic and set gate, badge or HOA access with you before the truck rolls.

Proof from the festival producers who have booked our luxury restroom trailers

The companies that could rent anything still call us for restrooms, because a cheap plastic unit at a launch party or a shareholder event ruins everything the day is meant to say. The Lavatory has provided luxury restrooms for names like Google, Tesla, BMW, Mercedes, eBay, and Target, for hospitality at Caesars Palace, and for pro sports including the Golden State Warriors, Oakland A’s, and Las Vegas Raiders.

The reason those bookings repeat is simple. A luxury restroom is the one vendor a guest uses and remembers, for better or worse, so the trailer has to be stocked, clean and working from the first guest to the last. That is how we run every unit in the fleet, and it is the same standard behind every Mesa booking, from a backyard engagement party to a festival gate.

Three decades in event and equipment rental, running the largest luxury restroom trailer fleet in the Western U.S. Every unit ours, never a broker’s.

Inside the trailer

Temporary bathroom rentals for Mesa water main breaks, outages and plumbing failures

Whatever brings you to us, the 5-Station is the unit we send most often in Mesa, and an ADA + 2 joins it whenever accessible rooms are needed. On an urgent call, a 2-Station or 3-Station is usually the fastest to get on site and working.

A clean white Lavatory 2-Station restroom trailer with women's and men's doors and black steel stairs, set on decomposed granite beside desert plants and a modern stucco home

When the water stops, restrooms close first. A burst pipe at a church the week of a big service, a sewer backup at a restaurant on Main Street, a city main break that shuts off a whole office park. People still show up, and the owner still has to serve them. Mesa has seen this more than once. A 16-inch transmission main broke near 6th Street and Emerson, and another break sent water into homes near Rio Salado Parkway and Alma School Road. Most outages here clear in a few hours. A big main break can run a day or two.

Our trailers carry their own fresh water and sealed waste tanks, so they work the moment we set them down. No hookup, no plumber, no waiting on the city. In Mesa we can often be there within 1 to 2 hours, and our dispatch line answers 24/7. Tell us the address, about how many people need restrooms, whether you have power on site and where a truck can park. That is enough to send the right unit.

Monsoon storms bring a different kind of emergency. In August 2025 a sudden wind storm tore the covered parking off at an RV resort in Mesa and left more than 20,000 APS and SRP customers without power at the peak. A month later, over 2 inches of rain hit parts of east Mesa and knocked out power again. When a building loses power, its pumps and restrooms can go down with it. We bring a generator with the trailer when the site has no power, so the AC and lights keep running.

Longer outages get a service plan. We set pump-out and refill visits so the unit never runs low, and we keep the same crew on your account so nobody has to explain the site twice. Apartment managers, school facility teams and clinic owners use these temporary bathroom rentals to stay open while repairs finish. A remodel that tears out the only bathroom in a Mesa home works the same way, just on a longer calendar.

Inside the trailer, item by item

Flushing china toilets

Real porcelain toilets with a foot flush, the same fixtures your guests use at home, not a chemical tank.

Running-water sinks

Stainless steel sinks with real running water, hand soap, and towels, fed by onboard water tanks so you are covered even without a hookup.

Climate control

Air conditioning for a summer afternoon and heat for a cold evening, so the trailer stays comfortable no matter the season.

Framed mirrors and lighting

Oversized framed vanity mirrors, warm interior lighting, and finished flooring that reads like a venue restroom, not a jobsite.

Fully stocked, always fresh

Premium toilet paper, towels, soap, and fragrance, restocked and pumped so the unit stays fresh from the first guest to the last.

Power and water handled

Onboard water tanks plus a generator when your site has no hookup, so the trailer runs anywhere from a vineyard to an open field.

Full specifications for every unit are on the 5-Station spec page and its four sister pages, or call and we will spec it to your Mesa guest count.

The full restroom trailer fleet is one page over; below is how we size a unit to an Arizona guest count.

An 8-Station Private Stall Deluxe and an ADA + 6 configuration are also in the fleet for big productions and larger guest counts. If you are between sizes, we spec it to your guest count rather than nudge you into more trailer than the day calls for.

