An ADA room on any order

The Las Vegas Valley benchmark for accessible bathroom trailer rentals

Plenty of rental companies treat the accessible unit as a special request, and the whole order waits on it. The Lavatory’s fleet is deep enough that an ADA trailer can ride along with any restroom or shower order, whether you need one unit for a backyard reception in Henderson or a full lineup for a stadium weekend. Adding the accessible room is one more line on your quote, on the same delivery and the same service visits. Call us with your date and address, or request a free quote and tell us how many guests or crew to plan for.

Why our wheelchair-accessible trailers suit desert jobs and formal events alike

Showers when the stay runs long

The ADA + 2 Private Shower Trailer adds an ADA shower room for relief sites and crews staying several days. It pairs with a restroom unit on the same order.

Room for a caregiver

Each accessible room is unisex, so a spouse, parent or aide can go in with the guest. Grab bars and turning space are built in.

A free site check before the date

We look at the ground, the path and the spot where the ramp lands before delivery. A few photos from your phone are often enough.

Tanks sized for the desert

Onboard fresh water and large waste tanks let a trailer work where there is no spigot or sewer, like a channel job or a desert ceremony. Hookups stretch the time between visits where a site has them.

Our own crew stocks and cleans every trailer.

Paper, soap and towels are filled before your event and on each service visit. You never have to send someone to the store.

Monsoon-season route checks

Summer storms can flood washes and close roads in the valley. Before a delivery in monsoon season, we check the access route to your site and ask about low spots on the last stretch of road.

Well-known companies that book The Lavatory’s trailers

The accessible room we send has grab bars, room to turn a wheelchair and the same finish as the rest of the order, and that is why big companies keep booking us. Google, Tesla, Target and Mercedes have rented our trailers for corporate events and job sites, and receptions and job sites around Las Vegas get the same units.

Around Las Vegas we regularly work with a general contractor on a Clark County public-works job, a wedding planner booking a desert or backyard ceremony and a facilities manager running a hospital or clinic renovation.

Repeat orders here come from road crews and event organizers who see the same upkeep every visit. Nobody remarks on an accessible room that works, only on one that is missing or dirty, so every Las Vegas unit stays clean, stocked and reachable each day of the job.

Inside the trailer

Choose a deluxe ADA restroom or shower unit for your Las Vegas site

In the valley, the onboard fresh water tank is the spec customers ask about most, since many desert ceremonies and road jobs sit far from a spigot.

ADA trailer set up near Henderson for construction and public works

The lineup starts with the Single-Station ADA Shower and Restroom Combo and tops out at the seven-room ADA + 6 Restroom Trailer. Each one has grab bars and a room big enough to turn a wheelchair. Inside are real flushing china toilets, sinks with running water and gel-coated fiberglass walls with a luxury finish. These are the same units we send on ADA bathroom trailer rentals in Las Vegas, and they meet federal ADA requirements.

At a Las Vegas wedding or on a busy work site, the ADA + 2 Restroom Trailer gives guests and crew three separate rooms, one for women, one for men and a wider unisex room for anyone who needs the accessible one. The ADA + 2 suits a wedding of about 200 guests or a job site of about 30 workers. Its fresh tank holds 210 gallons and its waste tank holds 300, so it can work a full day at a site with no hookup. Our crew stocks paper, soap and towels before the event and on every service visit.

When a Las Vegas event or big job pulls in about 300 people, we send the ADA + 6 Restroom Trailer, where four men’s rooms and two women’s rooms share the load while one unisex ADA room stays open for those who need it. Its 475 gallon waste tank backs up that 300-guest sizing. On the shower side, the ADA + 2 Private Shower Trailer has two private shower rooms plus an ADA shower room with 1.5 GPM metered hot and cold heads, sized for about 50 users. For a small site where only one person at a time needs a full private setup, the combo gives an ADA china toilet and a roll-in shower with a seat and hand wand in one compact trailer. Power comes from two separate 120 V 20 A circuits, so check your site has both before the trailer arrives.

What every ADA room comes with

Self-contained ramp

Our ADA restroom and shower trailers arrive with their own ramp and handrails, so there is no separate ramp to rent or build on site.

Roomy accessible stall

Wedding guests of every age use this unisex room, with grab bars, a porcelain toilet and space to turn a wheelchair.

