Why choose The Lavatory

The clear first choice for on-site shower trailer rentals in Tulsa

We own more than 250 units, the largest luxury trailer fleet in the Western U.S., so an accessible room is something we keep staged instead of something we go hunting for when a site asks. Ask for one and it arrives on its own ramp, with a roll-in shower, a seat and a hand wand. Most Tulsa sites take the ADA plus 2 private shower trailer, which sets two standard rooms and one accessible room on a single frame. So a wheelchair user and a boot-deep pipefitter stand in the same line, and nobody gets sent down the road to find a place to wash. We are licensed and insured, with 30 years in event and equipment rental and 8 years staging showers in this market, so call us or request a free quote and we will tell you straight what fits.

We own every unit

All 250 plus units are ours. When a Tulsa job moves up two weeks, we move our own truck instead of calling around to see who has something free.

A door that locks

Each room in our deluxe shower trailer is private, with its own hot and cold controls. These are not stalls behind a curtain. People get a real wash instead of a rinse in front of the whole site.

Service while you work

We clean and restock on a schedule you set. On a year long street job, that is the difference between a unit crews use and one they walk past.

We read the traffic control plan first

Downtown closures put the unit where the plan allows, not where it would be handy. We ask for the plan before we promise a spot, then service from outside the barricades so a race never waits on our truck.

Dale R.street superintendent, midtown

“We had the unit on our lay-down yard for eleven months and I never once had to chase anybody about it. Serviced on the day they said, every week.”
Marisol V.safety manager, east Tulsa industrial
★★★★★
“I needed hot and cold on one line for washdown and a dry spot to change. They knew exactly what I was asking for before I finished explaining it. That saved me two days of phone calls.”
Brett K.volunteer fire chief, Osage County
★★★★★
“Day two of a pasture fire, three departments, one bathroom. They had the 8-Station out on our staging road before dark with a generator and water hauls set up. The outside hand wash sinks on the 8-Station kept the line from stacking at the doors.”
Practical limits

Proof from the outreach programs we have served with self-contained shower units

The companies that could rent anything still call us, because a bad shower at a base camp or a film set becomes the story of the whole job. The Lavatory has provided trailers for names like Google, Tesla, BMW, Mercedes, eBay, and Target, for hospitality at Caesars Palace, and for pro sports including the Golden State Warriors, Oakland A’s, and Las Vegas Raiders. If your event is 100 miles southwest of Tulsa, check the Oklahoma City, OK page.

The reason those bookings repeat is simple. A hot shower at the end of a long day is the one thing a crew remembers about the camp. A fire agency near Tulsa once called on a Thursday because the unit another company promised for a weekend base camp fell through, and we had a fully stocked trailer set and heated with hours to spare. A production running a long shoot outside town needed showers that held up day after day for cast and crew, and the same trailer stayed spotless through the whole schedule because our team serviced it. That standard travels to every Tulsa booking, from a two-week jobsite to a festival campground. Outreach programs that rotate sites can add temporary shower trailers in Wichita for the next stop.

Three decades in event and equipment rental, running the largest luxury trailer fleet in the Western U.S. Every unit ours, never a broker’s.

Inside the trailer

Shower trailers for Tulsa fire crews and EMS station support

Our 8 room flagship is the build that goes out most around Tulsa, because a big street crew or a fire staging area needs eight doors open at once. It carries 200 gallons of fresh water and 950 gallons of waste, so it can sit on a gravel lot off 11th and Garnett with nothing but a generator.

Dusk at a grass fire staging area on a gravel county road in Osage County, brush trucks parked in a line, a private shower unit set upwind with work lights on and firefighters in turnout pants waiting near the steps.

Tulsa Fire runs 30 stations with about 676 members, and the call load is more than 57,000 a year. Roughly 33,000 of those are EMS runs. A station is built for the crew assigned to it. Nothing more. It is not built for the week its only shower is torn out for a remodel, and it is not built for a room full of help from other towns. So we roll a private shower trailer onto the back lot and service it every day.

