Reserve Hot Water Shower Trailer Rentals Anywhere in Las Vegas, Nevada

Private 8-station shower trailer rental parked in Las Vegas, NV

The Lavatory is the go to team for mobile shower unit rentals in Las Vegas, and every unit lands stocked, hot and ready the same day it is set. We own the fleet and stage units close to the valley, and our own driver levels the trailer and tests the water before he pulls out. Tower jobs on the Strip, pads at Apex, campgrounds at the Speedway and race pits in Primm all get the same setup. Call now or request a quote and we will confirm your dates today. Why choose The Lavatory

Number one in Las Vegas for mobile shower unit rentals

The trailer that pulls onto your site is ours. So is the truck, and so is the person driving it. We are not a broker. Your job never goes to a load board for someone else to pick up. We own more than 250 units, we run the largest luxury trailer fleet in the Western U.S., we are licensed and insured, and we have spent 8 years staging deluxe shower trailers in this market on top of 30 years in event and equipment rental. Request a quote or call us and you are talking to the company that owns the unit, which means one phone number for the delivery, the service and the pickup. The companion page for restroom trailers is the Las Vegas, NV page.

One company from quote to pickup

The unit, the truck and the driver are all ours. Nothing about your job gets handed to a stranger with a trailer, so you get one number to call when the gate code changes at 5 am.

Locking private rooms, real controls

Each room is a door you lock with your own hot and cold valves inside, not a curtain in a row. Crews coming off a dusty Apex pad treat a room like that better, and it comes back cleaner.

Serviced by our own staff

Our people restock the soap, towels and paper and wipe it down on a set schedule, timed around shift change so nobody waits on us. On long jobs we add an attendant.

We book the Strip access before we book the truck

Resort corridor deliveries live or die on dock rules, escort windows and gate height, and a 29 ft box runs 35 ft with the tongue. We confirm the route and the window with property security first. Our trailers are not the ones sitting on Koval waiting to be let in.

Just so you know

Trusted with crew shower trailers by companies that could pick anyone

The companies that could rent anything still call us, because a bad shower at a base camp or a film set becomes the story of the whole job. The Lavatory has provided trailers for names like Google, Tesla, BMW, Mercedes, eBay, and Target, for hospitality at Caesars Palace, and for pro sports including the Golden State Warriors, Oakland A’s, and Las Vegas Raiders.

The reason those bookings repeat is simple. A hot shower at the end of a long day is the one thing a crew remembers about the camp. A fire agency near Las Vegas once called on a Thursday because the unit another company promised for a weekend base camp fell through, and we had a fully stocked trailer set and heated with hours to spare. A production running a long shoot outside town needed showers that held up day after day for cast and crew, and the same trailer stayed spotless through the whole schedule because our team serviced it. That standard travels to every Las Vegas booking, from a two-week jobsite to a festival campground. Heading 15 miles southeast of Las Vegas? Ask about hot showers for crews in Henderson.

Three decades in event and equipment rental, running the largest luxury trailer fleet in the Western U.S. Every unit ours, never a broker’s.

Inside the trailer

Festival camp shower trailers for Speedway weekends and desert race pits

In Las Vegas the 8-Station does most of the heavy lifting, because a single fenced pad on the Strip or a solar site out on I-15 usually has one power drop and no room for three small trailers. When access is tight we split the order into combos instead.

An 8-Station private shower trailer set on packed desert ground at the edge of a festival campground at dawn, tents and RVs behind it, mountains on the horizon

Camp EDC at Las Vegas Motor Speedway is the biggest camping job in the region. The 2026 festival ran May 15 to 17 with campers arriving the 14th, and 2027 is posted as two weekends, May 14 to 16 and May 21 to 23, with a 12 day camping window. Organizers publicly promised campers more bathrooms and more showers next time. That tells you how camp hygiene gets planned here. The Speedway sits on paved and packed desert ground with no neighborhood sewer behind it, so every shower cluster is its own water and waste plan. League and tournament staff working outside Las Vegas can ask about North Las Vegas mobile shower trailers.

