Private restroom trailer rentals from a crew that knows North Las Vegas venues
Every venue type in this city comes with its own catch, and we plan for each one before the truck leaves the yard. A casino courtyard event keeps the trailer on hot asphalt, far from the building’s own restrooms. A backyard in Aliante or Tule Springs has a block wall, a side gate and an HOA that wants to know where the unit will sit. A graded pad out at Apex has no water, no sewer and a lot of dust. A golf course lawn has cart paths we have to cross without leaving a mark. We ask about gates, slopes, shade and the distance to the nearest outlet before we quote a unit. That homework comes with all of our luxury restroom trailer rentals, from a small party to a race weekend. We own more than 250 luxury trailers, the largest fleet of its kind in the Western U.S., and we never broker a unit through someone else. We are licensed and insured, with 30+ years in event rentals. Call us or request a quote, and we will talk through your site on the first call.
We own every trailer we send
We own more than 250 luxury trailers, the largest luxury restroom fleet in the Western U.S. As a direct fleet owner, we never put a broker between you and the truck. If your date moves, you talk to the people who control the schedule.
AC that keeps up in July
Summer 2026 averaged 94.7 degrees across the valley, with one day at 112. Our units carry real AC sized for the trailer, and we start it early so the rooms are cool when guests arrive.
Heat for winter nights
North valley nights drop into the upper 20s in winter. We run the heat and protect the water lines, so a December party or holiday event goes off without frozen pipes.
We keep trailers out of the washes
Flood control washes and detention basins run all through the valley, and monsoon storms can fill them in minutes from late June to mid September. We never park a unit in a wash, even for a one day event. We pick a spot on high ground and plan a dry route in and out.

“Trailers are very nice and clean. Workers are very helpful, will definitely be calling again for our next event!”

“Fantastic service and great toilets! Sal (delivery staff) was exceptional. Highly recommend the Lavatory!”

“Richard the attendant of the luxury lavatory company is very professional courteous and has great customer service skills ! The lavatories are absolutely beautiful and of great quality! I recommend them highly.”
Proof from the event hosts who have booked our restroom trailers
The companies that could rent anything still call us for restrooms, because a cheap plastic unit at a launch party or a shareholder event ruins everything the day is meant to say. The Lavatory has provided luxury restrooms for names like Google, Tesla, BMW, Mercedes, eBay, and Target, for hospitality at Caesars Palace, and for pro sports including the Golden State Warriors, Oakland A’s, and Las Vegas Raiders. Ask for North Las Vegas private shower trailer rentals on the same quote.

The reason those bookings repeat is simple. A luxury restroom is the one vendor a guest uses and remembers, for better or worse, so the trailer has to be stocked, clean and working from the first guest to the last. That is how we run every unit in the fleet, and it is the same standard behind every North Las Vegas booking, from a backyard engagement party to a festival gate.
Three decades in event and equipment rental, running the largest luxury restroom trailer fleet in the Western U.S. Every unit ours, never a broker’s.
Luxury bathroom trailer rentals for courtyard, golf course and backyard weddings
For most North Las Vegas weddings and backyard parties in the 150 to 300 guest range, we point people to the 5-Station unit. It needs one 20 A 120 V circuit within 100 feet, and its AC keeps the rooms comfortable on a 110 degree afternoon.