Statewide coverage runs through our Arizona restroom trailer hub, with units sized to the guest count.

VIP restroom trailer rentals for Mesa church, school and campus events

A long Lavatory 9-Station restroom trailer with railed stairs, parked in a paved lot near tile-roof homes and palm trees on a sunny afternoon

Few cities host church events on the scale Mesa does. The Mesa Easter Pageant on the north lawn of the Mesa Arizona Temple is billed as the largest annual outdoor Easter pageant in the world. It draws close to 100,000 people over its run, with about 9,600 chairs set out each night. The temple Christmas lights fill the 20-acre grounds every evening from late November through December. Hundreds of other congregations across the city hold Easter services, fall festivals and youth nights on their own lawns and parking lots.

Overflow parking and open lawns rarely have restrooms nearby, and the building may be locked after hours. A 9-Station or a pair of 5-Stations on the edge of the lot keeps families out of long lines. We always add an accessible unit for church crowds, since grandparents, baby carriages and wheelchairs are part of every big night.

Schools are the other half of this work. Mesa Public Schools is the largest district in Arizona, with 82 schools and more than 50,000 students. Graduation, homecoming, field days, band competitions and carnivals all bring crowds too big for a gym restroom. In summer, district facility teams book our trailers while campus bathrooms are torn out for remodels.

Campus events follow the same pattern. ASU Polytechnic shares about 600 acres at Power and Williams Field roads with several other schools, and Mesa Community College is the largest of the 10 Maricopa community colleges. Orientation weeks, outdoor graduations and tailgates all need clean, quiet units near the tents and stages. Our VIP restroom trailer rentals give a school event the same polish as a wedding, without any work for your custodial staff.

Luxury bathroom trailer rentals for Mesa weddings at ranch venues, estates and backyards

A Lavatory 2-Station restroom trailer with stairs at both doors, parked on a dirt lot with stacked stone pallets, mesquite trees and desert mountains behind it

Mesa weddings lean toward the desert and the mountains. Superstition Manor on Signal Butte Road sets its ceremony spots in full view of Superstition Mountain and seats up to about 300. Saguaro Lake Guest Ranch sits on the Salt River below the Bulldog Cliffs, with ceremonies and receptions on the Lower Lawn for up to about 200. Gather Estate offers green lawns in the middle of the city, and the clubhouse lawns at Red Mountain Ranch and Las Sendas draw couples who want city lights after dark.

Plenty of couples skip the venue and marry in a family backyard in Dobson Ranch, Alta Mesa or Las Sendas, or on a horse property in Lehi. That is where luxury bathroom trailer rentals make the biggest difference. A house with two bathrooms cannot handle 150 guests, and nobody wants strangers walking through the bedrooms. A 3-Station or 5-Station on the side yard keeps guests outside and keeps the house clean for the family.

Ranch sites need a little planning. Many have one gravel road shared by the caterer, the rental company and the florist, so we set our delivery the day before or early that morning. We level the trailer on firm ground, keep it close enough for an easy walk but far enough from the ceremony that a generator never competes with the vows, and light the path for the evening. In spring and fall the heat or AC is set before the first guest arrives.

Book early for peak season. Saturdays in March, April, October and November fill first, and spring weekends also compete with Cactus League crowds and the Easter Pageant downtown. Our wedding customers can add an attendant who restocks and wipes down the rooms through the night, which matters most for receptions over 200 guests.

Clean through the last guest: servicing restroom trailers in Mesa

The 9-Station Restroom Trailer, our highest-capacity luxury unit, available for Mesa-area events

We handle the whole thing, not just the drop-off. Our team delivers the trailer, levels and sets it, connects water and power or stages a generator, and stocks it before your first guest arrives. When the event wraps, we come back and haul it away. You never touch the logistics. That part is on us.

For longer or higher-traffic bookings in Mesa, we offer an on-site attendant who keeps the trailer stocked and spotless through the event, and we pump and refresh the unit so it holds up from the first guest to the last. That always-fresh standard is the difference between a restroom guests use once and one they are glad to use all night.

How ordering restroom trailer rentals for Mesa works

Booking should be the easy part of planning an event. Four steps, a straight answer, and one team that owns the whole thing.

