The East Bay benchmark for portable restroom trailer rentals
Your date should never hang on one trailer starting up. The Lavatory stages deep backup stock, so if a pump, a tire or a power cord acts up on the morning of your event, another trailer is already on its way. That depth is what lets us book a Saturday wedding in Clayton and a Monday job site on Galindo Street without trading one for the other. Call now to talk through your date, or request a free quote and get a sized recommendation back fast. If your plans stretch across the Bay, see our luxury portable restroom rentals in San Mateo.
What makes The Lavatory different for events and job sites around Concord
Real rooms, not stalls
Guests step into separate women’s and men’s rooms with flushing china toilets and running sinks. It feels like a small indoor restroom, and it looks good in photos.
A site plan before the truck rolls
We ask about gate width, grade, the power drop and the ADA route first. Most problems on a Concord ranch drive or a downtown lot are solved on the phone.
Sized to the head count
A 5-Station covers about 150 to 450 guests and a 9-Station about 400 to 900 over a five-hour event. We count for the peak rush, not the average.
Ramps on every ADA unit
Each ADA trailer has a self-contained ramp, and on this California page that means the California standard ramp, built in, not bolted on.
Stocked and serviced for you
Paper, soap and towels come with the trailer, and service visits are set on a schedule for multi-day jobs. You do not have to bring a thing.
A hub that connects three freeways
Concord sits where I-680, SR-4 and SR-242 meet, so one dispatch plan reaches Walnut Creek, Martinez, Clayton and Pittsburg without crossing a bridge.

“Our holiday market lost its original lot two days before opening. The Lavatory had a 5-Station on the new pad before the first vendor unloaded. The inside was spotless, and shoppers kept asking where we found it.”

“We had about 90 people in our backyard for a milestone birthday, and I worried about the side gate. They checked the width on the phone and sent the right size. Dishes got done, nobody stood in line and the neighbors were happy too.”

“I thought a trailer at a wedding sounded odd. Then my mother-in-law stepped inside and said it was nicer than her hotel bathroom. It sat behind the tent where the photos never showed it.”
Big names that rely on our trailers, and the same line answers your call
Large companies book us again and again because a clean, working trailer at every launch party and shareholder event is what brings them back. Bay Area names like Google, Tesla and the Golden State Warriors have trusted The Lavatory for large events and job sites, and the same dispatch line answers every call from Concord.

Around Concord we regularly work with event and venue teams, construction and development firms, as well as schools, churches and community groups.
The reason those bookings repeat is simple. A luxury restroom is the one vendor a guest uses and remembers, for better or worse, so the trailer has to be stocked, clean and working from the first guest to the last. That is how every unit in the fleet is run, and it is the same standard behind every Concord booking, from a backyard engagement party to a festival gate.
Deluxe bathroom trailer rentals, from a backyard 2-Station to a festival 9-Station
In Concord, the 5-Station is the workhorse for lawn receptions and school field nights, and the ADA + 2 is the unit most planners add beside the ceremony seating.

