The clear first choice for portable restroom trailer rentals in Colorado Springs
The trailer that backs up your ranch road in Black Forest is ours. The truck pulling it is ours too, along with the person who leveled it, stocked it and will come back to pump it. We are a direct fleet, not a reseller, so no job gets passed to whoever answered a load board. That is why we can promise a date and keep it: we are not waiting on someone else’s trailer to come free. We run the largest luxury restroom trailer fleet in the Western U.S., carry an A+ BBB rating with a long list of 5-star Google reviews, and bring 30+ years in event and equipment rental. Call us now or request a free quote, and you talk to the people who actually show up.
We own every unit
No broker, no borrowed trailer. The unit we quote is the unit that shows up, cleaned and checked by our own crew.
Fast when it matters
Units are staged around the region, so we can often be there within 1 to 2 hours. Dispatch answers around the clock.
Heat and AC in every room
A May snow or a 90 degree July afternoon does not change the experience inside. Guests stay comfortable either way.
We plan for Front Range weather
Hail, windy afternoons and snow in May are normal here. We face doors away from the wind, block every wheel and keep water lines inside the heated body.

“Of all the vendors on my planning list for Pikes Peak region events, this is the one I never worry about. The trailers are gorgeous, replies come back fast, and they say yes to just about anything our clients want. Ten stars from me.”

“Prompt, courteous and clean. The driver arrived on the minute, and the inside of the restroom unit was spotless. If you are hosting near Briargate, I’d put them at the top of your list.”

“Our guests had lovely, sparkling restrooms instead of plastic boxes, which was such a relief for us as hosts. Whenever we had a question, someone friendly picked up and helped right away.”
Clients who book our restroom units again
The companies that could rent anything still call us for restrooms, because a cheap plastic unit at a launch party or a shareholder event ruins everything the day is meant to say. The Lavatory has provided luxury restrooms for names like Google, Tesla, BMW, Mercedes, eBay, and Target, for hospitality at Caesars Palace, and for pro sports including the Golden State Warriors, Oakland A’s, and Las Vegas Raiders.

The reason those bookings repeat is simple. A luxury restroom is the one vendor a guest uses and remembers, for better or worse, so the trailer has to be stocked, clean and working from the first guest to the last. That is how we run every unit in the fleet, and it is the same standard behind every Colorado Springs booking, from a backyard engagement party to a festival gate.
Three decades in event and equipment rental, running the largest luxury restroom trailer fleet in the Western U.S. Every unit ours, never a broker’s.
Upscale bathroom trailer rentals for ranch weddings, vineyard receptions, backyard parties and more
For most Colorado Springs weddings and company parties between 150 and 450 guests, the 5-Station is the trailer we send. A backyard party or a home remodel usually needs only the 2-Station, and a big park festival or a conference reception gets a 9-Station or two.

A lot of weddings around here happen on land, not in a ballroom. Spruce Mountain Ranch sits on about 400 acres between Larkspur and Palmer Lake and hosts receptions for up to 450 guests. Crooked Willow in Larkspur has red barns and lawns for about 225. Pinecrest in Palmer Lake and the Black Forest venues under the tall pines hold 200 to 300. Most of these places have a couple of restrooms built for a small office, not for a full reception with an open bar.
Private land is even more common. Families host on ranch acreage out past Falcon and Peyton, on wooded lots in Black Forest, and on big backyards in the Broadmoor area and the Old North End. Some couples head south to wine country around Canon City, Florence and Penrose, where vineyards and ranch venues sit an hour from downtown. We deliver to all of it. A ranch with no plumbing at all is fine, since the trailer brings its own water.
Altitude changes the math. Guests from sea level drink more water at 6,000 feet, and more at the bar. For a 200-guest reception with five hours of open bar, we usually send a 5-Station instead of a 3-Station. The line stays short, the tanks never get close to full, and nobody walks into the house looking for a bathroom.
Weather is the other half of the plan. Snow can fall in May and again in early October. June afternoons bring hail and wind gusts. We set the doors out of the wind, block and level the wheels on gravel, and check branch height under the pines before the truck backs in. The heat stays on through cold nights, and the AC kicks in on hot ones.
Some ranch weddings turn into a whole weekend, with family camping on the property. If guests are staying over, pair the restroom trailer with one of our mobile shower trailer rentals across Colorado, and we will set both on one delivery. Book early for September. Fall weekends here fill up months ahead.
Inside the private suite, item by item
Flushing china toilets
Real porcelain toilets with a foot flush, the same fixtures your guests use at home, not a chemical tank.
Running-water sinks
Stainless steel sinks with real running water, hand soap, and towels, fed by onboard water tanks so you are covered even without a hookup.
Climate control
Air conditioning for a summer afternoon and heat for a cold evening, so the trailer stays comfortable no matter the season.
Framed mirrors and lighting
Oversized framed vanity mirrors, warm interior lighting, and finished flooring that reads like a venue restroom, not a jobsite.
Fully stocked, always fresh
Premium toilet paper, towels, soap, and fragrance, restocked and pumped so the unit stays fresh from the first guest to the last.
Power and water handled
Onboard water tanks plus a generator when your site has no hookup, so the trailer runs anywhere from a vineyard to an open field.
Full specifications for every unit are on the 5-Station spec page and its four sister pages, or call and we will spec it to your Colorado Springs guest count.
Every configuration lives on the luxury restroom trailer service page. Here is how we match one to a Colorado event.
Choosing the size of restroom units for Colorado Springs
Five sizes cover everything from a single ADA-compliant suite to a festival crowd. Every one has flushing china toilets, running water and climate control. Tell us your guest count and how long the event runs, and we will size it.