Grass fire season here is a wind and dry fuel problem, not a timber problem. The state logged 122 fires and 302,200 acres in 2026, and Osage County took the worst of it, with Sand Creek at 6,897 acres and Yearling Pasture at 5,039. Staging areas for those fires sit on county roads and pasture with no water and no power. We bring the 8-Station out with a generator and a water haul on a set schedule. Eight doors plus the outside four sink hand wash bank on that same 8-Station move a rotation through fast.

Inside the shower room, item by item

Private rooms with a lockable door

Every shower is its own room with a door that locks, a bench and a hook, so a crew or a camp showers with real privacy instead of a curtain in a row.

Hot and cold water controls

A water heater and onboard tanks feed hot and cold controls in each room, with 1.5 GPM shower heads so the hot water lasts through a full shift of people.

Air conditioning and heat

Climate control in every trailer, so a shower in a July heat wave or a January storm response feels like the one at home.

One-piece gel-coated fiberglass

Walls, ceiling and floor are one molded fiberglass surface with no seams, which is why the rooms clean fast, stay clean and never smell like a locker room.

Runs with or without hookups

Fresh and waste tanks on board, a generator when the site has no power, and the option to tie into on-site septic on a long deployment.

Serviced, stocked and pumped

We deliver the trailer stocked and come back to pump, restock and clean on longer jobs, so day twelve looks like day one.

Rehab is the part people underestimate. Crews come off the line covered in smoke and ash, and a canteen with water and snacks does not get that off anybody. We have learned to put the unit upwind of the staging line, and far enough from the trucks that hose and cord never cross the door. Small thing. It keeps the line moving.

Oklahoma Task Force 1 pulls 24 members out of the Tulsa area for swift water work, drawing on Tulsa Fire, the Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office, Verdigris Fire District and Owasso Fire. When a team stages for days, clean clothes matter as much as a hot shower. Call us and we will say which build fits your camp. Ask for a quote the same day if the dates are tight.

Full specifications for every unit are on the 8-Station spec page and its four sister pages, or call and we will spec it to your Tulsa head count.

Every configuration lives on the shower trailer service page. Here is how we match one to an Oklahoma site.

Week one

Picking the right portable shower trailers for a Tulsa site

Five shower units cover everything from a single ADA-compliant room to a camp that showers two hundred people a day. Every one has hot water, private rooms and climate control. Tell us the head count, how long the job runs and what the site has for water and power, and we will size it.

8-Station Private Shower Trailer, delivered to sites from Tulsa to Broken Arrow

8-Station Private Shower Trailer

Eight completely private shower rooms in a 29-foot box, built for crews, camps and relief sites of up to about 200 people a day. Hot and cold controls, 200-gallon fresh and 950-gallon waste tanks, an exterior four-sink hand wash bank under the roof line, and it can tie into on-site septic for long deployments. CAL FIRE approved for wildfire camp service, the spec incident teams ask for in every western state.

ADA + 2 Private Shower Trailer for rent near Bixby and Tulsa

ADA + 2 Private Shower Trailer

Two standard private shower rooms plus one ADA room with a self-contained ramp, built to federal ADA requirements. The right unit when a site needs accessibility without giving up capacity, with 210 gallons of fresh water on board.

4-Station Shower, Restroom and Laundry Combo available for race weekends around Tulsa

4-Station Shower, Restroom and Laundry Combo

Four private bathrooms, each with a toilet, sink, shower and power outlet, plus a washer and dryer in a separate room. A self-contained hygiene block for a crew of up to about 30 on a remote or long-term job.

2-Station Shower and Restroom Combo staged for the Tulsa metro jobs

2-Station Shower and Restroom Combo

Two private bathrooms with a toilet, sink and shower each, in a compact 11-foot box. The pick for a small crew, a ranch job or a production base that needs both functions in one footprint.