Many North Las Vegas weddings happen outside, and the outdoor spaces here are bigger than the restrooms beside them. The Cannery Casino and Hotel on East Craig Road runs an event center called The Club, with 7,000 square feet inside and a 25,000 square foot courtyard next to it. A courtyard that size can hold a large ceremony and reception. The building’s own restrooms were not sized for every guest at once after dinner, and that is where a deluxe trailer earns its place.
Golf course weddings bring a different problem. Aliante Golf Club is a public course inside the Aliante master plan, and it opened in December 2003. A fairway backdrop makes great photos, but the clubhouse restrooms are built for golfers, and the ceremony lawn can sit a long walk away. We set the trailer on turf near the reception tent, lay mats where heels would sink, and keep it out of the photographer’s line.
Backyards are the biggest share of our wedding calls in the north valley. Homes in Aliante, Craig Ranch, Tule Springs and Valley Vista sit on desert lots with block walls, side gates and HOA rules. Quinceaneras, graduation parties and family reunions here often run past 100 guests. One or two bathrooms inside the house cannot keep up with that crowd, and a sewer line built for a family of four was never meant to take it either. A 2-Station fits many driveways, while a 5-Station usually needs street or side yard room.
Placement matters more than anything else. We put the unit close enough that no guest walks more than a minute, but out of the photos and away from the ceremony. On a summer night we switch the AC on hours early, because a closed trailer on asphalt heats up fast. After dark we light the path to the steps, since that walk gets busy once the bar opens.
Inside the restroom trailer, item by item
Flushing china toilets
Real porcelain toilets with a foot flush, the same fixtures your guests use at home, not a chemical tank.
Running-water sinks
Stainless steel sinks with real running water, hand soap, and towels, fed by onboard water tanks so you are covered even without a hookup.
Climate control
Air conditioning for a summer afternoon and heat for a cold evening, so the trailer stays comfortable no matter the season.
Framed mirrors and lighting
Oversized framed vanity mirrors, warm interior lighting, and finished flooring that reads like a venue restroom, not a jobsite.
Fully stocked, always fresh
Premium toilet paper, towels, soap, and fragrance, restocked and pumped so the unit stays fresh from the first guest to the last.
Power and water handled
Onboard water tanks plus a generator when your site has no hookup, so the trailer runs anywhere from a vineyard to an open field.
Full specifications for every unit are on the 5-Station spec page and its four sister pages, or call and we will spec it to your North Las Vegas guest count.
The full restroom trailer fleet is one page over; below is how we size a unit to a Nevada guest count.
Matching temporary restroom trailers to weddings, corporate days and productions in North Las Vegas
Five sizes cover everything from a single ADA-compliant suite to a festival crowd. Every one has flushing china toilets, running water and climate control. Tell us your guest count and how long the event runs, and we will size it.

2-Station Restroom Trailer
One women’s suite and one men’s suite for up to about 150 guests, in a compact box that fits into a driveway or garden path. 105 gallons of fresh water, a 300-gallon waste tank and a single 20A/120V circuit make it the pick for backyard weddings and engagement parties.

3-Station Restroom Trailer
Two women’s suites and one men’s suite for up to about 225 guests, sized for the everyday mid-size gathering, from a milestone birthday to a company off-site. 200 gallons of fresh water, a 400-gallon waste tank, one 20A/120V circuit.

5-Station Restroom Trailer
Women’s side with 3 stalls and 2 sinks, men’s side with 1 stall, 1 urinal and 1 sink, built for 150 to 450 guests so a full reception never waits. 200 gallons of fresh water, a 520-gallon waste tank, one 20A/120V circuit within 100 feet.

9-Station Restroom Trailer
Women’s side with 5 stalls and 2 sinks, men’s side with 2 stalls, 2 urinals and 1 sink, sized for 400 to 900 guests so hundreds of people can move through the line at once. Two AC units, two 20A/120V circuits, a 750-gallon waste tank.

ADA + 2 Restroom Trailer
One women’s suite, one men’s suite and one ADA unisex suite with a self-contained ramp, built to federal ADA requirements. Sized for events up to about 200 guests or job sites up to about 30 crew, with 210 gallons of fresh water on board.
An 8-Station Private Stall Deluxe and an ADA + 6 configuration are also in the fleet for big productions and larger guest counts. If you are between sizes, we spec it to your guest count rather than nudge you into more trailer than the day calls for.
For events beyond this city, our Nevada restroom trailer service area lists every region we deliver to.
Delivery, setup and service for temporary restroom trailers across North Las Vegas

We handle the whole thing, not just the drop-off. Our team delivers the trailer, levels and sets it, connects water and power or stages a generator, and stocks it before your first guest arrives. When the event wraps, we come back and haul it away. You never touch the logistics. That part is on us.
For longer or higher-traffic bookings in North Las Vegas, we offer an on-site attendant who keeps the trailer stocked and spotless through the event, and we pump and refresh the unit so it holds up from the first guest to the last. That always-fresh standard is the difference between a restroom guests use once and one they are glad to use all night.
VIP restroom trailer rentals for concerts, race weekends and backstage areas