2-Station Restroom Trailer
One women’s suite and one men’s suite for up to about 150 guests, in a compact box that fits into a driveway or garden path. 105 gallons of fresh water, a 300-gallon waste tank and a single 20A/120V circuit make it the pick for backyard weddings and engagement parties.

3-Station Restroom Trailer
Two women’s suites and one men’s suite for up to about 225 guests, sized for the everyday mid-size gathering, from a milestone birthday to a company off-site. 200 gallons of fresh water, a 400-gallon waste tank, one 20A/120V circuit.

5-Station Restroom Trailer
Women’s side with 3 stalls and 2 sinks, men’s side with 1 stall, 1 urinal and 1 sink, built for 150 to 450 guests so a full reception never waits. 200 gallons of fresh water, a 520-gallon waste tank, one 20A/120V circuit within 100 feet.

9-Station Restroom Trailer
Women’s side with 5 stalls and 2 sinks, men’s side with 2 stalls, 2 urinals and 1 sink, sized for 400 to 900 guests so hundreds of people can move through the line at once. Two AC units, two 20A/120V circuits, a 750-gallon waste tank.

ADA + 2 Restroom Trailer
One women’s suite, one men’s suite and one ADA unisex suite with a self-contained ramp, built to federal ADA requirements. Sized for events up to about 200 guests or job sites up to about 30 crew, with 210 gallons of fresh water on board.
An 8-Station Private Stall Deluxe and an ADA + 6 configuration are also in the fleet for big productions and larger guest counts. If you are between sizes, we spec it to your guest count rather than nudge you into more trailer than the day calls for.
The same fleet covers restroom trailer delivery across Colorado, matched to guest count and event length.
More jobs for our private restroom trailer rentals around El Paso County
Three kinds of calls come in week after week from Colorado Springs and the towns around it. Each one has its own crowd, ground and timing, so we plan each one a little differently.

Space Symposium tents and receptions
Hospitality tents and side receptions around The Broadmoor and Cheyenne Mountain Resort each April. We stage units the day before and service them between sessions.

Labor Day Lift Off and park festivals
Memorial Park and other city parks host big crowds, and existing park restrooms cannot count toward an event’s total. We bring the count the city asks for.

Rodeo week at Norris Penrose
Sponsor tents and VIP areas during the Pikes Peak or Bust Rodeo each July. A deluxe trailer near the hospitality area beats a long walk to the stands.

Hill Climb and race weekends
Fan Fest downtown and team areas around the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb in June. Early drops and long days are normal.

Water main breaks and outages
When a building loses water or a sewer line backs up, we offer emergency delivery and 24/7 immediate dispatch to keep the doors open.
What ties these together is the guest experience. Nobody remembers a restroom that worked, but everybody remembers one that did not. Because our units sit staged across the region instead of a couple counties away, getting a luxury trailer to a Colorado Springs date, even a last-minute one, is an ordinary ask here, not a scramble.
Why corporate planners budget for a portable restroom trailer first in Colorado Springs

Think about what a Colorado Springs event actually costs to put on. The venue, the catering, the flowers, the photographer, the hours of planning. Then picture a guest walking out of a hot plastic box in the middle of all of it. Nobody plans for that. The restroom is the one vendor every single guest uses, often more than once, and it is the detail they quietly judge the whole event by.
A luxury restroom trailer protects everything else you spent on. It reads like an extension of the venue, holds up through a full day of guests, and gives people one less thing to remember for the wrong reason. Set against the total cost of the day, it is a small line item that quietly carries a lot of the impression, which is exactly why the hosts who have been burned once book the trailer first the next time.