Single-Station ADA Shower and Restroom Combo, delivered to sites from Tulsa to Bixby

Single-Station ADA Shower and Restroom Combo

One fully accessible room: ADA china toilet with grab bars, roll-in shower with a seat and hand wand, ADA-height sink and vanity, and a ramp that deploys in minutes. It pairs with any other unit so every person on site is covered.

Bigger jobs run several trailers side by side, and long deployments get a service schedule instead of a one-time drop. If you are between sizes, we spec it to the head count rather than nudge you into more trailer than the job calls for.

Statewide coverage runs through our Oklahoma shower trailer hub, with units sized to the head count.

Mobile shower trailers for Tulsa race weekends and mud runs

Late afternoon at an obstacle race finish area on ranch land south of Tulsa, mud-covered runners in line, a portable shower unit parked on packed dirt with an outside rinse line running and hay bales marking the path.

Conquer the Gauntlet puts a four mile course with more than 25 obstacles at 181 Ranch on East 181st in Bixby, and the 2026 date is September 12. It is a working ranch. There is no shower building and no sewer line anywhere near that finish line. We stage a self-contained mobile shower unit on its own tanks and run the waste side on a pump schedule we set with the race.

Mud changes the whole plan. Rinse first, shower second, or the first twenty finishers pack the drains with Oklahoma clay. We put a rinse line outside and the private rooms behind it, and on the 8-Station the outside four sink hand wash bank handles that without anybody opening a door. Same setup works for Mud Factor in April.

Road races spread the load instead of spiking it. Route 66 Marathon weekend runs November 20 to 22 in 2026, with an expo Friday, a 5K and fun run Saturday, then the marathon, half and relay Sunday. The 2025 race sold out for the first time, and the 2026 edition closes out the city’s Route 66 Centennial year. Finish areas near Cyrus Avery Centennial Plaza sit on pavement, so leveling and a tidy footprint matter more than ground clearance.

Saint Francis Tulsa Tough is the hardest one to place. The Friday criterium closes blocks around Elgin and First in the Blue Dome District, and Sunday puts the River Parks race on Cry Baby Hill. Inside a closure the unit goes where the traffic control plan says, so we read the plan before we pick a spot and we service from outside the barricades. Escape from Turkey Mountain is the opposite problem, a trail start with a narrow gate. Give us the gate width and we will bring the build that fits through it.

First hour

Why productions budget for a portable shower trailer first

8-station shower unit on the Tulsa metro site

Think about what a Tulsa deployment actually costs to run. Wages, lodging, fuel, the schedule pressure, the people you are asking to work long days away from home. Then picture the end of that shift with nowhere to get clean. A shower is the one thing every person on site uses, and it is the detail they quietly judge the whole camp by.

A private shower trailer protects everything else you are spending. Crews sleep better and stay on the job, a production keeps cast and crew comfortable through a long schedule, and a relief site gives people back a piece of normal. Set against the cost of the deployment, it is a small line item that carries a lot of the morale, which is why the managers who have run a camp without one book the trailer first the next time.

When to call

What happens after shower trailers land on a Tulsa site

Lavatory crew setting and stocking a shower trailer near Broken Arrow

We handle the whole thing, not just the drop-off. Our team delivers the trailer, levels and sets it, connects water and power or stages a generator and a water supply, fires the heater and stocks every room before the first person needs it. When the job wraps, we come back and haul it away.

On longer or higher-traffic bookings in Tulsa, we pump and restock on a schedule, and an on-site attendant is available for camps and productions where the trailer runs all day. That always-clean standard is the difference between a shower people use once and one they are glad to use every night of the job.

More jobs around Tulsa that call for a portable shower trailer

Three kinds of work keep our phones busy in this metro. Fire and EMS crews on long incidents. Contractors running camps on jobs that last months. Race promoters with a field full of muddy finishers. The sites look nothing alike, and the planning is different every time.

Disaster relief and recovery sites in Tulsa

Disaster relief and recovery sites

The EF4 that hit Barnsdall and Bartlesville on May 6, 2024 destroyed the town water system in Barnsdall. When a system is gone, nobody in town can wash, whether or not a family lost their roof. We stage self-contained units at relief points and keep them serviced until the water is back.