Race weekends work the same way. The South Point 400 Cup race runs Sunday October 4, 2026, and the Speedway sells camping in tiers. Inner Circle is paved ground inside the track. Motorhome Hill and the Vegas Veranda come with full hookups. Fans in those lots are fine. The ones parked on dirt are why a camp manager calls us. Down at Primm, the Mint 400 ran March 4 to 8 in 2026 with 529 entries and pits staged behind Buffalo Bill’s, 43 miles from town on a course where nothing is plumbed.

A walk through the trailer

Private rooms with a lockable door

Every shower is its own room with a door that locks, a bench and a hook, so a crew or a camp showers with real privacy instead of a curtain in a row.

Hot and cold water controls

A water heater and onboard tanks feed hot and cold controls in each room, with 1.5 GPM shower heads so the hot water lasts through a full shift of people.

Air conditioning and heat

Climate control in every trailer, so a shower in a July heat wave or a January storm response feels like the one at home.

One-piece gel-coated fiberglass

Walls, ceiling and floor are one molded fiberglass surface with no seams, which is why the rooms clean fast, stay clean and never smell like a locker room.

Runs with or without hookups

Fresh and waste tanks on board, a generator when the site has no power, and the option to tie into on-site septic on a long deployment.

Serviced, stocked and pumped

We deliver the trailer stocked and come back to pump, restock and clean on longer jobs, so day twelve looks like day one.

Glamping and outfitter camps are the quieter half of this work. Private safari tent and dome sites operate out toward Lake Mead, and guided camps run near Valley of Fire State Park. Those guests paid for a bed and a hot shower, so a deluxe private shower trailer is the difference between a repeat booking and a refund request. The Las Vegas Festival Grounds at Sahara and Las Vegas Boulevard is a hard dirt lot where crew hygiene is temporary by default.

Camp showers are a peak hour problem, not a daily average problem. Campers wash up in two narrow windows, early morning and the hour before gates, and everybody arrives at once. So we size a camp off that window and set the restock for mid afternoon when the lines are gone. We also keep the pump truck out of the camp at peak, which is a lesson you learn by getting it wrong once. Hot water recovery is the rest.

Full specifications for every unit are on the 8-Station spec page and its four sister pages, or call and we will spec it to your Las Vegas head count.

The full shower trailer fleet is one page over; below is how we size a unit to a Nevada job.

For context

Sizing hot-water shower trailers to a Las Vegas head count

Five shower units cover everything from a single ADA-compliant room to a camp that showers two hundred people a day. Every one has hot water, private rooms and climate control. Tell us the head count, how long the job runs and what the site has for water and power, and we will size it.

8-Station Private Shower Trailer for rent near Henderson and Las Vegas

8-Station Private Shower Trailer

Eight completely private shower rooms in a 29-foot box, built for crews, camps and relief sites of up to about 200 people a day. Hot and cold controls, 200-gallon fresh and 950-gallon waste tanks, an exterior four-sink hand wash bank under the roof line, and it can tie into on-site septic for long deployments. CAL FIRE approved for wildfire camp service, the spec incident teams ask for in every western state.

ADA + 2 Private Shower Trailer available for crew camps around Las Vegas

ADA + 2 Private Shower Trailer

Two standard private shower rooms plus one ADA room with a self-contained ramp, built to federal ADA requirements. The right unit when a site needs accessibility without giving up capacity, with 210 gallons of fresh water on board.

4-Station Shower, Restroom and Laundry Combo staged for the Las Vegas Valley jobs

4-Station Shower, Restroom and Laundry Combo

Four private bathrooms, each with a toilet, sink, shower and power outlet, plus a washer and dryer in a separate room. A self-contained hygiene block for a crew of up to about 30 on a remote or long-term job.

2-Station Shower and Restroom Combo, delivered to sites from Las Vegas to Henderson

2-Station Shower and Restroom Combo

Two private bathrooms with a toilet, sink and shower each, in a compact 11-foot box. The pick for a small crew, a ranch job or a production base that needs both functions in one footprint.