1

Tell us about the event

Share your date, your rough guest count, and the venue. That is enough for us to point you to the right size trailer.

2

We match the trailer and site

We pair you with a unit, confirm whether the site has water and power or needs a generator, and pin the exact spot so delivery is one clean trip.

3

Delivery and setup

We arrive on your schedule, level and set the trailer, connect it, and stock it so it is ready and fresh before the first guest.

4

Enjoy it, we handle pickup

The trailer holds up through your whole event while our line stays open. When you are done, we come back and take it away.

Worth noting

Space and clearance for luxury restroom trailers at Mesa sites

In Mesa, portable restrooms fall under the Maricopa County Environmental Health Code. The county calls a trailer with toilets, sinks and a built-in holding tank a portable restroom unit, which is exactly what our trailers are. At a public gathering without enough permanent restrooms, the county asks for approved toilets within 200 feet and at least 1 per 100 people. Construction sites need at least 1 toilet for every 20 workers within 200 feet of each work area. Waste can only be hauled by a county-permitted truck, and we handle that on every service visit.

The City of Mesa adds its own layer through the Special Event License. The city’s Special Events Handbook plans for 1 restroom per 100 guests, or 1 per 300 when permanent restrooms sit within 200 feet, and asks that at least 10 percent of the toilets be ADA accessible. Events entirely inside a city park may skip the license, though adding portable toilets or generators can trigger one, and every park event needs a Park Permit Addendum. The consultation request is due at least 90 days out. Events downtown also go through the Downtown Mesa Association.

For accessible rooms we follow the federal ADA, and our ADA + 2 and ADA + 6 units carry their own ramps. Job sites also fall under OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51 for crew sanitation. We are glad to help with the restroom part of your permit packet: unit counts, a placement sketch for your site map and the accessible rooms. If your plan also needs showers or laundry, we rent shower and laundry trailers across Arizona too.

The ADA + 6 Restroom Trailer, available for Mesa-area events

Accessibility and setup, handled

  • ADA-accessible units with a self-contained ramp, wide door, grab bars, and turning room.
  • Guidance on where to place the trailer so it is easy to reach and easy to service.
  • Water and power sorted before delivery, with a generator staged when the site has no hookup.
  • Licensed and insured on every unit we put on the road.

One thing we always say plainly: some venues and city permits have their own rules on placement, accessibility, and event restrooms. Tell us your venue and we will help you plan around them, but confirm any permit requirements with the venue or the city as well.

Budgeting for bathroom trailer rentals in Mesa

The 8-Station Private Stall Deluxe Restroom Trailer, available for Mesa-area events

Think about what a Mesa event actually costs to put on. The venue, the catering, the flowers, the photographer, the hours of planning. Then picture a guest walking out of a hot plastic box in the middle of all of it. Nobody plans for that. The restroom is the one vendor every single guest uses, often more than once, and it is the detail they quietly judge the whole event by.

A luxury restroom trailer protects everything else you spent on. It reads like an extension of the venue, holds up through a full day of guests, and gives people one less thing to remember for the wrong reason. Set against the total cost of the day, it is a small line item that quietly carries a lot of the impression, which is exactly why the hosts who have been burned once book the trailer first the next time.

More Mesa events that call for our event restroom trailer rentals

Our phones ring for Mesa all year. Weddings peak from October through April, church and school calendars stay full from the Easter season through graduation, and emergencies do not keep a schedule. These three are the jobs we plan most around here, though we also serve festivals, film shoots, corporate events and long builds across the city.

The ADA + 2 Restroom Trailer, with a self-contained wheelchair ramp, available for Mesa-area events

Spring training and Sloan Park festivals

Sloan Park hosts Cubs spring games, the Breakaway Arizona music festival and the Fastball Comedy Festival. Private parties, suites and VIP areas use our 8-Station so guests skip the stadium lines.

The ADA + 6 Restroom Trailer, available for Mesa-area events

Mesa Marathon week

The Mesa Marathon runs every February with an expo at Sloan Park. Start areas, finish zones and sponsor tents need restrooms that can handle a rush in a short window.