Accessible shower option

On Las Vegas Boulevard road jobs, crews can rinse off in the roll in shower, which has a seat, a spray wand and separate hot and cold controls.

Heat and air conditioning

Air conditioning handles triple digit July afternoons, and heat takes the chill off winter mornings in every trailer.

Runs with or without hookups

Onboard fresh and waste tanks, with a generator staged when the site has no power.

Serviced and stocked

For long road jobs around Las Vegas, we deliver each trailer fully stocked and then come back on a regular basis to pump the waste tank, restock supplies and clean.

Sizes and layouts

Picking between our ADA restroom trailers

Our ADA lineup runs from the Single-Station ADA Shower and Restroom Combo to the seven-room ADA + 6 Restroom Trailer, covering a small crew on a Clark County road job up to a festival crowd near 300 guests. Give us the number of guests or workers and say whether showers are needed, and we choose the model.

Where the trailers go

Top industries we serve in Las Vegas with temporary ADA restroom trailers

Most of our valley calendar is public works and building jobs, weddings with guests of every age, and hospital or clinic renovations. Each one needs a different setup. The notes below come from placing units at these kinds of sites.

ADA-compliant restroom trailer rentals for Clark County road and building jobs

ADA trailer set up on a Las Vegas Valley site

Clark County has road work going on along Las Vegas Boulevard and the 215, and public jobs like these often carry written access rules for inspectors, visitors and workers with limited mobility. We match the unit to the project spec. When a crew moves on to another job in the state, our ADA restroom trailer rentals across Nevada can follow it.

The ADA + 2’s 210 gallon fresh tank lets a crew of about 30 work a full shift at a site that has no spigot. A crew that grows past that adds a multi-stall restroom trailer beside it. The service schedule goes into every construction quote we write, because a dirty unit at the end of a long shift helps nobody.

Valley job sites are rarely flat or clean. Pads are packed gravel, disturbed dirt or fresh fill, and dust settles on everything by noon. Firm ground at the bottom of the ramp and a clear path to it make the difference on a dusty valley site. We ask the superintendent where the walking route runs before the truck leaves, and when the staging yard moves down the road, the trailer moves with it.

Big building jobs run long. The Athletics ballpark at the former Tropicana site had about 650 craft workers on it this summer, and that number is expected to more than double once interior work starts. Harry Reid International has a Terminal 1 gate expansion planned too. On jobs that last a year or more, the ADA + 2’s onboard fresh water and 300 gallon waste tank mean no sewer tie-in, and service visits are set weekly or daily to fit the shift.

More ways to use them

More uses for our portable ADA restroom trailers in Las Vegas

Convention weeks at the Las Vegas Convention Center

The LVCVA expects up to 48 trade shows and about 1.23 million attendees at the Convention Center in 2026. Off-site exhibitor parties and outdoor lots need accessible restrooms that look as good as the event. The ADA + 6 suits a large reception.

EDC and festival grounds

Electric Daisy Carnival marked its 30th year in May 2026, with crowds commonly reported above 500,000 over three nights. Festival grounds that size need accessible rooms at every restroom bank, not one corner of the site.

New CCSD schools and campus events

CCSD opened Wengert Elementary and Helen M. Smith Elementary for the 2026-27 school year. School sites host fairs, open houses and graduations all year, and our accessible units are sized for those crowds.

Heat and flood relief sites

Cooling centers, shelters and relief camps need private, accessible rooms, and multi-day stays need showers too. The ADA + 2 Private Shower Trailer and the combo’s roll-in shower with seat and wand fit that work.

Building restrooms down for a repair

When a water line breaks or a remodel closes the restrooms at an office, church or casino back-of-house, a trailer in the lot lets the building stay open. The ADA + 2 covers a small staff.

Desert film and commercial shoots

Production base camps outside the valley need restrooms and showers for cast and crew over long days. The ADA + 2 Private Shower Trailer pairs well with a restroom unit at base camp.

Workers, wedding guests and clinic visitors all use the same room. With units staged across the valley, businesses in Las Vegas add an ADA trailer to road, hospital and event bookings as a matter of routine.