Single-Station ADA Shower and Restroom Combo for rent near North Las Vegas and Las Vegas

Single-Station ADA Shower and Restroom Combo

One fully accessible room: ADA china toilet with grab bars, roll-in shower with a seat and hand wand, ADA-height sink and vanity, and a ramp that deploys in minutes. It pairs with any other unit so every person on site is covered.

Bigger jobs run several trailers side by side, and long deployments get a service schedule instead of a one-time drop. If you are between sizes, we spec it to the head count rather than nudge you into more trailer than the job calls for.

We serve crews, camps and productions with shower trailer rentals throughout Nevada, sized to the head count.

On the ground

What one shift without a shower trailer costs outreach programs

8-station shower unit on the Las Vegas Valley site

Think about what a Las Vegas deployment actually costs to run. Wages, lodging, fuel, the schedule pressure, the people you are asking to work long days away from home. Then picture the end of that shift with nowhere to get clean. A shower is the one thing every person on site uses, and it is the detail they quietly judge the whole camp by.

A private shower trailer protects everything else you are spending. Crews sleep better and stay on the job, a production keeps cast and crew comfortable through a long schedule, and a relief site gives people back a piece of normal. Set against the cost of the deployment, it is a small line item that carries a lot of the morale, which is why the managers who have run a camp without one book the trailer first the next time.

Crew shower trailer rentals for Las Vegas job sites and camps

A private shower trailer parked on a graded construction pad beside a tower crane and stacked materials, workers in hard hats walking past in late afternoon light

Nevada carried about 115,800 construction jobs as of the July 2026 report, up 2,500 in a year, and two headline builds are soaking up trades. The Athletics ballpark on the southern 9 acres of the old Tropicana site is a 33,000 seat project aiming at the 2028 season, with Mortenson and McCarthy running construction and a reported peak near 2,200 workers. It is hemmed in by Tropicana Avenue, the Strip and an airport. Across the boulevard, Hard Rock’s 42 story guitar shaped tower topped out in spring 2026 on the old Mirage property, with crews working around the clock toward a late 2027 opening.

North of town, Apex Industrial Park has roughly 30 million square feet permitted or under construction. Switch bought 176 acres there in January 2026 and Novva took 205 acres for data center work. Early phase crews on those pads are often out ahead of the utilities. In West Henderson, the Haas Automation plant along Via Inspirada is a 2.4 million square foot build opening early in 2027 with 500 hires planned in two years. A fenced site with one temporary power drop is where an 8-Station Private Shower Trailer pays for itself.

The remote jobs are the ones people forget to plan for. Gemini Solar and Storage is a 690 MW project on about 7,100 acres of public land 33 miles northeast of Las Vegas, with a workforce averaging 500 to 700 and peaking near 900. Yellow Pine Solar covers roughly 3,000 acres. Brightline West is building 218 miles of high speed rail mostly inside the I-15 median, with early work along Las Vegas Boulevard between Eldorado Lane and Robindale Road. None of those jobs have a bathroom within ten miles of the work.

We plan a crew camp off the shift, not the head count. A 120 man pour crew coming off at 3 pm all wants a shower in the same 40 minutes. A three shift data center job never peaks at all. So we walk the pad. We ask when the gates close and set service outside shift change. In summer the restock moves to first light, because nothing stocked at 2 pm in a gravel lot stays pleasant. And we point the door bank away from the west sun.

How we price it

A look at our multi-station shower trailers on site with sports camps

Actual Lavatory shower units on actual jobs. Base camps, jobsites, race weekends, productions and the relief sites where the trailer has to run for weeks.

Simply this

The Las Vegas booking process for a shower trailer, start to finish

Booking should be the easy part of running a site. Four steps, a straight answer, and one team that owns the whole thing.

1

Tell us about the site

Share the dates, a rough head count and where the trailer will sit. That is enough for us to point you to the right unit and count.

2

We match the trailer and the hookups

We confirm whether the site has water and power or needs a generator and a supply, and pin the exact spot so delivery is one clean trip.

3

Delivery and setup

We arrive on your schedule, level and set the trailer, connect it, heat the water and stock every room so it is ready before the first shift ends.