The Craig Ranch Regional Park Amphitheater at 628 West Craig Road reopened in April 2026 after a rebuild. It now has a bigger stage, a new screen and sound system, and room for more than 8,000 people. City officials say something is booked there almost every weekend. A public restroom building cannot flex from an orchestra night one weekend to a festival crowd the next, and the backstage area has needs of its own. Performers, crew and sponsors want a clean, private restroom that the general crowd never lines up for. Tournament weekends often spill into the next town, where we also offer Henderson portable restroom trailer rentals.
Our VIP setups start with where the trailer sits. For a backstage area we park it inside the fenced crew zone, close to the green room tents. For a sponsor lounge we dress the steps with planters and put it where guests enter, not behind the stage trucks. The 8-Station Private Stall Deluxe works well here because every guest gets a locking room with its own sink.
Race weekends are a much bigger job. Las Vegas Motor Speedway sits just north of the city on Las Vegas Boulevard North. The track cut its grandstands from more than 140,000 seats to about 80,000, starting in 2015, to make room for more RV parking and premium seating. That means more fans camp on site for the whole weekend. The fall NASCAR weekend runs October 2 to 4, 2026, and the NHRA Nevada Nationals run October 29 to November 1, 2026.
Hospitality suites, team areas and camping lots at a race need restrooms that stay clean for three or four days, not three or four hours. We plan tank size, service times and access routes before the gates open. Our trucks come in at night or early morning, when the lots are quiet and the roads are open.
Ramps, ADA suites and placement for VIP restroom trailers in North Las Vegas
North Las Vegas runs its own water and sewer utility, which surprises people who assume the county handles it. The Utilities Department at 2250 North Las Vegas Boulevard also runs the city’s Water Reclamation Facility. Most of our restroom rentals never tie into a city sewer at all. They run self-contained from onboard tanks, and our truck pumps them out on a set schedule. On a long job where you want a sewer tie-in instead, that talk starts with the city, and we help you frame the request.
The Southern Nevada Health District regulates liquid waste haulers in Clark County, meaning anyone who removes and disposes of waste from holding tanks and similar units. Ask any rental company you are thinking about who pumps their tanks and where the waste goes. We can answer that in one sentence. The health district also reviews temporary events with food, drinks or pools, so if your wedding or festival has a caterer and a bar, the same desk your caterer works with may ask about your restroom plan.
Summer events and job sites have one more rule to plan for. Nevada’s heat illness regulation, R131-24, took effect for enforcement on April 29, 2025. It applies to employers with more than 10 workers and covers drinking water, rest breaks, cooling and emergency plans. A clean, air conditioned bathroom trailer is an easy part of a heat plan to deliver on a July job. For any public event, our ADA + 2 meets federal ADA rules, with a ramp and an accessible room, which answers the other question that comes up on public work.

What the ADA unit and the setup plan include
- ADA-accessible units with a self-contained ramp, wide door, grab bars, and turning room.
- Guidance on where to place the trailer so it is easy to reach and easy to service.
- Water and power sorted before delivery, with a generator staged when the site has no hookup.
- Licensed and insured on every unit we put on the road.
One thing we always say plainly: some venues and city permits have their own rules on placement, accessibility, and event restrooms. Tell us your venue and we will help you plan around them, but confirm any permit requirements with the venue or the city as well.
More North Las Vegas jobs we cover with deluxe restroom trailers
Weddings, VIP areas at big events and long construction jobs make up much of our work in the north valley. Each one calls for its own setup and service plan. Here is what each job looks like on the ground in this part of the valley.

Groundbreakings and ribbon cuttings
Nevada State University broke ground on April 28, 2026 for a three story, 30,000 square foot building at 800 East Lake Mead Boulevard, anchoring the 19 acre NLV Gateway project. Events like that are dressed up, photographed and full of guests, while the site is still dirt. A clean trailer by the tent fits the occasion.

Hangar events at North Las Vegas Airport
The airport logged 176,320 flights in 2022 and has 492 based aircraft, with charter companies, flight schools and tour firms on the field. Open houses and client events in a hangar often outgrow its restrooms. We park a unit by the hangar door and keep it off the ramp.