Weddings and receptions

Private ADA restroom trailer rentals for Las Vegas weddings with guests of every age

ADA trailer staged outside Las Vegas

Clark County issues about 80,000 marriage licenses a year, and 79,279 went out in 2022 alone. Plenty of those ceremonies happen away from hotel chapels, at backyards in Henderson and estate lots in Summerlin. Most of these sites have no restroom a guest in a wheelchair can use.

A wedding often brings a grandparent with a walker and a parent with a stroller to the same party. A plastic portable unit with a step at the door fails both of them. Guests with a walker or a stroller can roll up the ramp and go in without help, and the ADA + 2 Restroom Trailer fits receptions of about 200 guests. The unisex room means a spouse or caregiver can go in too.

Placement is where a wedding trailer goes right or wrong. We ask the planner for the photo plan and the ceremony sight line, then set the unit on a level path close to the reception but out of the pictures. The ramp lands on firm ground, never on soft turf where a wheel sinks. Once the sun goes down, the path to the ramp needs light so guests can see their footing.

Ceremonies inside Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area need a permit from the Bureau of Land Management, and the couple or planner handles that part. The Lavatory handles the trailer: delivery the day before if the venue allows it, setup, service and pickup the day after. Ceremonies out at Red Rock take planning, so call early with your guest count and we will pick the trailer that fits the crowd and the ground. Tell us how many guests you expect and we will help you pick the right trailer.

Simple steps

From your first call to ADA restroom trailers on site

Booking should not slow your job down. We follow four steps, give a straight answer and keep one team responsible from start to finish.

1

Call or ask for a quote

Call or request a quote with your date and your guest or crew count, and we pick the right unit for a job like a road project staging lot.

2

We match the unit and the hookups

Open desert lots rarely have hookups, so we check what is there, bring a generator and water if needed, and mark the spot for one trip.

3

Delivery day

Before the first crew arrives or the first guest walks up, we get the trailer level, hooked up and stocked.

4

We come back for it

It stays for the whole job, even a long hot summer, our service line stays open, and we come back to haul it away.

Hospitals and clinics

Temporary accessible bathroom trailers for Las Vegas hospital and clinic renovations

ADA trailer set up near Henderson for construction and public works, wider view

When a hospital wing or clinic closes its restrooms for a remodel, the people who need an accessible room most are still in the building. University Medical Center broke ground on its ReVITALize renovation in April 2023 across all 26 acres, with the hospital open the whole time. Clark County also approved land near UMC for a UNLV medical school expansion, so renovation and new building work in the medical district will last for years.

Facilities teams ask us three things: is it clean, is it stocked, and who services it. Our crew cleans and restocks each unit on a set schedule written into the rental, and visits can be added during the busiest clinic weeks. The unisex ADA room gives a patient and a caregiver a private room together, with grab bars and space to turn.

We place the trailer near a ground-level entrance with a firm, level path, clear of ambulance lanes and fire lanes. Ask your facilities team for the site plan, and we mark the spot on it. The unit can take power from two 120 V 20 A circuits on the building or work from its own tanks. If the building department needs to sign off first, we send the spec sheet and you handle the approval.

Smaller clinics in medical offices and strip centers need the same help on a smaller footprint. A small clinic can use the Single-Station ADA Shower and Restroom Combo, which fits a tight lot and sets up in minutes. For renovation crews on long shifts, the ADA + 2 Private Shower Trailer gives them a place to clean up. Ask about accessible restroom trailer rentals throughout Nevada if your health system has sites outside the valley.

Setup and service

What happens after the ADA-compliant trailers arrive

Setup morning for a construction and public works site near Las Vegas

We do more than park a trailer and leave. At a gravel staging lot or a desert wedding site, we set the ADA unit, level it on hard ground and connect water and power, or bring a generator and water supply. The first person to walk up finds it working, and we return to collect it when the job wraps.

On a months long road job or a week of conventions in Las Vegas, scheduled restock and cleaning visits keep the unit the same on day one and the last day.

Access rules and permits

What federal and Clark County rules mean for accessible restroom trailers

The Americans with Disabilities Act is a federal law, and it applies to public events and public-facing sites in Nevada the same way it does in every other state. Each accessible unit has grab bars and enough floor space for a wheelchair to turn around. Portable restroom guidance asks for a minimum share of accessible units on a site, and the permitting office can tell you the exact count.