4

Use it, we handle service and pickup

The trailer holds up through the whole deployment while our line stays open. When you are done, we come back and take it away.

Temporary shower facility rentals for relief sites and shelters

A shower and restroom combo trailer staged outside a community building serving as an evacuation shelter, emergency vehicles and generator nearby at dusk

Flood here is fast and strange. In August 2022 rain came through the ceilings of two Strip resorts onto the gaming floors, water ran a parking structure flood channel mid valley, and two people were pulled from flood channels, one near Las Vegas Boulevard and one at the south end of the Strip. The season total that year was under an inch and a half. That is the part people outside the desert never believe. A monsoon cell drops its water in minutes and the washes do the rest.

The mountain is where it gets serious. When the remnants of Tropical Storm Hilary hit Mount Charleston in August 2023, nearly 8 inches of rain knocked out power and water systems and damaged 43 sections of road. An 856 ft stretch of Kyle Canyon Road washed out near Rainbow Canyon. NDOT wrote an emergency contract and crews worked 12 hour days, seven days a week, racing the first snow. Those crews were living on a mountain whose own water system was down.

Shelter work moves on a different clock. A Nevada shelter can go from empty to a few hundred cots inside a day, and hygiene is the second thing anybody asks about after a place to sleep. Clark County’s January 2026 point in time count found 8,859 people experiencing homelessness on a single night, up 12 percent, with 5,017 of them unsheltered. The Courtyard Homeless Resource Center on Foremaster Lane runs 24 hours with covered sleeping for up to 550 guests. Demand here is documented and funded, not hypothetical.

For relief work we keep two answers ready before the truck rolls: where the water comes from, and where the waste goes. Those two questions stall more drops than access ever does. We also bring accessibility in the first load instead of the second, because a shelter population always includes people who cannot step up into a trailer. Our ADA shower trailer rentals carry their own ramp. And we dispatch around the clock, which is the only cadence that works when a road opens at 4 am.

In practice

Ramps, ADA rooms and placement for self-contained shower units in Las Vegas

Nevada OSHA began enforcing its heat illness prevention regulation on April 29, 2025. Employers with more than ten employees have to run a job hazard analysis and, based on what it shows, write a heat plan into their safety program, set emergency response steps, name someone to watch conditions, train workers, give rest breaks and supply drinking water. Indoor climate controlled work is carved out. Good contractors here go past the letter of it, because the summer behind that rule brought 120 degrees on July 7, 2024, 112 days at or above 100, and more than 500 heat associated deaths counted in Clark County for the year.

Waste is the other regulated piece. The Southern Nevada Health District permits and regulates sewage disposal across Clark County, and state law has barred new septic systems on properties served by Colorado River water since June 2023. Greywater from a shower unit gets hauled to an approved point or tied into permitted sewer. It never goes on the ground. On long jobs we work the tie-in out with your civil contractor, and for fresh water the Las Vegas Valley Water District issues the fire hydrant meter permits contractors use for temporary construction water.

Then there is the paperwork that decides whether a trailer can get on site at all. Clark County film permits have to be filed at least five working days ahead with a liability certificate naming the jurisdiction, and county and city permit offices are closed Fridays, which surprises out of town production managers. Public works brings Nevada prevailing wage under NRS 338 and its Clark County rate schedule. Agency work runs through SAM.gov. We carry the registrations and the insurance language already.

Hot-water shower trailer staged outside Las Vegas

The ADA and siting details we take care of

  • ADA-compliant shower units with a ramp, roll-in shower, seat, hand wand, grab bars and an ADA-height sink.
  • Guidance on where to place the trailer so it is easy to reach, easy to service and level.
  • Water and power sorted before delivery, with a generator and a water supply staged when the site has neither.
  • Licensed and insured on every unit we put on the road.

One thing we always say plainly: some sites, agencies and city permits have their own rules on placement, accessibility, greywater and temporary hygiene facilities. Tell us the site and we will help you plan around them, but confirm any permit requirements with the property or the agency as well.