The lineup runs from a 2-Station for a backyard party to a 9-Station for a festival crowd, plus the ADA + 2 and ADA + 6 for accessible needs. The 2-Station has one women’s room and one men’s room on a single 20 A, 120 V circuit. The 3-Station adds a second women’s room, and both run on onboard tanks, so no hookup is needed for a typical party.
On the 5-Station, the women’s side has three stalls and two sinks, the men’s side has a stall, a urinal and a sink, and the trailer carries 200 gallons of fresh water and 520 gallons of waste. Keep the power within about 100 feet. The 9-Station adds a long women’s side with five stalls and two sinks, plus two urinals on the men’s side, and two circuits.
The ADA + 2 adds an ADA unisex room to the women’s and men’s rooms, and a self-contained ramp leads to the door. It serves events up to about 200 guests or a job site of about 30 workers. The 8-Station Private Stall Deluxe, with eight lockable rooms, is the pick when privacy is the priority, and its hand wash bank sits outside on the 8-Station only.
A walk through the trailer
Flushing china toilets
Real porcelain toilets with a foot flush, the same fixtures your guests use at home, not a chemical tank.
Running-water sinks
Stainless steel sinks with real running water, hand soap, and towels, fed by onboard water tanks so you are covered even without a hookup.
Climate control
Air conditioning for a summer afternoon and heat for a cold evening, so the trailer stays comfortable no matter the season.
Framed mirrors and lighting
Oversized framed vanity mirrors, warm interior lighting, and finished flooring that reads like a venue restroom, not a jobsite.
Fully stocked, always fresh
Premium toilet paper, towels, soap, and fragrance, restocked and pumped so the unit stays fresh from the first guest to the last.
Power and water handled
Onboard water tanks plus a generator when your site has no hookup, so the trailer runs anywhere from a vineyard to an open field.
A size guide for upscale restroom trailers
The lineup runs from a compact 2-Station for a backyard party to a 9-Station for a festival crowd, with ADA + 2 and ADA + 6 layouts for accessible restrooms. Tell us your guest count and how long the event runs, and we will size it.

Is it worth renting private restroom trailers?

Think about what a Concord event actually costs to put on. The venue, the catering, the flowers, the photographer, the hours of planning. Then picture a guest walking out of a hot plastic box in the middle of all of it. Nobody plans for that. The restroom is the one vendor every single guest uses, often more than once, and it is the detail they quietly judge the whole event by.
A luxury restroom trailer protects everything else you spent on. It reads like an extension of the venue, holds up through a full day of guests, and gives people one less thing to remember for the wrong reason. Set against the total cost of the day, it is a small line item that quietly carries a lot of the impression, which is exactly why the hosts who have been burned once book the trailer first the next time.
Private restroom trailer rentals for vineyard, ranch and backyard receptions

Concord has few large vineyard venues, so couples look east and south. Heritage lawns like Shadelands Ranch in Walnut Creek, the garden at Heather Farm, Brentwood wine properties and Livermore estates all draw Concord families. Weddings are the top use for our trailers, and many of these sites have only a small fixed restroom or none at all.
A flushing china toilet and a running sink make the trailer feel like part of the venue. Plan for cocktail hour, not dinner, because that is when the line forms, and a 5-Station handles a 250-guest lawn reception while an ADA + 2 sits near the ceremony seats. For smaller backyards in Clayton or Pleasant Hill, a 2-Station or 3-Station is plenty.
Placement is where we earn our keep. We tuck the trailer behind a hedge or tent line so it stays out of the ceremony photos but within a short walk of the dance floor. Wet-season lawns from November to March need ground protection, and ranch drives need a clear gate and turning room for the delivery rig. Send us your gate width and we will tell you the same day if it works. Our luxury restroom trailer rentals in San Ramon follow the same routine along the I-680 corridor.
Couples with a Mount Diablo summit ceremony through the County Clerk-Recorder keep it to 30 guests, and the reception afterward is the part that needs a trailer. We help with the guest count, the walking path and the heel-friendly mats, and call or request a quote and we will sketch the layout with you.
What our crew does for bathroom trailer rentals after setup

We handle the whole thing, not just the drop-off. Our team delivers the trailer, levels and sets it, connects water and power or stages a generator, and stocks it before your first guest arrives. When the event wraps, we come back and haul it away. You never touch the logistics. That part is on us.
For longer or higher-traffic bookings in Concord, we offer an on-site attendant who keeps the trailer stocked and spotless through the event, and we pump and refresh the unit so it holds up from the first guest to the last. That always-fresh standard is the difference between a restroom guests use once and one they are glad to use all night.
VIP restroom trailer rentals for hospitality compounds and larger events