Storm and outage response in Tulsa

Storm and outage response

The June 2023 derecho knocked out power for more than 200,000 customers in this area, and a heat alert ran during the restoration. Homes with no power have no hot water. Our dispatch runs around the clock for exactly that week.

Film and TV production in Tulsa

Film and TV production

Productions working the Owasso soundstages and on location need hygiene that does not look like a job site. We set quiet, clean units near base camp and service them between shoots.

Outreach and public health programs in Tulsa

Outreach and public health programs

The Tulsa Day Center sees roughly 400 people a day, and groups like BeHeard Movement run hygiene outreach on a monthly schedule. A private room with hot water changes how that visit goes. We support scheduled outreach and standing programs.

Festival camping in Tulsa

Festival camping

Born and Raised runs September 17 to 19 at the Pryor Creek Music Festival Grounds, and Rocklahoma brings campers to the same ground. Camping fields have no plumbing. We run banks of private rooms and service them overnight so mornings are not a mess.

Long tournaments and sports camps in Tulsa

Long tournaments and sports camps

The Chili Bowl fills Expo Square from January 12 to 17 with more than 300 competitors and seating for 15,000. Teams live in the pits for six days. Temporary showers in the paddock keep crews out of the grandstand restrooms.

What ties these together is that a hot shower changes how a long day ends. Because our units sit staged across the region instead of a couple of states away, getting a shower trailer to a Tulsa site, even on a short-notice call, is an ordinary ask here, not a scramble.

On the ground

First call to final pickup for a multi-station shower trailer in Tulsa

Booking should be the easy part of running a site. Four steps, a straight answer, and one team that owns the whole thing.

1

Tell us about the site

Share the dates, a rough head count and where the trailer will sit. That is enough for us to point you to the right unit and count.

2

We match the trailer and the hookups

We confirm whether the site has water and power or needs a generator and a supply, and pin the exact spot so delivery is one clean trip.

3

Delivery and setup

We arrive on your schedule, level and set the trailer, connect it, heat the water and stock every room so it is ready before the first shift ends.

4

Use it, we handle service and pickup

The trailer holds up through the whole deployment while our line stays open. When you are done, we come back and take it away.

Crew shower trailer rentals for Tulsa construction and industrial camps

Mid-morning on a torn-up Tulsa arterial with exposed waterline trench, orange barrels and a backhoe, a white shower and restroom combo trailer staged on the gravel lay-down yard behind the work zone.

There is more work in the ground here than most people realize. The city has more than 76 million dollars of street, bridge and waterline jobs running at the same time, inside a street program worth close to 296 million. Harvard from 21st to 31st. Utica from Admiral to Pine. 91st from Memorial to Mingo. Crews on those jobs live in the dirt for a year or more. And a gas station three blocks away is not a plan.

The bigger ones are coming. The Army Corps put the Tulsa and West Tulsa levee rebuild at 191 million dollars, with the first phase at Levees A and B starting late in 2027 and running through 2035. Out at the Tulsa Port of Inola, a four billion dollar aluminum smelter is sized at about 4,000 construction jobs. American Airlines is working through roughly 400 million dollars of upgrades at its Tulsa base, the largest airline owned maintenance base in the world at 3.3 million square feet. Jobs at that size plan hygiene from week one.

We size on how many people wash in the same hour, not on how many names are on the payroll. A big shift usually lands on the 8-Station Private Shower Trailer, which takes one 50 amp 220 volt circuit or a generator and keeps eight doors moving. A 30 person camp usually does better with the 4-Station combo, because the washer and dryer in the back room save a crew from hauling wet gear to a coin laundry every weekend.

Refinery turnarounds are their own animal. HF Sinclair runs 125,000 barrels a day here, and a turnaround brings in a wave of contract hands for a few weeks. Washdown work needs showers with hot and cold on one line and a dry place to change. We have set that up beside a plant gate more than once. Call early on a turnaround. Request a quote with your shift count and we will size it around the gate, not around a catalog.