Know before you book

The service behind every one of our multi-station shower trailers in Las Vegas

Setup morning for a festival camps site near Las Vegas

We handle the whole thing, not just the drop-off. Our team delivers the trailer, levels and sets it, connects water and power or stages a generator and a water supply, fires the heater and stocks every room before the first person needs it. When the job wraps, we come back and haul it away.

On longer or higher-traffic bookings in Las Vegas, we pump and restock on a schedule, and an on-site attendant is available for camps and productions where the trailer runs all day. That always-clean standard is the difference between a shower people use once and one they are glad to use every night of the job.

More Las Vegas work our shower trailers cover

Nevada had more than 1,900 active public works projects statewide this spring, and the valley stacks festivals, races and relief work on top of the private building. Our units move between those three worlds week to week.

Trade show and event build crews in Las Vegas

Trade show and event build crews

World of Concrete filled the Convention Center halls plus the Silver and Bronze outdoor lots in January 2026 with over 1,000 exhibitors on assigned move in windows. The Formula 1 weekend in November converts 3.8 miles of public street. Build and strike labor outlasts the public event by days.

Rodeo, livestock and fair events in Las Vegas

Rodeo, livestock and fair events

The National Finals Rodeo runs December 3 to 12 at the Thomas and Mack Center, and the conversion trucks in over 2,000 tons of dirt for roughly 700 head of livestock. Stock contractors live out of goosenecks for ten days. Hot water is not a luxury in that world.

Film, TV and photo shoots in Las Vegas

Film, TV and photo shoots

Location work concentrates at Red Rock Canyon, Valley of Fire State Park and the old mining ground at Nelson. Clark County will not let a production set a base camp in a residential area, so crew facilities ride out with the trucks. We deliver temporary shower facility rentals on a production schedule.

Military and agency field work in Las Vegas

Military and agency field work

Red Flag 26-1 ran February 2 to 14, 2026 at Nellis with roughly 3,000 personnel from about 32 units, and Creech sits up US 95 past Indian Springs. Agency work also means park and land crews in the Spring Mountains. We are SAM.gov registered, so that side is already done.

Off-grid work camps in Las Vegas

Off-grid work camps

Solar builds, transmission work, rail jobs in the I-15 median and mining support all land on raw desert. Our units run self-contained with their own fresh water and waste capacity, or on hookups when a pad has them. Crews clean up on site. Nobody drives back to town dirty.

What ties these together is that a hot shower changes how a long day ends. Because our units sit staged across the region instead of a couple of states away, getting a shower trailer to a Las Vegas site, even on a short-notice call, is an ordinary ask here, not a scramble.

Up front

Notes from productions we served with crew shower trailers around Las Vegas

between deployments on a crew camps deployment

Site superintendent, tower job near Tropicana Avenue

He called Tuesday about a Thursday pour, with 90 people coming in at 4 am and nowhere to clean up after. We dropped an 8-Station before dawn Wednesday, ran it off the site’s temporary power, and set service for 1 pm between shifts. The trailer stayed another five months.

Camp manager, Speedway festival campground

His morning lines were running 40 minutes long by day two. We added a second unit on the far side of camp so foot traffic split instead of stacking, and moved the pump visit to mid afternoon. Day three the lines were gone.

Shelter coordinator, east valley

A storm cell put water through a neighborhood on a Sunday night and a community building opened as a shelter by Monday morning. We had a shower and restroom combo plus an accessible unit on the ground that afternoon, filled from a hydrant meter the county already had permitted.

Las Vegas areas we deliver mobile shower trailers to

Where our shower units deliver across the Las Vegas Valley

We cover the whole valley and the outlying county from staged units, and we go further when a job calls for it. Our portable shower trailer rentals in Nevada run from the resort corridor out to Mesquite, Laughlin and the solar ground along I-15, and our service area reaches every state for long term and emergency work. Tell us the cross streets or the site coordinates and we will tell you the window.