Large events near Concord have a second restroom problem the fixed buildings do not solve. Think of a 12,500-seat amphitheater like Toyota Pavilion at Concord, a school stadium night or a festival lot. Behind the main crowd there is a fenced compound for artists, sponsors, staff and guests with credentials, and those people want a private room that is steps away, not a walk through the general crowd.
A luxury trailer fits a fenced compound well. A 2-Station works as a green room for a small act, a 5-Station or 9-Station serves a sponsor tent or a crew area, and the ADA + 2 gives accessible seating a ramp and a hard route. The 8-Station Private Stall Deluxe, with eight lockable rooms, suits hospitality areas where each guest wants a door that closes.
Timing matters more than most people expect, and trailers have to be placed and plumbed before load-in, because trucks cannot cross a lot once doors open. We ask for the load-in schedule, the credential gate location and the nearest power drop, then set the trailers before the crowd arrives.
We are not claiming any one venue as a customer here. We know how these compounds are laid out because we plan the same way for events of this size across the Bay Area. If you run a VIP area, call and tell us the footprint, and we will size it to the guest list and the length of the day.
How many restrooms a Concord job site or event needs, and who handles the paperwork
California’s construction safety rules call for at least one toilet for every 20 workers, of each sex. Urinals can count toward the total, but toilets must be at least half the required minimum. Sites with fewer than five workers can use one all-gender single-user toilet. We read your head count and recommend a trailer or two that meets the number with room to spare.
For events on unincorporated county land, such as a ranch outside Concord city limits, Contra Costa County asks applicants to describe the type and location of restrooms and to show sanitary facilities on a site plan. For events inside the city, the City of Concord and your venue set the permit steps. We send unit specs, tank sizes and power needs so your paperwork is complete.
If you need a building department sign-off for a long-term contractor setup, that approval is yours to file, and we supply the specs. We handle delivery, setup, stocking, service and pickup. You provide a level spot, truck access and standard 120 V power within reach, or ask us to arrange a quiet generator.

The ADA and placement details we take care of in Concord
- ADA-accessible units with a self-contained ramp, wide door, grab bars, and turning room.
- Guidance on where to place the trailer so it is easy to reach and easy to service.
- Water and power sorted before delivery, with a generator staged when the site has no hookup.
- Licensed and insured on every unit we put on the road.
One thing we always say plainly: some venues and city permits have their own rules on placement, accessibility, and event restrooms. Tell us your venue and we will help you plan around them, but confirm any permit requirements with the venue or the city as well.