Federal OSHA ties the number of toilets on a construction job to how many workers are on site, and the toilets must stay clean and be easy to reach. Public-works contracts often add access requirements of their own. Read the project spec early, since it decides whether a temporary accessible unit is on the job from day one.

Local permits depend on the site. Sports tournaments on Clark County park fields may require the organizer to rent restrooms for large crowds, according to the county’s tournament permit form. The Clark County Water Reclamation District reviews special events that touch storm drains or sewer lines, and the Southern Nevada Health District permits temporary events with food or camping. Check with the office that issues your permit. Each trailer stores waste in its own tank, so no sewer line is needed at the site.

The Las Vegas access details we take care of

  • At a hospital renovation, patients and staff reach a stall with rails, grab bars and space to turn.
  • We advise where the ramp lands, since loose sand and gravel need a level, firm path.
  • Sites on open desert land rarely have outlets, so we arrange water and stage a generator first.
  • Every trailer on the road is licensed and insured, ready for vendor checks.

A county jobsite near the Las Vegas Boulevard road work, a school campus or a hospital grounds may each set its own terms for where an accessible trailer can park. Give us the address and we lay out the placement around those terms, while you check the permit side with the venue.

Why it pays

Weighing ADA restroom trailers against the rest of the budget

ADA trailer set up near Henderson for construction and public works, closer view

A convention week or a big wedding in Las Vegas already pays for crews, staging, security and the venue, so one accessible room adds little to the total. It decides whether every guest can stay until the end. Ask for temporary washer-dryer laundry units available in Las Vegas, Nevada on the same quote.

Add the ADA unit to your other rentals and it comes on one delivery, one service schedule and one phone contact.

Job planning

How we plan wheelchair-accessible trailers for jobs like these

Road superintendent moving a staging yard along Las Vegas Boulevard

When a road crew’s staging yard moves to the next block of work, we plan the new spot before move day. We check that the ramp lands on packed ground, that the service truck can reach the trailer, and that the walk from the work zone stays clear of equipment. The move goes on the same quote.

Couple hosting a 150-guest backyard reception in Southern Highlands

When a couple has an older relative in a wheelchair and a backyard with a slope, we start with the flattest spot that is still close to the tables. We point the ramp toward the reception, set the trailer out of the ceremony photos and plan a lit path for after dark.

Clinic manager closing restrooms for a remodel in a central valley medical office

When a clinic closes its restrooms for a remodel, we place the unit by the nearest ground-level door and away from patient drop-off. We set a service day before the busiest clinic hours, and we leave the spec sheet with the office for the building inspector.

Where our deluxe ADA restroom trailers go across the Las Vegas Valley

The Lavatory covers the whole Las Vegas Valley, plus Boulder City, Pahrump, Mesquite and the desert towns beyond them. For jobs outside the region, ask about our ADA-compliant restroom trailer rentals beyond Southern Nevada, and call with any address for a free quote.

We cover Las Vegas ADA trailers across Nevada. Towns and job corridors we serve include Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Summerlin, Paradise, Spring Valley, Enterprise, Sunrise Manor, Whitney, Winchester, Boulder City, Mesquite, Pahrump, Indian Springs, Blue Diamond, Moapa, Laughlin, Southern Highlands, Anthem, Green Valley, Centennial Hills, the Arts District, the Medical District, Red Rock.

Full specifications are on the Las Vegas ADA + 2 restroom trailer spec page and the other accessible unit pages, or call and we will spec it to your Las Vegas guest and crew count. Every configuration, with sizes and station counts side by side, is laid out in our Nevada portable private ADA shower trailers. Delivery beyond the city line runs through our wheelchair accessible restroom trailers for rent available in NV, sized to the guest or head count. Towns farther out get the same trailers and dispatch; our portable VIP ADA shower trailer rental in Las Vegas lists them.

The Strip and Paradise

Stadium weekends at Allegiant Stadium and resort events on the Strip share the same tight streets. Deliveries here depend on security check-ins and loading windows, so we confirm the gate and the time slot with your site contact first.

Downtown and the Arts District

Street parties, gallery nights and private events downtown usually land on asphalt lots and curb space. The ramp needs a flat spot with room to turn at the bottom, which takes some planning on a sloped lot.

Summerlin

Estate receptions and backyard parties in Summerlin often sit on HOA streets with rules about where a trailer can park. We work from the HOA rules and your driveway measurements well before the date.