Elliot Road data center offices

Meta, Google, Apple and Novva all have campuses on or near the Elliot Road corridor. Owner’s reps and project teams on these gated sites want a real restroom by the office trailers.

Film shoots on the Salt River and Bush Highway

The Salt River, Usery foothills and Bush Highway are popular desert backdrops. Base camps for cast and crew get a clean unit that moves with the shoot.

Falcon Field and corporate events

Company picnics, hangar parties and plant events near Falcon Field and McDowell Road need restrooms that match a corporate guest list. We handle badge and gate access ahead of time.

Restaurant and office remodels

A tenant improvement can shut restrooms for weeks. A small trailer out back keeps a kitchen crew or an office staff working while the plumbers finish.

What ties these together is the guest experience. Nobody remembers a restroom that worked, but everybody remembers one that did not. Because our units sit staged across the region instead of a couple counties away, getting a luxury trailer to a Mesa date, even a last-minute one, is an ordinary ask here, not a scramble.

Honest expectations

The usual Mesa setups for bathroom trailer rentals

The 3-Station Restroom Trailer, available for Mesa-area events

A typical setup: a church lawn event with overflow parking

When a congregation expects a few thousand people on the lawn for an Easter or Christmas night, we walk the site with the facilities lead first. We place a 9-Station and an ADA + 2 at the edge of the overflow lot, run power from the building or a quiet generator, and light the path. An attendant restocks between sessions.

A typical setup: an owner’s office on a data center build

When a project team moves into office trailers on a gated site along Elliot Road, we confirm the badge contact and the gate hours before delivery. A 3-Station goes on level gravel near the offices. Service visits are set for early mornings so the crew never works around a pump truck in the afternoon heat.

A typical setup: an apartment complex during a water outage

When a property manager calls because the water is off and nobody knows when it comes back, we ask how many units are affected and where a truck can park. A 5-Station goes near the leasing office with signs to it. We schedule refills until the repair is done and pick up the same day the water returns.

Mesa neighborhoods served by our luxury portable restroom rentals

A Lavatory 2-Station restroom trailer with stairs at both doors, parked on a dirt lot with stacked stone pallets, mesquite trees and desert mountains behind it

We deliver across all of Mesa, from Downtown and Dobson Ranch to Las Sendas, Eastmark and Signal Butte. The same staging covers Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe, Apache Junction, Queen Creek and the rest of the East Valley, usually the same day. Working on the west side of the Valley too? Our deluxe restroom trailers for rent in Phoenix come from the same team and the same fleet, and we serve every state when your next event is somewhere else.

We cover Mesa luxury restroom trailer rentals across Arizona. Neighborhoods and towns we serve include Downtown Mesa, Dobson Ranch, Fiesta District, Riverview, Lehi, Red Mountain Ranch, Las Sendas, Falcon Field, Alta Mesa, Superstition Springs, Mountain Bridge, Leisure World, Sunland Springs, Eastmark, Mesa Gateway, Signal Butte, Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe, Apache Junction, Queen Creek, Gold Canyon, San Tan Valley, Fountain Hills.

For a venue elsewhere in the state, start from the Arizona restroom trailer page.

Downtown Mesa

Main Street festivals, the temple grounds and events at the Mesa Arts Center. Lots are tight and street closures are common, so we send units that fit a small paved space.

Dobson Ranch

Lake-view backyards, greenbelt parties and family weddings. A 2-Station or 3-Station on the side yard keeps guests out of the house.

Las Sendas and Red Mountain Ranch

Foothill homes, golf clubhouse weddings and HOA rules. We confirm gate access and placement with the HOA before the delivery date.

Lehi and the Bush Highway

Horse properties, ranch parties and venues on the way to Saguaro Lake. Gravel drives and long distances between buildings make a trailer the easy answer.

Eastmark and Mesa Gateway

Community events in Eastmark parks, campus events at ASU Polytechnic and long builds near the airport. Wide open lots here get our hottest sun, so AC matters most.

Superstition Springs and Signal Butte

Golf course weddings, the Signal Butte venues and retirement community gatherings. Many guests here want an accessible room close by, so we plan one in from the start.