Luxury bathroom trailer rentals for the way Concord celebrates
From a December market to a vineyard reception to a fenced hospitality area, each setup asks for a different placement plan. These are the three we get asked about most around Concord.
Temporary bathroom rentals for Concord holiday markets and seasonal pop-ups
Downtown Concord keeps a full calendar, with a Tuesday farmers’ market all year at Todos Santos Plaza, free Thursday concerts from June to September, Taste of Concord in October and the Mayor’s Tree Lighting each December. The city runs those events itself, so the demand for a private trailer comes from the organizers around them: hotel lot markets, church and school fairs, and vendor-run pop-ups on parking lots where no public restroom is close.
A parking lot is a friendly site for a trailer, since asphalt needs no ground protection, but we still look at slope and storm drains before we set the pad. Power usually comes from a light pole or a vendor drop, and the onboard water tank means nobody has to find a hose bib. A 5-Station covers a typical market corner and fits where a row of stalls ends.
We like to split shoppers from sellers: a 3-Station or 5-Station serves the crowd, and a small 2-Station sits behind the booth line for the people working it, so vendors stay near their tables and shoppers do not wait behind a cashier. Leave a clear, hard path to the ADA + 2 so a wheelchair or stroller rolls straight up the ramp.
December markets are dark by five in the afternoon, so we place lights along the walk to the trailer door and ask about the route from the car lot. After years of winter events in the East Bay, the first thing we check is how a guest finds the door after sunset.
Job sites, school nights and community festivals: more places our trailers go
Galindo Street and Willow Pass job sites
Five-story projects near Concord BART need restrooms the crew can count on. We pair an ADA + 2 with a second trailer when the head count passes 20 per sex, and we plan delivery around street closures.
Mount Diablo Unified football nights
Friday lights bring hundreds of fans to a field with limited restrooms. A 5-Station behind the bleachers and an ADA + 2 near the gate keep halftime lines short.
KidFest, Taste of Concord and church festivals
Family crowds mean strollers and small kids, and a 3-Station for the crowd plus an ADA + 2 gives wide doors and a ramp.
Willow Pass Park pickleball weekends
Tournaments at the 14 public courts fill the park for two days at a time, and a 3-Station near the courts takes pressure off the park building.
Restaurant and office remodels
Downtown dining rooms and Willow Pass offices close fast when the plumbing goes out. A trailer with its own tanks gets staff and guests back in the door.
Quinceañeras and backyard family parties
A side-yard gate and a lot of aunts and cousins call for a 2-Station or 3-Station, and we measure the gate before we confirm the unit.
What ties these together is the guest experience. Nobody remembers a restroom that worked, but everybody remembers one that did not. Because our units sit staged across the region instead of a couple counties away, getting a luxury trailer to a Concord date, even a last-minute one, is an ordinary ask here, not a scramble.
How temporary restroom trailers usually run at a venue
A planner with a ranch lawn reception near Walnut Creek
When a planner sends 220 guests, a lawn and a single power outlet near the barn, we pair a 5-Station with an ADA + 2 and set both behind a tent line. We confirm the gate width and the lawn condition first, and ask for ground mats if the week has been wet.
A site manager with a downtown project and a tight street
When a crew of 40 starts on a block with limited curb space, we size by the head count, schedule delivery away from rush hour and plan the service visits around the hours the street is open. We keep the pad level and the door facing the crew entrance.
A market organizer in a parking lot with no restroom nearby
When an organizer books a three-weekend holiday market, we place a 5-Station for shoppers, a 2-Station behind the vendor row and lights along the walkway. We ask about slope, storm drains and the nearest power drop before we confirm.
Concord neighborhoods served by our event restroom trailer rentals
We also coordinate restroom trailer rentals across California for multi-city events.
We cover Concord luxury restroom trailer rentals across California. Neighborhoods and towns we serve include Downtown Concord, Todos Santos Plaza, Willow Pass, Galindo Street, Monument Corridor, North Concord, Meadow Homes, Sunvalley, Ygnacio Valley, Clayton Valley, Dana Estates, Four Corners, Holbrook Heights, Pacheco, Clyde, Clayton, Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill, Martinez, Pittsburg, Bay Point, Lafayette, Antioch, Brentwood.
Full specifications for every unit are on the 5-Station restroom trailer spec page for Concord and its four sister pages, or call and we will spec it to your guest count. Sizes, station counts and floor plans for every unit are listed in our temporary air-conditioned restroom and bathroom trailers serving CA. For a site in another part of the state, our portable VIP restroom trailer rental available in California lists every region we deliver to. For a venue elsewhere in the state, start from our VIP Concord bathrooms for temporary rental use.
Downtown Concord
Todos Santos Plaza and the blocks around it hold markets, festivals and the December tree lighting. Pop-up organizers and private events nearby need trailers placed on tight asphalt lots.
Willow Pass and Galindo Street
Housing projects near Concord BART keep crews busy on narrow streets, and delivery windows are planned around closures and the toilet count follows the crew size.
Clayton Valley
Backyard weddings, school events and ranch parties spread across sloped lots here, and a level pad and a wide gate decide which trailer fits.
Sunvalley and Ygnacio Valley
Shopping center lots host vendor events and sidewalk sales, and large asphalt corners are easy for a 5-Station.
North Concord
Near the North Concord BART station and the old weapons station land, development projects keep sites running for months. Long job rentals get a service schedule that matches the crew.
Pacheco and Clyde
Rural lots and small events on the northwest edge often have no restroom within reach, and a trailer with onboard water solves it.
Where our portable restroom trailers go around Concord
Downtown Concord and Todos Santos Plaza
The plaza is a full city block with a year-round Tuesday farmers’ market, and private market and pop-up organizers around it use our trailers.
Clayton and the Mount Diablo foothills
Clayton’s Concerts in the Grove and the Mitchell Canyon trailhead draw big family crowds, and backyards and hillside ranches here need a level pad.
Walnut Creek and Pleasant Hill
Shadelands Ranch sits under old oaks off Ygnacio Valley Road and hosts lawn weddings. Pleasant Hill neighborhoods call us for backyard parties.
Martinez and Pacheco
Martinez is the county seat, where couples pick up licenses for Mount Diablo summit weddings. Waterfront events and remodels also use trailers here.
Pittsburg and Bay Point
Bay Point is the end of the 1996 BART extension, with steady school and church events nearby. Job sites along the corridor stay busy.
North Concord and the former Naval Weapons Station
The old base is where a plan for 12,272 homes is moving through approvals, and smaller build projects near North Concord BART keep sites active now.