Campus and school events
The College of Southern Nevada’s Cheyenne Campus sits inside the city, along with five public high schools. Graduations, games and campus fairs draw more families than a building was designed for, all in a two hour window. We place trailers where the exit crowd walks.

Park festivals and tournaments
The city runs 34 parks on more than 475 acres, and Craig Ranch Regional Park alone covers 170 acres of fields, a skate park and a splash pad. Youth tournaments last all day. We plan service for the full day and check tanks between games.

Water outages and emergencies
North Las Vegas runs its own water and sewer through the city Utilities Department. When a main breaks or a planned shutoff hits a school, office or restaurant, a self-contained trailer keeps the doors open. We keep units ready for short notice calls.
What ties these together is the guest experience. Nobody remembers a restroom that worked, but everybody remembers one that did not. Because our units sit staged across the region instead of a couple counties away, getting a luxury trailer to a North Las Vegas date, even a last-minute one, is an ordinary ask here, not a scramble.

Delivery and setup
We arrive on your schedule, level and set the trailer, connect it, and stock it so it is ready and fresh before the first guest.
Enjoy it, we handle pickup
The trailer holds up through your whole event while our line stays open. When you are done, we come back and take it away.
Why venue managers budget for a portable restroom trailer first in North Las Vegas

Think about what a North Las Vegas event actually costs to put on. The venue, the catering, the flowers, the photographer, the hours of planning. Then picture a guest walking out of a hot plastic box in the middle of all of it. Nobody plans for that. The restroom is the one vendor every single guest uses, often more than once, and it is the detail they quietly judge the whole event by.
A luxury restroom trailer protects everything else you spent on. It reads like an extension of the venue, holds up through a full day of guests, and gives people one less thing to remember for the wrong reason. Set against the total cost of the day, it is a small line item that quietly carries a lot of the impression, which is exactly why the hosts who have been burned once book the trailer first the next time.
Executive restroom trailer rentals for construction sites and casino renovations

The Apex Industrial Park is one of the biggest building areas in Nevada. About 30 million square feet of space is under construction or permitted out there, and city water and sewer are not expected until 2028. A row of basic toilets serves the labor force. Supervisors, engineers, inspectors and client visits are different, and many general contractors want an air conditioned executive restroom parked by the job trailers for them.
The city is also rebuilding its old casino sites. Texas Station closed in 2020 and came down between 2022 and 2023. Its 47 acres are becoming Hylo Park, a mixed use project planned for up to 665 homes. Fiesta Rancho sits right across the road and started demolition in April 2023. Builds like these run for years, and a long term private restroom trailer on a service schedule costs far less hassle than moving plastic units around the site every month. Water use comes up a lot, and our post on water-saving restrooms explains why trailers use less.
Casinos and restaurants that stay open during a remodel need something else. If a wing or a restroom block is torn up while guests keep playing and eating, those guests still need a place to go that does not look like a job site. We park a deluxe trailer near a side entrance, add steps with handrails and skirting, and service it before the doors open each morning.
Dust is the daily fight at Apex and Garnet Valley. Spring winds push fine grit into door tracks and vent screens, and guests notice a dusty mirror right away. On desert jobs we seal the unit tight between service visits and wipe down every surface on each stop. In summer we also shade the trailer when we can, since the AC works much harder on bare ground in full sun.
Typical North Las Vegas setups for our VIP restroom trailers

Typical setup: a backyard quinceanera in Aliante
A backyard quinceanera for about 150 guests usually means a block wall, a side gate and a driveway with a slight slope. We measure the gate and the driveway ahead of time, then set a 5-Station at the curb or in the side yard. The AC goes on early in the afternoon, and a light string runs along the path to the steps for the evening.
Typical setup: a sponsor lounge at a race weekend
A sponsor lounge at the speedway usually needs a restroom that feels like part of the suite, open for three or four days. We deliver the night before the gates open, dress the steps with planters and skirting, and set a service visit for each early morning. The tanks get checked before every race day starts.
Typical setup: an executive restroom at an Apex job
A long industrial build at Apex usually means a graded pad, no water and no sewer. We place the trailer next to the job trailers, fill the fresh tank ourselves, and set a weekly pump out. On windy weeks our crew wipes down the dust on every visit, so the room stays ready for client walk-throughs.
North Las Vegas neighborhoods we deliver mobile restroom trailers to

We deliver across all of North Las Vegas, from the downtown core to Aliante, Tule Springs and the Apex pads, and out to the rest of the valley. This city is part of our Nevada luxury restroom trailer rentals network, and we run the same routes for Las Vegas luxury restroom trailer rentals every week. Give us an address and a date, and we will confirm a delivery window on the same call.