Honest expectations

Placement, permits and ADA for shower trailers in Tulsa

If your event uses or closes any part of a street, sidewalk or parking space, the city wants the special event permit application at least 60 days ahead, and you can file as early as a year out. Outdoor events with no closure, say on a parking lot, need 40 days. Any organized outdoor activity that uses or affects public property needs a permit at all. Lane closures also come with a traffic control plan showing barricades, detours and signs, and that plan decides where a unit can legally sit.

City water is its own process. Development Services reviews and issues water service meter permits, including fire hydrant and fire flow meters, and the application has to come from a currently licensed water meter utility contractor. That takes time. So a water truck is often faster than a hydrant on a short job, and we will tell you which one makes sense before you start paperwork you do not need.

Waste is regulated tighter than most people expect, and that is good for you. Oklahoma requires a state license to pump, haul or dispose of wastewater from holding tanks, under the DEQ septage rules, and those licenses renew every January. Loads from holding tanks have to go to a permitted treatment plant or to a city pretreatment facility the state has approved. Our portable shower trailer rentals in Oklahoma are serviced inside that system, with the paperwork to show it, which is exactly what an agency buyer asks for.

Hot-water shower trailer staged outside Tulsa

What the ADA unit and the siting plan include

  • ADA-compliant shower units with a ramp, roll-in shower, seat, hand wand, grab bars and an ADA-height sink.
  • Guidance on where to place the trailer so it is easy to reach, easy to service and level.
  • Water and power sorted before delivery, with a generator and a water supply staged when the site has neither.
  • Licensed and insured on every unit we put on the road.

One thing we always say plainly: some sites, agencies and city permits have their own rules on placement, accessibility, greywater and temporary hygiene facilities. Tell us the site and we will help you plan around them, but confirm any permit requirements with the property or the agency as well.

What crews ask

Notes from remote jobsites we served with mobile shower units around Tulsa

between deployments, the Tulsa metro job

Street superintendent, Utica waterline job

His crew was walking three blocks to a gas station, and he was losing about 20 minutes a shift to it. We set a 4-Station combo on the lay-down yard on a Tuesday morning and ran the laundry side twice a week. He kept it for the length of the waterline work.

County fire chief, Osage County pasture fire

Three departments were rotating through one station bathroom on day two. We got the 8-Station to the staging road before dark with a generator and a twice-daily water haul. Crews washed at staging instead of driving 25 minutes back to town.

Race director, obstacle course south of Bixby

The first year their rinse was a garden hose, and the line stalled behind the last wave. We brought a rinse setup outside the doors with private rooms behind it, plus a room on a ramp for a racer who asked ahead. The line cleared in about 40 minutes.

Neighborhoods and suburbs we cover with shower trailer rentals

The Tulsa metro corridors we cover with shower trailers

We deliver across the Tulsa metro and out into Green Country, from downtown closures to pasture staging roads an hour out. Tell us the address and the gate width. We will tell you what we can get in there. Most of the metro is a same-week set, and emergencies move faster than that.

We cover Tulsa shower trailer rentals across Oklahoma. Towns and job corridors we serve include Downtown Tulsa, Tulsa Arts District, Blue Dome District, Greenwood District, Pearl District, Kendall Whittier, Cherry Street, Brookside, Maple Ridge, Riverside, Red Fork, West Tulsa, Turley, Tulsa Hills, Broken Arrow, Bixby, Jenks, Owasso, Sand Springs, Sapulpa, Catoosa, Claremore, Glenpool, Collinsville.

Jobs outside town are covered too; the Oklahoma shower trailer coverage map shows every corridor.

Downtown and the Tulsa Arts District, Oklahoma

Downtown and the Tulsa Arts District

Event load-ins happen at night and curb space is already spoken for. Placement here comes down to the permit drawing and a driver who can back into a 10 foot gap. We quote the spot after we see the plan.