What customers say about our luxury portable restroom rentals near Concord

“Delivery was on time and setup went smoothly. Every question I had got a straight answer. I will book again for our fall festival.”

“Friendly people and a really nice trailer. My guests said it was much cleaner than anything they had used at a party.”

“Clean, easy and on time for our field night.”

“We keep a trailer on site for a long build. Service visits happen when they say, and the unit looks the same on day 60 as on day one. My crew notices, and so do I.”

“I needed an accessible restroom for a big outdoor event and the ADA unit had a smooth ramp and wide doors. A relative in a wheelchair used it without any help.”
Answers about mobile restroom trailers for any Concord rental
Can I reserve a trailer for a Concord wedding next summer?
Yes. Send us the date, the venue address, your guest count and the start and end times, and we will recommend a unit and hold your date. Many couples reserve the trailer the same week they sign the venue contract. If the venue is a ranch lawn in Walnut Creek or a Clayton backyard, add the gate width and any slope so the delivery plan is right from the start.
Is a water hookup required, or do the trailers carry their own water?
The trailers carry their own. The 2-Station holds 105 gallons of fresh water, the ADA + 2 holds 210 gallons, and the 5-Station and 9-Station each carry 200 gallons. That covers most single-day parties without a hose, and for a long event or a heavy crowd, a garden hose hookup keeps the tank topped off and shortens lines.
Where do I start when picking the number of stations for my guest count?
Start with your guest count and the length of the event. A 5-Station covers about 150 to 450 guests, and a 9-Station covers about 400 to 900 over a five-hour event. Plan for cocktail hour or intermission, since that is when lines form. Add an ADA + 2 if guests use wheelchairs, and a small second unit for vendors or staff.
What changes the cost of a luxury restroom trailer rental?
Several things move a quote: the unit size, your guest count, the hours of the event, the delivery distance from Concord, the season and day of the week, the power and water setup, ADA needs and how often the trailer needs service. Send us those details and we put one clear quote together with no surprises.
When are the waste tanks pumped on a multi-day event?
Service visits are set on a schedule when you book, based on the guest count and the number of days. The 9-Station holds 750 gallons of waste, the 5-Station 520 gallons and the 3-Station 400 gallons. Where a sewer cleanout is on site we can discuss hooking up to it, and the quote lays out the plan.
How do the trailers handle a hot Concord afternoon or a cold December night?
About 45 days a year in Concord reach 90 degrees or higher, so the bigger issue is guest behavior. People wait longer for a restroom they like, and lines shift to shade. In winter the ground is the issue, because November to March rain softens lawns, and we plan pads, mats and lighting for early sunsets.
Do your trailers have ramps for wheelchairs?
Yes. Every ADA unit has a self-contained ramp, and on this California page that ramp follows the California standard. The ADA + 2 adds an ADA unisex room to the standard women’s and men’s rooms, and the ADA + 6 adds six stations. Keep the path to the ramp hard, level and free of gravel.
Will a luxury restroom trailer feel different from a porta potty?
It will. Guests walk into separate women’s and men’s rooms with real flushing toilets and running water, and the 8-Station Private Stall Deluxe adds eight lockable rooms. A porta potty can suit a rough job site, but a wedding or hospitality area needs the trailer.
Can you set up in a downtown Concord parking lot near Todos Santos Plaza?
Usually, yes. A level asphalt corner with a power drop works well for a 3-Station or 5-Station. The City of Concord and your venue set the permit steps, and we send specs and site needs for your paperwork. We do not work the city’s own plaza events, but we do serve private markets and pop-ups nearby.
Do you deliver to Clayton and the Mount Diablo foothills?
Yes. Foothill ranches and sloped backyards are common requests, and we check the gate width, the grade and a level pad first. On unincorporated county land, Contra Costa County’s temporary event application asks you to describe restrooms and show them on a site plan, and we supply the unit details.
How many toilets does a Concord construction site need?
California’s construction rule asks for one toilet per 20 workers of each sex, and sites with fewer than five workers can use a single all-gender facility. An ADA + 2 suits a crew of about 30, and a second trailer covers more. Tell us your head count and we size it.
Will a regular wall outlet be enough to run the trailer?
For the 2-Station, 3-Station and 5-Station, one 20 A, 120 V circuit does it. The 9-Station and ADA + 2 need two circuits, and if your site has none, we arrange a quiet generator. Send a photo of the outlet and the layout, and we will confirm.
Concord planning guides for portable restroom trailer rentals
Deeper reading for hosts and planners, from sizing a trailer to your guest count to keeping guests comfortable through a long event. Tap any guide to open it.
A worksheet for sizing trailers for a Concord event
Sizing is the first decision, and most people guess, and a short worksheet gets it right. Write down four numbers: guest count, event length in hours, whether alcohol is served and how many guests use wheelchairs or walkers. Those four numbers decide almost everything.