Henderson

Backyard weddings, family reunions and community events in Green Valley and Anthem make up much of our restroom work in Henderson. Sloped lots are common there, so the site check always covers where the ramp lands.

North Las Vegas

Warehouse builds and industrial job sites spread across North Las Vegas, where crews work long shifts on open dirt lots. A self-contained unit on a weekly service plan fits those jobs well.

Many orders in Las Vegas can go out the same day. Dispatch answers 24/7.

Mobile ADA restroom trailers in the towns and corridors around Las Vegas

Red Rock Canyon and Blue Diamond

Wedding permits inside Red Rock Canyon cover a set list of ceremony spots, about eight of them. The trailer goes in the staging area the permit allows, on firm ground close to the ceremony.

The Motor Speedway corridor

Las Vegas Motor Speedway hosts race weekends and the International Fireworks Championship, which ran there on February 21, 2026. Big infield and parking-lot setups need accessible rooms spread across the grounds.

Sunrise Manor and Whitney

The Sloan Lane extension on the east side adds a bridge over the Las Vegas Wash, linking Ruby Creek Drive to Vegas Valley Drive. Bridge and road crews out here work on open ground with no building nearby.

Enterprise

South of Blue Diamond Road, flood-control channel work on the Blue Diamond Wash sits between Rainbow and Buffalo, and Brightline West has station site work near I-15 and the 215. Open sites like these lean on a trailer’s onboard tanks.

Indian Springs

CCSD broke ground on a new school in Indian Springs, due for the 2027-28 school year. Job sites this far up US 95 sit well away from city utilities, which suits a self-contained unit.

Questions

Answers on renting ADA trailers

Can you tell me what changes the cost of an accessible trailer rental in Las Vegas?

Yes, and the quote is free. The model you pick, how many units, how long you keep them and how many service visits the job needs move the number the most. Distance plays a part too, since a site in Pahrump or Mesquite is a longer haul than one in Paradise. A year-long construction rental is priced differently than a Saturday wedding, so give us the full schedule up front.

Is the ADA + 6 enough on its own, or should I add an accessible unit next to a bigger restroom trailer?

A crowd of about 300 guests is the point where the ADA + 6 covers everything alone, since its seven rooms already include a unisex ADA room. Once a crowd outgrows one accessible room, add an ADA + 2 on the far side of the grounds so nobody has to cross the whole site. Both trailers go on one order with one service plan.

Where should accessible restrooms go at a large event, and how many do I need?

Start with the total restroom count for the crowd, then make a share of it accessible; federal guidance for portable units sets a minimum, and your permitting office will tell you the number it expects. Spread the accessible rooms out instead of grouping them in one spot, so a guest in a wheelchair never faces a long push across the grounds. Put each one on level ground along the main walking route. We mark the spots on your site map with you.

What happens if my desert site has no water hookup at all?

The trailer carries its own water. Our crew refills and pumps on the service schedule, and if your site does have a spigot, a hookup stretches the time between visits.

When a building job runs a year or longer, how does a long-term ADA rental work?

A long rental follows a written service schedule, weekly or more often, agreed before the trailer arrives. As the site layout changes, we move the trailer to the new spot so the ramp still lands on firm ground. School builds, airport work and other public jobs in the valley often run for years, and one unit can stay the whole time. Call when the crew size changes and we adjust the service.

How early should I reserve an accessible trailer for a Valentine’s weekend wedding in Las Vegas?

Treat Valentine’s weekend as the busiest wedding date of the year here. Clark County usually issues more than 1,500 marriage licenses around Valentine’s Day, about double a normal stretch. Valentine’s weekend books up fast, so as soon as the venue is locked in, tell us the date, the guest count and the address. A weekday ceremony that week is easier to schedule.

Do I need perfectly flat ground and a paved path for the ramp?

No, but you do need firm ground. Asphalt, concrete and packed gravel hold the trailer well, while soft sand, fresh fill and soggy turf do not. Our crew levels the trailer at setup, and the ramp deploys in minutes once it is set. Before we arrive, mark off a clear, nearly level patch at the bottom of the ramp, since a wheelchair has to turn there and loose desert gravel can make that harder.

Will a CCSD school or county agency accept your trailer for a public site?