Enjoy it, we handle pickup
The trailer holds up through your whole event while our line stays open. When you are done, we come back and take it away.
Temporary bathroom rentals for home remodels, restaurant renovations and any job that shuts a bathroom down

A full bathroom remodel in Colorado Springs is permitted work. The Pikes Peak Regional Building Department requires permits for most plumbing jobs and checks them along the way, which means the room can be out of service for weeks. In an older home in the Old North End or Patty Jewett with one original bathroom, that is a real problem for a family.
Hail makes it worse. The 2026 season was rough on the Front Range. Golf-ball hail hit Briargate and nearby neighborhoods on June 23, and two-inch hail with 70 mph gusts hit Fountain and Security-Widefield the day before. Broken roofs let water in, and ceilings and bathrooms get torn out during the insurance rebuild. A 2-Station on the driveway lets the family stay home while the crew works.
Restaurants call us for the same reason. When the dining room or the restrooms are being rebuilt, a clean trailer by the patio keeps seats full and guests happy. That holds for spaces turning over to new tenants downtown and along Dublin Boulevard, and for kitchens reopening after damage. Contractors on a long commercial job also rent one as an executive restroom for the client and the site team.
We place the unit where the crew will not trip over it and the neighbors will not mind it. It plugs into an outside outlet and fills from a hose bib or its own tank. We pump and restock on a set schedule, weekly for most homes. If the remodel takes out the shower too, ask about our private shower trailers in Colorado Springs. Many families rent both for the length of the job.
Rentals run as long as the work does, from a weekend to several months. Tell us your start date and your contractor’s best guess at the finish, and we will keep the trailer there until the final inspection is signed off.
Placement, permits and ADA for VIP restroom trailers in Colorado Springs
Events in a Colorado Springs city park follow the Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services special event rules. The city recommends two toilets for every 250 people, and at least 10 percent of them, never fewer than one, must be ADA accessible. Park restrooms are for the public, so they cannot count toward your total. Park applications are due 30 days ahead, and citywide special events need 90 days. We send a unit plan with the accessible share built in, ready to attach to your permit.
Construction and remodel jobs have their own rules. The federal construction standard, 29 CFR 1926.51, calls for one toilet for up to 20 workers and washing stations with running water. Our units meet that with flushing toilets and real sinks. On the homeowner side, a remodel that moves plumbing needs a Pikes Peak Regional Building Department permit, which is why the bathroom is out for weeks and why families call us.
Water and waste are on us. Each trailer has its own fresh and waste tanks, so it is not a septic system and needs no hookup permit. Our crews pump on schedule and haul to approved facilities. If a site wants to fill from a hydrant, Colorado Springs Utilities requires a meter and an approved device that stops water from flowing back into city lines, and we help arrange that. Planning several stops around the state? Our team books portable restroom trailer rentals throughout Colorado with the same paperwork every time.

What we cover on ADA and venue access
- ADA-accessible units with a self-contained ramp, wide door, grab bars, and turning room.
- Guidance on where to place the trailer so it is easy to reach and easy to service.
- Water and power sorted before delivery, with a generator staged when the site has no hookup.
- Licensed and insured on every unit we put on the road.
One thing we always say plainly: some venues and city permits have their own rules on placement, accessibility, and event restrooms. Tell us your venue and we will help you plan around them, but confirm any permit requirements with the venue or the city as well.
Pumping and restocking restroom trailer rentals across Colorado Springs

We handle the whole thing, not just the drop-off. Our team delivers the trailer, levels and sets it, connects water and power or stages a generator, and stocks it before your first guest arrives. When the event wraps, we come back and haul it away. You never touch the logistics. That part is on us.
For longer or higher-traffic bookings in Colorado Springs, we offer an on-site attendant who keeps the trailer stocked and spotless through the event, and we pump and refresh the unit so it holds up from the first guest to the last. That always-fresh standard is the difference between a restroom guests use once and one they are glad to use all night.
VIP restroom trailers for corporate events, galas, product launches and any company gathering