Start with the guest count, and a 2-Station fits a backyard party or a small wedding. A 3-Station works for a mid-size gathering. A 5-Station covers about 150 to 450 guests, and a 9-Station covers about 400 to 900 guests over a five-hour event. The ADA + 2 handles events up to about 200 guests on its own.
Now adjust for event length, and a two-hour school fundraiser needs fewer stations than a five-hour wedding with dinner and dancing. Long events see repeat visits. If your event passes six hours, move up one size or add a small second trailer.
Alcohol changes the math, and open bars drive more visits, especially in the first hour after dinner or during cocktail hour. For a reception with an open bar, move up a size. Most lines form at the same few moments, so plan for the peak rush, not the average.
Next, plan accessible access, and if any guest uses a wheelchair, include an ADA + 2 near the ceremony seats or the stage. The ramp is self-contained, but the path to it needs to be hard and level. Gravel and soft lawn slow a wheelchair down.
Add a vendor or staff unit when the crew is larger than 15. A 2-Station behind the catering tent keeps caterers from meeting guests in the line, and it also keeps the main trailers cleaner for the crowd.
Here are three sample plans, and a 120-guest backyard quinceañera over four hours uses a 3-Station. A 250-guest Walnut Creek ranch lawn reception uses a 5-Station plus an ADA + 2 near the ceremony. A 600-guest festival with a hospitality compound uses a 9-Station for the crowd and a 2-Station behind the VIP fence.
Bring the numbers to a call and we will check the plan against your power, water and site. Most worksheets take ten minutes, and they save you from an under-sized order.
A site checklist for a trailer in a Concord backyard, church lot or ranch drive
The best trailer in the world fails on a bad site, and walk the spot before you book, using this checklist. It takes about twenty minutes and answers most questions we would ask on the phone.
Measure the path first, and the delivery rig needs a clear route from the street to the spot, with room to swing. For a backyard, measure the side gate at its narrowest point, including latches and posts. For a ranch drive, check for low branches and soft shoulders.
Find a level pad, and trailers sit best on flat, firm ground. Foothill lots near Clayton and Mount Diablo often slope, so look for a spot where the ground varies by only a few inches over the trailer length. Asphalt and compacted gravel are ideal. In the wet months, from November to March, lawns need ground protection.
Locate power. The 2-Station, 3-Station and 5-Station each use one 20 A, 120 V circuit. The 9-Station and the ADA + 2 use two, and the 5-Station wants power within about 100 feet. Take a photo of your outlet or breaker panel so we can confirm, and tell us if you would rather use a quiet generator.
Decide on water, and onboard tanks cover most one-day events. A garden hose hookup helps with long events. Know where the hose bib is, and whether the water pressure is steady.
Plan the ADA path. If you add an ADA + 2, the route to the ramp should be hard, level and wide. Skip loose gravel and thick mulch, and place the trailer near seating, not across the property.
Think about neighbors and sight lines. For a backyard party, give neighbors a heads-up about delivery day. For a wedding, put the trailer where it is out of photos but a short walk from the dance floor.
Finally, check construction rules. For a long contractor setup, the building department may want specs, and for county land the temporary event form asks about restrooms. Cornell’s Legal Information Institute posts California’s construction toilet rule, section 1526 of Title 8, for crews. Send us your answers and we will confirm the unit and the delivery plan.
Ten questions to ask before you book a luxury restroom rental
Not every rental company works the same way. Ten questions help you compare companies and avoid problems on the day, and ask them on the first call.
First, what exactly is in the trailer? You want real flushing toilets, running water, mirrors, lighting and separate women’s and men’s rooms, and ask for photos of a real job, not a stock image.
Second, what is stocked? Toilet paper, hand soap and paper towels should come with the rental, and ask how often they are refilled on multi-day events.
Third, who handles setup and pickup? A good company delivers, levels, connects and removes the trailer, and you should not need to bring tools or a helper.
Fourth, what does the site need to provide? Ask about power, water and ground, and a clear answer is something like one 20 A, 120 V circuit, a level pad and truck access.
Fifth, what is the service schedule on long jobs? Ask how often the tanks are pumped and the interior cleaned, and a schedule you can read in writing beats a vague promise.
Sixth, what happens if a unit has a problem? Ask whether a replacement can arrive the same day, and a company with a large staged fleet can swap a trailer fast.
Seventh, who answers the phone at night?
Eighth, can they help with your paperwork? Venues, the city and the county may ask for unit specs, and ask whether the company sends tank sizes and power needs on request.
Ninth and tenth, how do they handle accessibility, and how do they price? Ask for ramp units, and ask what changes a quote: size, hours, distance, season, power setup and service. Honest companies explain the drivers without hiding them. For crews, California’s workplace safety agency Cal/OSHA publishes the jobsite sanitation rules your head count has to meet.