We cover Las Vegas shower trailer rentals across Nevada. Towns and job corridors we serve include Summerlin, Summerlin West, Downtown Summerlin, Henderson, West Henderson, Inspirada, Cadence, Anthem, North Las Vegas, Aliante, Apex, Centennial Hills, Skye Canyon, Providence, Enterprise, Spring Valley, Paradise, Winchester, Sunrise Manor, Whitney, Boulder City, Mount Charleston, Logandale, Primm.

Our statewide Nevada shower trailer service covers the regions this page does not name.

Spring Valley, Nevada

Spring Valley

The central west side runs older commercial stock getting reworked, plus the Chinatown corridor along Spring Mountain Road. Tenant improvement crews work inside occupied centers, so the unit has to sit small and out of the customer path. We usually land a 2-Station combo here.

Sunrise Manor, Nevada

Sunrise Manor

East valley lots are bigger and the ground runs out toward Frenchman Mountain. Work here is housing rehab and utility jobs with long trenches. Hookups are hit or miss, so we plan the water supply first.

Centennial Hills and Skye Canyon, Nevada

Centennial Hills and Skye Canyon

The northwest keeps climbing toward US 95, and this is the staging side for anything up Kyle Canyon. Subdivision crews run long seasons on one pad. A hot-water shower trailer rental on site saves an hour of drive time a day per worker.

Mount Charleston and Kyle Canyon, Nevada

Mount Charleston and Kyle Canyon

The Carpenter 1 Fire burned nearly 28,000 acres of the Spring Mountains in 2013, and flood repair work has layered on top of the recovery since. Road and utility crews up here work at elevation in weather the valley never sees. Winter deliveries get planned around plowing.

Logandale and Overton, Nevada

Logandale and Overton

The Moapa Valley is farm country an hour northeast, and the Clark County Fairgrounds hosts the fair and rodeo every April, with close to 90,000 people through the gates in 2026. Exhibitors camp on site with their animals. Permanent shower facilities out there are thin.

Primm, Jean and the state line, Nevada

Primm, Jean and the state line

Forty three miles down I-15 you get race pits, casino properties and open desert with nothing plumbed. Off-road teams stage here for days and come back coated in dust. We deliver multi-station crew shower trailer rentals to pit areas and hold them through the weekend.

Planned rentals are usually scheduled the same week, and we do our best to cover last-minute Las Vegas dates when a trailer is nearby.

What productions ask about private shower trailers

Shower trailer on a relief work job, the Las Vegas Valley
Do you clean and restock the trailer on a long Las Vegas deployment, or is that on my crew?

That is on us. Our own staff handles soap, towels, paper and the wipe down on a set cadence, and we schedule around your shift change so nobody waits. On jobs over a few weeks we raise the par levels so consumables do not run thin. For big camps and relief sites we can put an attendant on during peak hours.

Will the delivery work on a raw desert pad, and what does my site need to do before the truck gets there?

Yes, raw ground is normal here. We need a reasonably level spot, room for a 29 ft box that runs 35 ft with the tongue, and a route in with the turn radius and gate height to match. We level and block the unit and test every head before the driver leaves. Out at Apex or on a solar pad we also want to know where the generator sits.

Can you size the station count to my head count if my crew works staggered shifts?

That is exactly how we size it. Peak window matters more than roster size, so a 200 person job on three shifts often needs fewer heads than a 90 person crew that all quits at three. One 8-Station handles about 200 people a day and the small combos fit crews up to about 30. Tell us when the shifts break.

Is a portable shower trailer going to hold up through a 115 degree Las Vegas August and a freezing night on Mount Charleston?

Both, and we plan for them differently. Every unit has AC and heat on a smart thermostat, and in summer we shade the approach where we can and move service to first light. For mountain work we set up freeze protection and talk through hot water recovery for early shifts before you sign. Cold slows recovery, so station count sometimes goes up in winter even when the crew did not.

Where do ADA units fit in, and do they come with their own ramp?

The ramp is built in, so nothing gets constructed on site. The ADA + 2 Private Shower Trailer gives you one ADA room plus two standard private rooms and meets federal ADA standards. The Single-Station ADA Shower and Restroom Combo is the one room version with a roll-in shower. We also look at the path from parking to the door.

What do long term rental terms look like for a multi month Las Vegas job site?