Colorado Springs is a big business town. More than 250 aerospace companies work here, and defense contract awards hit a record high in fiscal 2024. That means a steady run of ribbon cuttings, groundbreakings, family days and customer events, many of them held outdoors on open pads at Peak Innovation Park or on campus lawns far from any lobby.
April is the busy month. The 41st Space Symposium ran April 13 to 16, 2026, with about 12,000 people from more than 60 countries at The Broadmoor. The main hall has its own restrooms. The tents and side receptions around town often do not. A reception for 300 at a resort lawn or a hospitality tent in a lot needs restrooms that look as good as the catering.
Formal dinner crowds move in waves. Everyone heads for the restrooms at the break, after the keynote and when the dinner plates clear. We size to that rush, not the head count, so a 400-guest dinner might get a 9-Station where a 400-guest wedding needs a 5-Station. For black-tie events we can add a uniformed attendant who restocks, wipes down counters and keeps the line moving.
Product launches and dealer events are a different shape. A new model reveal in a lot on Academy Boulevard, a launch party at Polaris Pointe near the new Air Force Academy Visitor Center, or a golf tournament at a country club all need units placed close to the action but out of the photos. We pick a spot, run power, and stage the trailer the day before, so it is cool, clean and stocked when doors open.
Plenty of companies here run events in more than one city. If your team has a second date up the road, we book Denver luxury restroom trailer rentals from the same dispatch desk, with one contact and one set of insurance paperwork. We also send certificates of insurance and our SAM.gov registration for base and agency events the same day you ask.

What a Colorado Springs setup with temporary restroom trailers usually includes

Typical setup: a ranch wedding east of Powers
When a couple books a reception on ranch land near Peyton, we haul a 5-Station the day before, level it on solid ground near the tent and fill the fresh tank on site. A quiet generator sits behind the trailer, and we come back the morning after the party to pump and pick up.
Typical setup: an awards dinner on a resort lawn
For a 400-guest awards dinner, we place a 9-Station on the service drive closest to the tent and run power from the venue. An attendant stays through the evening, restocking after the keynote and the dinner break, and we pull the unit once the last guests leave.
Typical setup: a six-week bathroom remodel
When a family loses its only bathroom to a remodel, we set a 2-Station on the driveway, plug it into the garage outlet and connect a hose for fresh water. We pump and restock weekly and leave the trailer until the plumbing passes final inspection.
Neighborhoods and nearby towns served by our VIP bathroom trailer rentals

We deliver across the City of Colorado Springs, from Downtown and the Old North End to Briargate, Stetson Hills and the Broadmoor area. Staged units also cover Fountain, Security-Widefield, Monument, Palmer Lake, Black Forest, Falcon, Peyton, Manitou Springs, Woodland Park and the rest of El Paso and Teller counties, plus Pueblo and Canon City to the south. Planning a company tour through the Southwest too? We also set up VIP restroom trailer rentals in Phoenix with the same team. Send an address and a date, and we will confirm your delivery window, often with same-day delivery.

Manitou Springs
Race-weekend crowds and canyon streets with little parking. We plan the drop around road closures and the Ascent and Marathon weekend.
Stetson Hills and Banning Lewis Ranch
New subdivisions, HOA events and growing families on the east side. Wide drives make placement easy.
Monument and Palmer Lake
Hillside weddings and heavier snow on Monument Hill. We watch I-25 conditions and drop early in winter.
Woodland Park
Mountain weddings over Ute Pass, about 30 minutes west. Cooler nights mean the heat stays on later into summer.
Pueblo and Canon City
Vineyard receptions and ranch venues to the south. Same-day delivery on most dates with a little notice.

Customer reviews of our Colorado Springs portable bathroom trailers

“Five stars for the friendliness alone. On top of that, the trailer itself was beautiful and spotless, and our Colorado Springs guests could not stop complimenting it.”

“With only a couple of days before our party in Colorado Springs, I was panicking about bathrooms. The Lavatory came through with a gorgeous trailer, and it stayed clean all night.”

“Having a dependable restroom right on the jobsite changed things for our guys. Nobody leaves to hunt for a bathroom anymore, so the work keeps moving and the day runs smoother.”

“Friendly staff and a super clean bathroom trailer. Soap, paper and towels were stocked from the moment guests arrived until the last ones went home.”

“Over a few different occasions we have rented from The Lavatory, and I keep coming away impressed by how nice the trailers are. Their team is courteous and capable, and every unit arrives in immaculate shape.”