A planning timeline for a private event with a trailer
A good event plan puts the trailer on the list early. Here is a simple timeline for a wedding, reunion or large party near Concord.
As soon as you pick the venue and date, send us the basics: the date, the venue address, the guest count and the start and end times. That is enough for a size recommendation and a hold on your date.
Two to three months out, confirm the site details, and walk the spot, measure the gate and photograph the outlet. If the venue has rules about vendors or trailers, ask for them in writing and send the unit specs.
A month out, finalize the guest count and the schedule. Decide whether to add an ADA + 2, a vendor unit or an extra station for peak hours. If the event runs more than six hours or over several days, set the service visits.
Two weeks out, set the delivery window. For a Saturday wedding, many couples choose Friday delivery so the trailer is ready before the florist arrives, and pickup is often Sunday or Monday morning.
In the final week, check the weather. In the wet months, plan ground protection and a lit path. In summer, plan shade near the line, and confirm the person on site who will meet the driver.
On the day, point the driver to the spot, check the pad and the plug, and walk through the trailer once. Hand the contact number to your coordinator for any question during the event.
If your event is on unincorporated land, check the Contra Costa County temporary event requirements early, since they ask you to show restrooms on a site plan.
After the event, the trailer is picked up on the schedule you set. Walk the site with the driver if you want, and most hosts say the hardest part of this plan is starting it. Call or request a quote and we will walk through each step with you.