Yes, as long as the unit matches the site’s written access requirements. Send us the facility’s spec or contract language and we match the unit to it, then send back our spec sheet for their file. School sites add their own placement rules, like keeping bus loops and fire lanes clear. Special-education campuses, such as Helen Stewart Special School, which CCSD is relocating, need extra care on the path to the door.

Is a regular outlet enough to power the trailer, or does it need high voltage?

Regular power works. Most garages and building exteriors already have outlets of this kind, so no special equipment is needed. No high-voltage connection is needed. Ask your electrician or building engineer to confirm the two circuits are on separate breakers.

How far away from the water and power can the trailer sit?

That depends on the cord and hose runs at your site, so we measure during the site check instead of guessing. Tell us where the nearest outlets and spigot are, and whether the path crosses a driveway or a walkway. On sites with no hookup in reach, the trailer works from its onboard tanks and distance to water stops mattering.

Could the trailer arrive the day before the reception and leave the day after?

Yes, at most venues and homes. A day-before setup gives the crew time to level the trailer, test the water and stock the rooms before guests arrive. Pickup the day after means nobody has to manage a truck during cleanup. Check that your venue or HOA allows the trailer overnight.

Who refills the paper, soap and towels during a three-day event?

Our service crew does. Each room is stocked with toilet paper, paper towels and hand soap before your event opens, and the crew cleans, restocks and pumps on each visit. For multi-day events at the speedway or on a convention lot, visits are set each day before gates open.

Here is our ada trailer available in Las Vegas

Resource library: Las Vegas guides to renting accessible trailers

Our guides below cover sizing, placement and timing, including how many accessible units a Las Vegas wedding needs.

A site-walk checklist for placing an accessible trailer in the Las Vegas Valley

Most problems with an accessible trailer come from where it sits, not from the trailer itself. A ramp that lands in loose gravel is hard to use. A trailer parked too far from the party gets skipped by the guests who need it most. A ten-minute walk before the date catches nearly all of this, so use the list below on your own site, or send us photos and our crew will look it over with you.

Start with slope. Our crew levels the trailer during setup, but the ground at the foot of the ramp has to be close to flat, with room for a wheelchair to stop and turn. A grade that feels gentle when you walk it can be hard work for someone pushing a chair. If your yard falls away from the house, look for the flattest stretch near the tables, even if it was not your first choice.

Walk the route your guests or staff will take. It should be firm and clear of cords, hoses, tent stakes and sprinkler heads, and wide enough for a wheelchair with someone walking alongside. Watch for curbs, thresholds and single steps tucked into landscaping. At a clinic or office, keep the route out of patient drop-off and away from doors that swing into the path.

Distance is a trade-off. Close to the tables, the trailer shows up in photos and dinner talk. Far away, older guests decide to wait. For most weddings and parties a short, lit walk is right. At a work site, place the unit along the crew’s walking route to the break area, away from haul roads and crane swing.

Leave room for our service truck. The crew pulls close to pump the waste tank and refill fresh water, so the trailer needs a drivable lane beside it. Gated jobs need a code or a site contact on delivery day. Resort lots and hospital campuses often have set loading times, and it helps to send those with your order.

Note the power and water. Each unit draws from two standard 120 V 20 A circuits, and the onboard fresh tank means a spigot is optional. If you want a hookup, tell us the distance to the nearest outlet and hose bib so the crew brings the right length. Outlets shared with a sound system or a catering setup can trip a breaker, so ask the venue manager which circuits are free.

Look up, and look at the approach. Low tree branches, awnings and overhead lines can block a trailer, and the truck needs a clear turn into the driveway or lot. Soft shoulders on dirt roads near desert venues can catch a heavy trailer, so tell us if the last stretch is unpaved.

Plan for after dark. Weddings and evening events run late, and a path that is easy at four in the afternoon is a different walk at ten at night. String lights or path lights along the route help every guest, including the ones who use the accessible room. A light over the trailer door helps a guest find the ramp’s edge.

If you want the detail behind turning space, grab bars and door widths, the U.S. Department of Justice publishes its accessible design standards online. Most customers never need to read them. Send us the address, a few photos and your guest or crew count, and we will tell you which spot works.

What to ask a rental company about an accessible trailer before your Las Vegas date

Accessible trailers are not all built the same, and a quote with a low number can leave out the parts that matter on the day. These are the questions we would ask if we were renting one ourselves. Our own answers sit next to each one, so you have something to compare.