Most Mesa rentals can be delivered the same day, and our dispatch line answers 24/7 for last-minute and emergency dates.

How it works

Before you book VIP restroom trailers in Mesa

The 5-Station Restroom Trailer, available for Mesa-area events
Will I lose my date if I wait to book a luxury restroom trailer for a spring wedding in Mesa?

You might. Saturdays in March, April, October and November are the first to go, and spring also brings Cactus League crowds and the Easter Pageant to Mesa. We suggest booking three to six months out for peak weekends. If your date is close, call anyway. We often still have a unit, and we will tell you right away.

Can someone stay with the trailer to restock and clean during our reception?

Yes. You can add an attendant who restocks paper and soap, wipes down sinks and counters, and keeps the rooms fresh all night. We recommend it for weddings over 200 guests, church events with long lines and any event with an open bar. For multi-day rentals we set service visits instead, and we pump and refill the tanks on each one.

Is a private restroom trailer comfortable on a 110 degree day, or on a cold December night?

Yes. Every unit has rooftop AC and heat. In summer we turn the AC on before guests arrive so the rooms are cool from the start, and we size the generator for the AC load if your site has no power. On winter nights the heat keeps the rooms comfortable for evening weddings and the Christmas lights season.

Where do I need permission to put a portable restroom trailer in Mesa?

It depends on the site. Public events usually need a City of Mesa Special Event License, and events in a city park need a Park Permit Addendum. Downtown events also get reviewed by the Downtown Mesa Association. Many neighborhoods in Las Sendas, Eastmark and Red Mountain Ranch have HOA rules about trailers, so check with the HOA early. Venues often have a set spot for our unit, and we work it out with their coordinator.

What makes a luxury restroom trailer different from a porta potty?

A porta potty is a plastic box with a holding tank and no running water. Our trailers have flushing china toilets, sinks with running water, mirrors, lights and climate control, with separate rooms for women and men. Guests walk in and it feels like a nice restaurant restroom. In Mesa heat, the AC alone is a big difference.

When does a long-term or construction rental make sense?

Any time a project runs more than a few weeks and people need a real restroom. Owner’s reps, project managers and office staff on data center builds, plant expansions and remodels book our units for months at a time. We set a weekly or twice-weekly service day, pump the tanks, restock and check the AC on each visit. Maricopa County still asks for 1 toilet per 20 workers for the general crew, so tell us your head count and we will help you plan both.

How is the cost of a bathroom trailer rental set?

We do not list prices because every job is different. The main factors are the trailer size, how many days you need it, how far we drive, whether you need a generator, how often we service it and whether you want an attendant. Event days, holidays and peak wedding weekends also play a part. Call or request a free quote and we will give you a clear answer fast.

Do I need more than one trailer for a big Mesa event?

Often, yes. A 9-Station handles about 400 to 900 guests over five hours, depending on food and drinks. Bigger church nights, festivals and graduations usually get two or three units spread across the site so nobody walks far. We also add an accessible unit, since the City of Mesa asks that at least 10 percent of event toilets be ADA accessible.

Can you deliver to Saguaro Lake Guest Ranch and other venues off the Bush Highway?

Yes. We deliver to venues along the Bush Highway and the Salt River, and we plan around the single access road most of them share. We usually drop the trailer the day before or early in the morning, before the caterer and rental crews arrive. Tell us the venue and we will confirm the best spot with their coordinator.

Can you set up for a downtown Mesa event near Main Street?

Yes. Downtown lots are small and street closures are common during events, so we pick a unit that fits the space and plan the drop around light rail and the closure times. Events in the Downtown Overlay District also need extra review from the Downtown Mesa Association, so include the restroom plan when you apply.

How fast can you get a bathroom trailer to a Mesa business with no water?

We can often be there within 1 to 2 hours, and our dispatch line is open 24/7. The unit carries its own fresh water and waste tanks, so it works without any hookup. Have your address, head count and power situation ready when you call, and we will send the right trailer right away.