Neighborhoods and towns we serve include Aliante, Sun City Aliante, Tule Springs, Valley Vista, Eldorado, Craig Ranch, Cheyenne corridor, Losee Road corridor, North 5th Street, Carey Avenue, Lake Mead Boulevard, Civic Center Drive, Centennial Parkway, Ann Road, Speedway Boulevard, Nellis corridor, Apex, Garnet Valley, Sunrise Manor, Las Vegas, Henderson, Boulder City, Summerlin, Centennial Hills.

Aliante and Sun City Aliante
A large master planned community on the northwest side, with a public golf course and a nature park. Sun City Aliante, a 55-plus neighborhood, sits inside it. Weddings, milestone birthdays and family reunions here often call for an ADA unit so older relatives are comfortable.
Craig Ranch
Established homes around the 170 acre regional park and West Craig Road. On concert weekends traffic backs up fast, so we time deliveries for early morning and plan a route around the park.
Tule Springs and Valley Vista
Newer neighborhoods on the far northwest edge, next to the fossil beds national monument, still filling in with new homes. Backyard parties here often come with brand new landscaping, so we lay mats and stay off fresh turf.
Downtown and the civic core
The older grid around Las Vegas Boulevard North and Lake Mead Boulevard, where the NLV Gateway project is taking shape. Streets are tight and some lots are small, so we scout the turn before we load the truck.
Eldorado
An established neighborhood near the Losee and Camino Al Norte corridors. Remodels are a common job here, and a 2-Station in the driveway keeps a family going while the bathroom is torn out.
Losee Road and North 5th Street
The city’s industrial spine, with warehouses, contractor yards and truck terminals. Office remodels and yard events here need a unit placed out of the truck lanes, and we plan that with the site manager.
Planned rentals are usually scheduled the same week, and we do our best to cover last-minute North Las Vegas dates when a trailer is nearby.