What is included in the quote? Ask whether delivery, setup, service visits, supplies and pickup are on it, or billed later. Ours lists each one. A quote that only covers the trailer can grow once the truck is at your gate, and that is the worst time to find out.

Who sets the trailer level and checks the ground at the ramp? Some companies drop the unit and leave. Ask who levels it, who checks the landing for a wheelchair, and who comes back if the ground shifts after a storm.

How many accessible rooms are in the unit, and are they unisex? Many older guests are glad to have a family member or an aide come in with them. The ADA + 2 and the ADA + 6 each have one. Think of the combo as a single large accessible room, with the toilet, the sink and the roll-in shower all in one place.

How big are the tanks, and how often will you service them? Tank size decides how long a trailer can go between visits. On a three day event or a long job, ask for the service plan in writing, including who restocks paper and soap and when the waste tank is pumped.

What power does it need? Some trailers want a large single circuit or a big generator. Ours use two standard 120 V 20 A circuits, which most homes, venues and building exteriors already have. Ask the company to say it plainly before you sign, so your electrician is not surprised on setup day.

Who answers the phone during my event? A clogged sink or an empty paper roll at 9 p.m. needs a person on the line, not a voicemail box. Ask who you call, and how service calls on weekends get handled.

How does it compare with a plastic accessible unit? A plastic accessible portable toilet costs less and is fine for some short jobs. A trailer adds a flushing china toilet, a sink with running water, lights, a locking door and finished walls. For a wedding, a clinic site or any event with older guests, the trailer is the one people are glad to use, and it photographs better too.

Can you see the trailer first? Ask for photos of the actual unit or a walkthrough video. Our units come with a spec sheet for each model, which also helps if a venue, a school or a building department wants one on file. Call us with your list and we will go through it with you on the phone.

Planning an accessible trailer around Las Vegas’s biggest weekends

Big events in Las Vegas move hotel rates, traffic and delivery routes for days. If your wedding, party or site event falls on one of those weekends, plan around it. The dates below are the ones our dispatch team watches every year, along with what each one changes for a trailer delivery.

January opens with CES. The 2026 show drew more than 148,000 attendees and about 4,100 exhibitors to the newly renovated Convention Center. Off-site parties and exhibitor events fill lots around Paradise that week, and streets near the Convention Center get crowded. A delivery for a nearby site goes best on a weekday before the show opens.

Spring brings the stadium season. Allegiant Stadium hosted WrestleMania 42 on April 18 and 19 this year and Morgan Wallen on May 1 and 2. On show nights, roads around the south end of the Strip and I-15 back up for hours, and a delivery near the stadium should be timed around the event.

In May, Electric Daisy Carnival takes over Las Vegas Motor Speedway for three nights. The north end of I-15 and Las Vegas Boulevard North carry heavy traffic in both directions. Events and job sites in the north valley that weekend should plan setup a day or two earlier than usual.

Summer is quieter for big outdoor events because of the heat, though construction keeps going with early starts. Concerts still fill the stadium on some weekends, with AC/DC on August 1 and Guns N’ Roses on August 22 this year. If your job site sits near the stadium, check those dates before you set a delivery day.

September brings Raiders home games, starting this season on September 13 against Miami, plus UNLV football at the same stadium. Game days stack up with fall weddings, since cooler weather pulls ceremonies back outdoors. A Saturday reception near the south Strip on a game weekend needs a delivery plan that avoids the stadium traffic.

November is the hardest month for road closures. The Las Vegas Grand Prix runs November 19 through 21, 2026, with the race on Saturday night on a 6.2 km street circuit with 17 turns. Parts of the Strip and nearby streets close for setup in the weeks around it, so a site anywhere near the circuit needs its route checked against the closure maps.

December closes the year with the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo, December 3 through 12, which fills hotels and brings western-themed parties and holiday events across the valley. Holiday parties at homes in Henderson and Summerlin often land on the same weekends.

With all this in mind, check your date against the list, tell us about any big event near your site, and send your date as soon as it is set. We plan the route and the setup window around the traffic so your trailer is ready before guests or crew arrive.