Long term is most of what we do here. We set a service cadence for the whole run. We also plan the consumables and the waste pickups, and we write in what happens as crew size changes. If your head count doubles at framing we add or swap units instead of making you re-bid it. Plenty of our units sit on valley job sites for a year or more.

When does the waste tank get pumped, and can you tie into site sewer instead?

We set the pump cadence off actual use, not a calendar. The 8-Station carries 950 gallons of waste and a busy crew moves through that faster than people expect. On jobs running months we would rather arrange a permitted sewer or septic tie-in with your civil contractor, which ends the pump truck traffic. Greywater always goes to an approved point.

How does the water supply work if there is no hookup anywhere near the site?

Three options, and we will tell you which fits. Onboard tanks run the unit self-contained, with 200 gallons of fresh water on the 8-Station and 105 on the small combos. If the site has water we plumb in, and on job sites that usually means the fire hydrant meter permit your contractor pulls through the Las Vegas Valley Water District. Otherwise we set a delivered water cadence.

Are you set up for agency and government work in Southern Nevada?

We are SAM.gov registered, licensed and insured, and used to certificates that name the agency as additional insured. Public works here brings Nevada prevailing wage under NRS 338 and the Clark County rate schedule, and we know how that affects documentation. Our equipment includes CAL FIRE approved units. Send us the solicitation and we will answer it the way it was written.

Do you have a trailer that does laundry too, for a crew out here for months?

Yes. The 4-Station Shower, Restroom and Laundry Combo puts a toilet, sink and shower in each of four private bathrooms and keeps a washer and dryer in their own room. It suits crews up to about 30. On bigger camps we pair it with an 8-Station so showers do not compete with laundry.

Portable shower trailer planning guides for Las Vegas jobs

Field photo from a shower trailer job outside Las Vegas

We bring more than showers to Las Vegas sites, so here is the rest of the fleet we stage nearby.

How many shower stations a Las Vegas crew camp actually needs

The first thing people tell us is their head count. It is the least useful number in the conversation. What decides station count is how many of those people want a shower in the same 30 minutes.

Run the peak window instead. A crew that breaks all at once, say a pour crew walking off at three, concentrates almost its entire demand into about 40 minutes. A job on three staggered shifts spreads the same head count across 18 hours and barely peaks at all. So two jobs with identical rosters can need very different setups. We ask when the gates close, when the shifts break, and whether anybody is driving straight to a second job after.

Flash flood season here runs July through September, and the water does not build slowly. Local flood officials put it plainly: a single storm cell can fill a channel completely in about 15 minutes.

The valley is engineered for that. The Regional Flood Control District has built 722 miles of storm drains, channels and washes plus 113 detention basins since 1986, and it is roughly 77 percent through a master plan calling for 939 miles and 149 basins. All that infrastructure works by moving water fast through specific paths. Since 1990, 27 people have died in local flooding, mostly by being in one of those paths at the wrong moment. Before a long placement we check the district’s flood zone lookup and basin maps against the pad we were handed.

What to ask before you rent shower trailers for a Las Vegas festival campground

Camp showers are a throughput problem wearing a comfort costume. Campers do not spread their demand out. They hit the showers early and again right before gates, and the rest of the day the units sit mostly idle.

So the first question to ask a vendor is about the peak hour, not the day. How many heads, how fast does the hot water recover with every one of them running, and what happens at minute 60. A bank that runs lukewarm by the end of the morning rush will generate more complaints than no shower at all, because now you have promised something.

Planning a long term crew shower trailer rental on a Nevada public works job

A weekend rental and an 18 month rental are different products wearing the same paint. On a long public works job, the equipment is the easy part. Everything around it decides whether the rental causes problems.

Start with the bid calendar. Nevada prevailing wage under NRS 338 applies to public works above the statutory threshold, Clark County has its own published rate region, and the rates in effect at bid opening hold for the life of the project for up to 36 months. That locks a lot of your cost structure early, so temporary facilities should be scoped at bid time rather than bolted on in month two when the crew has already been washing up in a bucket.