What corporate planners ask about temporary restroom trailers in North Las Vegas

Is one trailer enough for a big North Las Vegas event, or do we need several?
It depends on the crowd and how long people stay. One 9-Station covers about 400 to 900 guests over five hours, which handles most weddings and many festivals. For a race weekend or an event spread across a big park, two or three smaller units at different spots usually work better than one big unit by the gate. Shorter walks mean shorter lines. We look at your site map and suggest the mix.
Where does the cost of a restroom trailer rental come from?
The main drivers are the size of the unit, how many days you keep it, and how often it needs service. Delivery distance matters too, since a pad out at Apex is a longer drive than a backyard in Craig Ranch. A generator adds to the total when there is no outlet close by. Extra service visits for a multi-day event also count. Tell us your date, guest count and address, and we will give you a clear quote.
What size restroom trailer do I need for 150 guests at a five hour party?
For about 150 guests over five hours, a 5-Station is usually the right fit. It covers about 150 to 450 guests, so it handles a full bar and a long night without lines. A 2-Station can work for a shorter party or a smaller crowd. If many of your guests are older or use a wheelchair, the ADA + 2 is worth a look, since it pairs an accessible room with a women’s and a men’s room.
When does a trailer run on its own tanks, and when does it need a water hookup?
For a one day event, most of our trailers run on their onboard fresh water tank. The 9-Station carries 200 gallons, and the 2-Station carries 105. For a multi-day event or a long job, we often tie into a hose bib if there is one close by, so the fresh tank stays full between visits. Waste always goes to the holding tank and leaves on our truck.
How far ahead should we book for spring or fall wedding season?
Spring and fall are the busy seasons in the valley, since summer afternoons are too hot for many outdoor events. Book as soon as you have your date and venue, and three to six months ahead is a safe target for a Saturday in April, May, October or November. October also brings the big race weekends, which pull units across the valley. Short notice calls still happen, and we do our best to fit them.
Do you have ADA restroom trailers with a ramp?
Yes. The ADA + 2 has a unisex accessible room with its own ramp and handrails, plus one women’s room and one men’s room. It meets federal ADA rules for public events. For a big public event we usually pair it with a larger unit, so there is enough space for everyone.
Will the trailer stay cool on a 110 degree afternoon?
Yes. Every unit has real AC, and we start it well before guests arrive. On the hottest days we try to set the trailer in shade or on light ground instead of black asphalt, since that takes load off the AC. If there is no outlet, we bring a generator sized for the AC compressor. In winter the same units run heat, and we protect the water lines on cold nights.
Can the trailer go on a driveway, a lawn or a gravel lot?
Usually yes, as long as the spot is fairly level and the truck can reach it. A 2-Station fits many home driveways, while larger units may need the street, a side yard or a lot. We need room for the truck to back in, clear overhead space, and no soft ground after a storm. We check gates and block walls before delivery day.
Do you deliver temporary restroom trailers to Apex and Garnet Valley job sites with no water?
Yes. Most sites out there have no city water or sewer yet, so our trailers run fully self-contained. We fill the fresh tank on delivery, pump the waste on a set schedule, and bring a generator if there is no power. We also plan for dust, since spring winds out there are hard on door tracks and mirrors.
Can you get a portable restroom trailer to a business during a water outage?
Yes, and fast when we have a unit nearby. A main break or planned shutoff can close a restaurant, school or office for a day or more. A self-contained trailer lets you stay open while the city makes the repair. Call us with the address and how long the water will be off, and we will tell you what we can send.
How does a luxury restroom trailer compare to plastic portable toilets for a wedding?
A plastic unit is a single box with a tank and no running water. Our trailers have flushing toilets, sinks, mirrors, lights and AC, with separate women’s and men’s rooms. For a wedding, a quinceanera or any event where guests dress up, the difference shows. Many planners use a trailer for guests and keep a basic unit only for vendor parking.

How many restroom stations a North Las Vegas backyard party really needs
The most common question we get from families planning a party at home is simple. How big a trailer do we need? The answer depends on three things: how many guests are coming, how long they stay, and whether there is a bar. Guest count alone will steer you wrong.
Start with the length of the party. A two hour birthday lunch puts far less load on a restroom than a quinceanera that starts in the afternoon and runs past midnight. A long party means more trips per guest. It also means the tanks see more use, so a small unit can fill up before the night is over.
Planning a summer event restroom in 110 degree heat
Summer in the north valley is hard on any outdoor event. The summer of 2026 averaged 94.7 degrees across the valley, and one day hit 112. The record high here is 119. A portable restroom trailer at a July wedding or festival is a closed room sitting in that heat for hours, and it needs a plan.
The first part of the plan is the AC. Every unit in our fleet has real AC sized for the trailer. We turn it on early, often hours before guests arrive, so the rooms start cool. A trailer that opens at the same moment the AC starts will still be warm when the first guests walk in.
Keeping a business open during a North Las Vegas water outage
Water outages never pick a good time. A main breaks under a busy street, or a planned repair shuts off water to a block for a day. For a restaurant, a school, a clinic or an office, no water usually means no working restrooms. For many businesses that means closing the doors.
North Las Vegas is a bit different from many valley cities. The city runs its own water and sewer through its Utilities Department. That means the city, not a county agency, handles repairs and planned shutoffs inside city limits. If your building loses water, the city’s notice will tell you how long the work should take.
Planning restrooms for a multi-day event or race weekend
A one night party and a three day event are very different jobs. Many people plan a weekend event the same way they plan a wedding, and they run into trouble by the second morning. Here is what changes when your event runs for several days.
The first change is service. A unit that handles 300 guests for five hours will not handle 300 guests for three days without help. Tanks fill, paper runs out, and floors need cleaning. We set a service visit for each day, and for busy events we add a second visit. We time those visits for early morning or late night, when the crowd is small and our truck can move freely.