How many toilets and accessible rooms a Las Vegas job or event needs

Restroom counts go wrong in two ways. Too few rooms means lines. The right total with no accessible room in the right place means some guests or workers have nowhere to go. Both are easy to avoid with a little math before you call.

On construction sites, federal OSHA sets the floor. A small crew is the simple case: with 20 or fewer workers on a Las Vegas job site, 29 CFR 1926.51 calls for one toilet, and the count grows from there. Past that size the count grows with the crew, at one toilet seat and one urinal for every 40 workers, then one of each for every 50 once the crew reaches 200.

Those numbers are minimums. A crew that takes its break all at once, at a morning coffee break or a lunch whistle, lines up even when the count is legal. On a big public-works job we often suggest splitting the units so each work zone has its own, which also cuts walking time in the heat.

On a smaller job, one ADA + 2 trailer gives about 30 workers three rooms, and one of them is accessible. For a crew of 80, that unit usually pairs with a larger multi-stall trailer. The accessible room is then ready for anyone on site who needs it, such as an inspector or a visitor who uses a wheelchair.

Events work on peak hour, not on the guest list. A reception spends most of its restroom visits in the hour after dinner and near the end of the bar. A festival crowd peaks between sets. Length matters too: a four-hour party needs less than a ten-hour one with the same headcount.

A Las Vegas wedding with about 200 guests can usually get by with the ADA + 2 Restroom Trailer as the only restroom, since it gives grandparents and anyone using a wheelchair or walker a ramp and room to turn. A long reception with an open bar can push that up. Once a reception grows past that, we move up to the ADA + 6 Restroom Trailer, which has seven rooms and covers a crowd of about 300 guests without long lines at the door.

Accessible rooms follow the crowd. One room at the far end of a big site does little for a guest using a walker at the other end. On a large event, put an accessible room at each restroom bank, on the main walking route and on level ground.

A few things push the count up: alcohol, hot weather, long hours and lots of kids. Shorter events, open building restrooms close by and guests who head home early can all lower the count. Tell us all of it, and we size the order with you.

When you call, share the guest or crew count, the hours and a site map. We will give you a unit count and a layout with the quote, and adjust it if your numbers change before the date.

Running an accessible trailer through a Las Vegas summer

Summer is the hardest season for outdoor setups in the valley, and the airport hit 114 degrees on the last Friday of July. On the last Friday of July 2026, Harry Reid International hit 114 degrees, the hottest day of the year at that point, during an Extreme Heat Warning that covered July 30 through August 2. Overnight lows stayed in the upper 80s and low 90s, against an average low of about 83.

The heat also runs late into the year. Another Extreme Heat Warning came on September 8, with a forecast of 106 against a daily record of 108. A September wedding or a fall job site start can face the same planning as July.

Set up early. We like to deliver and level a trailer in the morning, before the ground and the metal get hot. A morning setup also gives the crew time to test the water and stock the rooms well before the afternoon.

Mind the ramp and the rails. In direct afternoon sun, metal and textured surfaces can get hot enough to be uncomfortable to grip. Point the ramp toward shade when the site allows, or set the trailer on the east side of a building so the afternoon sun is behind it. A pop-up canopy over the landing helps as well.

Water goes faster in the heat. Guests wash their hands more and splash water on their faces, so a long, hot event draws down a fresh tank sooner than the same event in April. For all-day events in July and August, plan an extra service visit, or a hookup if the site has one.

Time service visits around the heat. On a long job, an early-morning visit keeps our crew out of the worst part of the day and gets the trailer restocked before the first break. During multi-day events, a late-evening visit after the crowd thins works well.

Job sites shift their hours in summer, with many crews starting at dawn and stopping by early afternoon. Since many crews start at dawn in summer, set the trailer near the work zone and give the door some shade for the hot afternoon. For older guests and anyone using a mobility aid, a short, shaded walk to the accessible room is worth planning for in July.

Water in Southern Nevada is tight. Lake Mead remains under a federal Tier 1 shortage for 2026, which limits Nevada’s 300,000 acre-foot Colorado River allocation to 279,000. Our trailers carry their own water, so a site never has to tap a hydrant, and the private shower units use 1.5 GPM metered heads.

Before a summer event, check the National Weather Service forecast office for Las Vegas, which posts heat warnings for the valley. If a warning lands on your date, call us and we will adjust the setup time and the service plan.