“Our bathroom setup collapsed a few days ahead of my daughter’s wedding outside Colorado Springs, and I called The Lavatory in tears. Their team rolled in and had a lovely trailer level, lit and flushing almost before I hung up. Guests are still talking about how quickly they pulled it off.”
Colorado Springs questions about bathroom trailers, answered

When can you deliver a restroom trailer to my Colorado Springs event, and when do you pick it up?
For planned events we drop the trailer the day before, so it is level, powered and stocked before guests arrive. If something goes wrong, like a failed venue restroom or a water outage, we offer same-day delivery and can often be there within 1 to 2 hours. Pickup is usually the day after the event, or that night if the venue needs the space. Call us with your address and date and we will confirm the window.
How many stations do I need for a 200-guest wedding near Monument or Palmer Lake?
For 200 guests over about five hours, a 5-Station is the usual choice. It serves about 150 to 450 guests and up to 500 over a five-hour event. With a long open bar, guests drink more at this altitude, so we lean toward the bigger unit rather than a 3-Station. For under 100 guests, a 2-Station or 3-Station is plenty.
Do I need a generator, or will one outlet run the trailer?
Most of our units need one standard 20 amp, 120 volt circuit within about 100 feet. The 9-Station and the ADA + 2 use two circuits. A garage or barn outlet usually works. If there is no power where the trailer will sit, we bring a quiet generator and place it away from the guests.
Will the trailer need a water hookup at a ranch with no spigot?
No. Every unit carries its own fresh water tank, from about 105 gallons on the small units to 200 gallons on the larger ones. That covers a normal wedding or party without any hookup. A hose bib is nice for long rentals, and we fill the tank on site if the event runs more than a day.
Can you pump and restock the trailer during a three-day event?
Yes. Waste tanks run from about 200 gallons on the 2-Station to 750 gallons on the 9-Station. For a multi-day festival or a wedding weekend, we schedule service visits to pump, refill water and restock paper and soap, usually early in the morning before guests arrive.
Is my gravel drive in Black Forest level and wide enough for the trailer?
Usually it is. We need a path about 10 feet wide, enough height under branches for the roof, and a spot that is close to level. Gravel and firm dirt are fine. Soft ground after rain or snow is the bigger problem, so send us a photo of the spot and we will tell you before the truck rolls.
Where does the ramp go on an ADA restroom trailer, and how many ADA units does a park event need?
The ADA + 2 has a self-contained ramp with rails that sits on the most level ground nearest your main walkway. For events in a Colorado Springs city park, the city asks for at least 10 percent of toilets to be ADA accessible and never fewer than one. We build that share into your unit plan.
What does an attendant do during a formal dinner or wedding?
An attendant keeps the trailer clean and stocked during the event. They wipe counters, restock paper and soap, check the tanks and keep the line moving at the busy moments, like after the toast or the keynote. Most weddings do fine without one. For black-tie dinners and large corporate events, we recommend it.
Can a restroom trailer go on the grass at a Colorado Springs city park?
City park rules do not allow private vehicles on grass, trails or athletic fields, and access roads need approval from the Office of Special Events. We place trailers on lots or approved access roads and walk the site with you first. The city recommends that walk-through 3 to 10 days before the event.
Are restroom trailers OK in snow and freezing nights at 6,000 feet?
Yes. Every unit has a built-in furnace, and the plumbing stays inside the heated body. For winter rentals we keep the heat running overnight, add freeze care to the water lines and plan drops around plowing. A December party or a February remodel is no problem.
Should I keep a trailer at home during a bathroom remodel, and for how long?
If it is your only bathroom, yes. A 2-Station on the driveway keeps the family at home while the crew works. Most remodels here run four to eight weeks once permits and inspections are counted. We keep the trailer until final inspection and service it weekly.
Planning guides for renting a restroom trailer in Colorado Springs