West Tulsa and Red Fork, Oklahoma

West Tulsa and Red Fork

This is levee country, and the rebuild work will run for years. Ground near the river holds water long after the rain stops. We bring pads and cribbing instead of assuming a gravel lot will hold a loaded trailer.

East Tulsa and the Garnett corridor, Oklahoma

East Tulsa and the Garnett corridor

Warehouses and industrial yards out here usually have power. What they often do not have is a hose bib anywhere near where the crew shower trailer needs to sit. A water haul solves it, and we set the schedule with the site manager.

Broken Arrow and Bixby, Oklahoma

Broken Arrow and Bixby

Broken Arrow led the metro with 167 housing starts early in 2026, and Bixby is growing faster than any other city its size around here. That means new subdivisions with no service yet and ranch venues hosting races. Both take self-contained units.

Owasso, Collinsville and Skiatook, Oklahoma

Owasso, Collinsville and Skiatook

Owasso is up more than 12 percent and past 40,000 people, and the country north of it is grass fire ground every spring. We keep enough units staged to cover both a new build and a staging area in the same week.

Catoosa, Inola and Claremore, Oklahoma

Catoosa, Inola and Claremore

The Tulsa Port of Catoosa is 2,000 acres with more than 50 companies, and Mecad USA is adding a plant worth 13.4 million dollars and close to 300 jobs. Plant construction out here means long hauls and big crews. We run a service route that already reaches it.

Planned rentals are usually scheduled the same week, and we do our best to cover last-minute Tulsa dates when a trailer is nearby.

In short

Before you book shower trailers in Tulsa

Shower trailer on a race weekends job, the Tulsa metro
Where does the hot water come from on a long Tulsa job, and how fast does it recover?

Each unit heats its own water, and every room has hot and cold controls at the head. Heads are metered at 1.5 gallons a minute, so a seven minute shower runs about ten gallons. Recovery keeps up as long as the trailer has a steady water feed, which is why we push for a hose bib or a scheduled haul on anything over about 20 people. If the crew all hits it at once, we stagger start times by shift instead of adding units you do not need.

What happens if my site has no water hookup at all?

Most of the sites we serve around here have nothing. The unit runs self-contained on its onboard fresh tank, and we set a delivery schedule to keep it full. On a city job you can also meter from a hydrant, but that permit has to come through a licensed water meter contractor, so a water truck is usually faster. Tell us the headcount and the days. We will price the water plan into the quote.

When do you clean and restock on a multi-week deployment?

We set a cadence with you before delivery, and on most crew camps that is daily or every other day. Service means pumping as needed, cleaning every room, and restocking soap and paper. On big deployments we can put an attendant on site for the hours people are actually showering. Agency jobs get service logs so you have a record for your file.

How do you handle CAL FIRE and agency requirements on a fire assignment?

Our 8-Station is CAL FIRE approved, which is the spec most state and federal fire camps reference even outside California. We are also SAM.gov registered, so agency buyers and mutual aid billing are nothing new for us. We document water source, service visits and waste disposal on those jobs. If your incident has a resource order number, send it with the request and we will work to it.

Do I need a generator, or will a normal circuit run it?

The smaller combos run on two standard 120 volt 20 amp circuits, which most yards and buildings already have. The 8-Station wants one 50 amp 220 volt circuit. No power at all? We bring a generator and fuel it into the service plan. Tell us what is actually live at the pad, not what the plans show, because those two things part ways more often than not.

Will the quote change if we add days or move the unit?

Yes, and we would rather tell you what moves it than surprise you later. The things that change a quote are station count, days on site, haul distance, whether we bring water and power, laundry or no laundry, an accessible unit, attendant service, and how we handle waste. None of those are hidden. Ask us to quote two scenarios and we will, so you can see which lever is worth pulling.

Can you pump the waste tank on site, or do you tie into septic?