Mesa planning guides for luxury restroom trailer rentals

A booking calendar for Mesa weddings, church seasons and spring training

Mesa’s busy season is backwards from most of the country. Outdoor weddings run from October through April, and the best Saturdays in March, April, October and November book first. Spring adds two big draws of its own. Cactus League games fill Sloan Park and Hohokam Stadium in February and March, and the Easter Pageant brings huge crowds downtown in late March and early April. Hotels, caterers and rental companies all get busy at once. If your wedding or event lands on one of those weekends, lock in your deluxe restroom trailer three to six months ahead.

Late fall is the other crunch. The temple Christmas lights open in late November and run nightly through December, while churches, schools and companies all hold their holiday events in the same few weeks. Summer is the opposite. Outdoor events shrink, but construction, remodels and emergency calls keep going, and we usually have more open dates. A June or July backyard party can be booked on short notice, as long as you plan for the heat and an evening start time. If part of the family is also planning a celebration in Nevada, our Las Vegas private restroom trailer rentals come from the same fleet.

Mesa Easter Pageant dates and info

Placing a temporary restroom trailer on a Mesa site in summer

Start with shade and the afternoon sun. If you can, set the trailer where a building or tree line shades it after 2 p.m., and turn the doors away from the west. Keep it off grass retention basins and out of washes, since a monsoon cell can fill them in minutes. The county also has placement rules. A portable restroom unit should sit at least 20 feet from occupied buildings and 10 feet from a public sidewalk or street unless the county approves it, and at least 25 feet from food vendors at events. The service truck needs a clear path to the tank side.

Power is the next question. The 2-Station, 3-Station and 5-Station each need one standard 20 amp, 120 volt circuit within about 100 feet, and the 9-Station needs two. In July the AC draws the most, so an extension cord shared with a bounce house or a band will trip a breaker. If you are not sure your outlets can handle it, ask us for a generator. We size it for the AC, place it away from your guests and fuel it for the full event.

Six questions to ask before you rent a bathroom trailer in Mesa

First, ask who owns the trailer. Some companies broker units from someone else, which makes it hard to know what will show up or who to call when something goes wrong. Second, ask what happens if a unit has a problem during your event and how fast someone can get there. Third, ask whether the price you hear includes delivery, setup, supplies, pumping and pickup, or whether those come later. Fourth, ask if the trailer has working AC and heat, and whether it was cleaned and checked before it left the yard.

Fifth, ask for help with permits. A good company knows the City of Mesa special event rules, how many toilets your crowd needs and how many must be accessible, and can give you a simple placement sketch for your site map. Sixth, ask for photos of the exact model you are renting, inside and out. At The Lavatory the answer to every one of these is easy. We own every trailer, we answer the phone 24/7, and our quotes spell out what is included.

What changes the cost of an upscale restroom trailer rental in the East Valley

The trailer size matters most. A 2-Station for a backyard party is a very different job from a 9-Station for a church festival, and accessible units add to the plan when your event needs them. Time is next. A one-day wedding costs less than a three-day festival, and a six-month construction rental gets a different rate structure than a weekend event. Delivery distance plays a smaller part, since our Mesa staging covers most of the East Valley in a short drive.

Service is the piece people forget. A long event with an open bar may need a mid-event pump or an attendant, while a small party needs neither. A site without power needs a generator and fuel. Holidays, peak wedding weekends and same-day emergency calls can also change the quote. The fastest way to get a real number is to tell us the date, address, guest count and hours. We will send a clear quote with no surprises.

A bathroom trailer or porta potties for a backyard party in Dobson Ranch or Alta Mesa

For a backyard party of 50 to 150 guests, the choice usually comes down to how the day should feel. Porta potties are cheaper to rent, but they are dark, hot and cramped, and guests notice. In Mesa sun they also smell by mid-afternoon. A luxury restroom trailer sits on the side yard like a small building, with lights, mirrors, running water and AC. Guests stay outside, the family bathrooms stay clean, and nobody walks through the house looking for a restroom.

Space is the other factor. Many Dobson Ranch and Alta Mesa lots have a side gate or a wide driveway, which is all a 2-Station or 3-Station needs. We check the gate width, any overhead lines and the slope before delivery day. If your HOA has rules about trailers, a short-term event rental is usually fine, but ask early. For a party over 150 guests, a 5-Station keeps lines short all night.