Deeper reading for hosts and planners, from sizing a trailer to your guest count to keeping guests comfortable through a long event. Tap any guide to open it.
How to size restrooms for the rush, not the head count
Most people size restrooms by the total number of guests. That works for a long, even evening like a wedding, where people drift in and out over five hours. It fails at events where everyone moves at once. A conference reception empties into the hallway the second the speaker stops. A concert lot fills an hour before the gates open. A ceremony crowd lines up right after the vows. In each case, the question is how many people need a restroom in the same 15 minutes. Start there. Look at the schedule and circle every break, intermission and toast, then ask how many guests will be standing up at that moment. A 300-guest awards dinner with one big break can need as many stations as a 600-guest wedding.
Then layer in the things that push the number up. An open bar adds a lot. Heat does too, since people drink more water on a warm afternoon, and so does altitude for visitors who flew in from the coast. Families with young kids make more trips. A long event with no seated dinner keeps people moving. When two or three of these stack up, go one size bigger or add a second unit on the far side of the venue. Splitting units also cuts the walk, which matters at a big ranch or a long park. Tell us the schedule along with the guest count, and we will plan for the busiest 15 minutes of your day.
Renting a restroom trailer in Colorado Springs in winter and shoulder season
Winter rentals here are normal. Remodels do not stop in December, and holiday parties, ski-season events and January job sites all need restrooms. The city sits at 6,035 feet, gets about 57 inches of snow a year, and sees nights below zero in a cold snap. A trailer for winter needs three things: a working furnace in every room, plumbing that stays inside the heated body, and a crew that keeps the heat running overnight. Ours have all three. We also add freeze care to the water lines and watch the forecast before every service visit. The National Weather Service office in Pueblo issues the watches and warnings for El Paso County, and we check them the same way you do.
Shoulder season is trickier than deep winter. Snow can fall in early May and again in October, often after a 70 degree day. A wedding planned for a sunny fall afternoon can end in sleet. Plan for both. Ask for a unit with heat and AC, set the drop for the day before, and pick a spot on pavement or gravel, not a lawn that turns to mud. Monument Hill and the Tri-Lakes area often get more snow than downtown, so we leave earlier for those drops. Keep a path clear to the trailer doors, and we handle the rest.
Getting a trailer up a gravel drive, under pines or onto a slope
Many of the best spots for an event are the hardest to reach. A ranch road in Peyton, a wooded lot in Black Forest or a hillside property near Palmer Lake can all take a trailer, with some planning. We need a path about 10 feet wide and enough clearance for the roof, which means looking up as well as down. Pine branches over a drive are the most common surprise. Tight turns at the end of a narrow road are the second. Walk the route and take a few photos from the street to the spot where you want the unit. Note gates, ditches, soft spots and anything low overhead. We read those photos before the truck leaves the yard.
City parks have their own limits. Colorado Springs does not allow private vehicles on park grass, trails or athletic fields, and generators belong on a hard surface or on a barrier like plywood. That puts most park units on a lot or an approved access road. Slopes are fine within reason, since our jacks level the trailer, but a steep pitch makes steps awkward for guests. Pick the most level, solid ground near your main walkway, keep the doors facing your guests and away from the wind, and leave room for our service truck to reach the trailer later.
Questions to ask before you book a restroom trailer
A good rental company should answer a few simple questions without hesitating. Who owns the trailer? Some companies broker units from other fleets, and that is where missed dates come from. What is included? Delivery, setup, stocking and pickup should be in the quote, with pumping on multi-day rentals. What power and water does the unit need, and who arranges a generator if there is no outlet? How long before guests arrive will it be set up? Who do you call at 9 p.m. if something goes wrong, and will a person answer? Ask for a certificate of insurance if your venue wants one. Most do.
For a remodel, add a few more. Ask how often the unit will be serviced and whether the schedule can change if the job runs long. Check with your contractor on the permit timeline, since the Pikes Peak Regional Building Department checks plumbing work in stages and the bathroom stays out until the last one passes. For a restaurant, ask whether the trailer can sit near the patio without blocking a fire lane or a delivery door. A clear answer to each of these tells you the company has done this before.
Booking around the Pikes Peak region’s busiest weeks
Some weeks fill up early here, and it helps to know them. April brings the Space Symposium, with thousands of visitors and side events around The Broadmoor. June has the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb and its downtown Fan Fest, plus graduation parties. July is rodeo week at Norris Penrose and the El Paso County Fair out in Calhan. Early September stacks the Labor Day Lift Off in Memorial Park on top of peak wedding season, and the Pikes Peak Ascent and Marathon close out the month in Manitou Springs.
If your date lands in one of those weeks, call early. We hold units for confirmed bookings, and fall Saturdays go first. Off-peak dates in late fall, winter and early spring are easier to get and just as well served. Remodels can usually start within a day or two any time of year. Emergency calls are different: we keep units ready for rapid dispatch every day, so a broken water line or a failed venue restroom never has to wait for a calendar opening.