Both, and the right answer depends on how long you have us. Short jobs get scheduled pumping by a state licensed hauler, and that load goes to a permitted treatment plant or an approved city pretreatment facility. On a job running months, a septic or sewer tie-in is cleaner and keeps a truck off your site. We will look at what is available at the pad before we recommend one.

Is there site prep we need to finish before your truck shows up?

Keep it simple. We need a reasonably level spot, room to back in, and a gate we can actually fit through. The 8-Station is 29 feet of box and 35 feet with the tongue, so a tight alley downtown is a different conversation than a pasture road. Is the ground soft? Say so, and our driver brings cribbing. We level and test every unit before we leave.

How many stations does a 60 person crew need?

Start with how many of those 60 wash in the same shift, not the full roster. For a crew that size showering on site, the federal construction rule puts the floor at six heads, so the 8-Station covers it with room to spare. Two shifts spread across the day can often share fewer rooms. Give us your shift schedule and we will do that math with you on the phone.

Are the units okay in freezing Oklahoma weather?

They are built for it. Every unit has heat and a smart thermostat, and the plumbing is protected for winter use. We deliver with heat already running in a cold snap. After what February 2021 did to pipes across this metro, we watch the forecast on anything already sitting out and send somebody to check it.

Who signs for an early morning delivery during a downtown street closure?

Somebody with the permit in hand, ideally the person who drew the traffic control plan. We will set a delivery window that fits your closure hours and the barricade crew. If your load-in is at five in the morning, our driver will be there at five. Give us a cell number that will actually answer at that hour.

Shower trailer planning guides for Tulsa jobs and events

The Tulsa metro deployment behind the planning guides below

We also rent restroom and laundry trailers, and plenty of Tulsa jobs end up taking more than one.

How many shower stations a Tulsa crew actually needs

This is the question we get more than any other, and most people ask it the wrong way. They give us a headcount off the payroll. But that is not the number. What we need is how many people will wash during the same shift, in the same hour or two, because that is what sets the number of doors we send.

There is a federal floor to work from. Under the construction sanitation rule, when showers are required, the employer provides one shower for each ten employees of each sex, or any fraction of that, who have to shower during the same shift. The rule also says showers get hot and cold water feeding a common discharge line, and that each person who showers gets a clean individual towel. That last line is a small thing that gets forgotten until an inspector asks.

OSHA construction sanitation standard 1926.51

What your Tulsa site needs ready before the trailer arrives

Delivery day goes wrong for boring reasons. Not weather, not mechanical trouble. A gate two feet narrower than anybody measured, a pad nobody leveled, a contact who does not answer. Ten minutes of checking ahead of time prevents almost all of it.

Start with space and approach. Our largest unit is a 29 foot box, and 35 feet with the tongue, so the driver needs room to swing and back. Downtown that usually means a curb cut and a lane hold. On a ranch venue it means knowing whether the cattle gate is 12 feet or 14. Measure the narrowest point on the way in. Not the widest.

Customers ask about hot water first and waste almost never. It is backwards. Hot water is a design problem we already solved years ago, and the trailer handles it without anybody thinking about it. Waste is the thing that ends a run early when nobody planned for it, usually on a Thursday, usually at the worst possible hour.

Here is the arithmetic. A shower at our metered heads is about ten gallons for seven minutes. Every one of those gallons lands in the waste tank, along with everything from the toilets on a combo unit. The small combo units hold about 300 gallons of waste. The flagship holds 950. Do the division on your own headcount. You will see why pump cadence matters more than tank bragging rights.

Timing a shower rental around the Tulsa calendar

Demand in this metro is seasonal and fairly predictable. Learn the windows and you stop fighting for equipment. Book early, watch the right risk for that month, and you will have the build you wanted instead of whatever was still on the yard.

January and February belong to two very different things. Fire season starts earlier here than people expect. The 2026 season opened in mid January with 31 wildfires under severe red flag conditions, and burn bans went up in Tulsa, Rogers, Wagoner, Adair and Creek counties. At the same time, Expo Square fills with a six day motorsports crowd that lives in the pits. If you need units in either window, ask in December.
