Why choose The Lavatory

The preferred name for temporary shower facility rentals across Denver

The truck that pulls into your lot belongs to us. So does the person driving it. There is no load board in the middle, no broker taking a cut, and no subcontractor you have never met showing up two hours late with somebody else’s unit. We own more than 250 trailers, we have 30 plus years in event and equipment rental, and 8 of those years staging shower units in market, which is why our Colorado shower trailer rentals run on our schedule instead of a third party’s. Largest luxury trailer fleet in the Western U.S., licensed and insured, and reachable by phone. Call us or request a free quote and a real person will tell you what is available for your dates.

We own the unit and we employ the driver

No broker sits between you and the trailer. When you call about a delivery window, you are talking to the company that owns the asset and signs the driver’s paycheck. Nothing gets farmed out and lost.

We pick the unit from the peak window

Head count is the wrong number. The right one is how many people want a shower inside the same 45 minutes. A tournament releases all at once. A trade crew releases in waves. Same 120 people, two different units.

Stocked and serviced by our own crew

Soap, towels, tank levels, and pump downs are on us, on a schedule we set with you. The hauled waste facility on York Street runs 24 hours a day, so our service runs can happen overnight and never touch your work hours.

We plan around the I-70 hold windows

Most rental companies quote a delivery time off a map app. The Floyd Hill work has been stacking 20 minute traffic holds into 45 minute delays on weekday middays, and a 35 foot rig cannot gamble on that. We book mountain corridor drops around the published hold windows and give you the arrival time we can actually hit.

Where we go

The self-contained shower units that get booked again and again

The companies that could rent anything still call us, because a bad shower at a base camp or a film set becomes the story of the whole job. The Lavatory has provided trailers for names like Google, Tesla, BMW, Mercedes, eBay, and Target, for hospitality at Caesars Palace, and for pro sports including the Golden State Warriors, Oakland A’s, and Las Vegas Raiders.

The reason those bookings repeat is simple. A hot shower at the end of a long day is the one thing a crew remembers about the camp. A fire agency near Denver once called on a Thursday because the unit another company promised for a weekend base camp fell through, and we had a fully stocked trailer set and heated with hours to spare. A production running a long shoot outside town needed showers that held up day after day for cast and crew, and the same trailer stayed spotless through the whole schedule because our team serviced it. That standard travels to every Denver booking, from a two-week jobsite to a festival campground. Long-stay guests ask for laundry, as our write-up on campground laundry trailers explains.

Three decades in event and equipment rental, running the largest luxury trailer fleet in the Western U.S. Every unit ours, never a broker’s.

Inside the trailer

Portable shower trailer rentals for Denver tournaments and sports camps

The 8 room unit is the one we stage most often around the metro, because a 200 athlete tournament campus and a 200 worker build crew both clear through it in a morning. It sets on a level pad, runs off one circuit or a generator, and comes back to the same yard it left.

An 8 room private shower trailer parked on the gravel lot behind a multi field youth sports complex at golden hour, turf fields and light poles behind it, athletes in uniform walking toward it with towels

Aurora Sports Park taught us the most about athletic work out here. It has 12 baseball and softball diamonds, 8 of them lighted, plus 27 multi sport long fields including 4 synthetic turf fields. A tournament there can run diamond and field brackets at once, which means two crowds with two separate peak windows on one campus. The 2026 calendar carried Triple Crown Summer Slam on June 6 and 7, the Kelvin Norman Memorial soccer tournament June 5 through 7, and a Challenger Sports camp that ran five straight days from June 1. For a job 65 miles south of Denver, open our page for Colorado Springs.

The altitude is a planning fact, not a talking point. Air at 5,280 feet holds roughly 17 percent less oxygen than air at sea level, and an elite athlete needs about five days to settle into it. Teams flying in from the coast sweat harder and recover slower in their first 48 hours. So a camp that looked fine on paper in March looks different by 2 p.m. in June on turf. We plan the water schedule around the end of the last bracket.

Room by room: what a trailer gives you

Private rooms with a lockable door

Every shower is its own room with a door that locks, a bench and a hook, so a crew or a camp showers with real privacy instead of a curtain in a row.

Hot and cold water controls

A water heater and onboard tanks feed hot and cold controls in each room, with 1.5 GPM shower heads so the hot water lasts through a full shift of people.

Air conditioning and heat

Climate control in every trailer, so a shower in a July heat wave or a January storm response feels like the one at home.

One-piece gel-coated fiberglass

Walls, ceiling and floor are one molded fiberglass surface with no seams, which is why the rooms clean fast, stay clean and never smell like a locker room.

Runs with or without hookups

Fresh and waste tanks on board, a generator when the site has no power, and the option to tie into on-site septic on a long deployment.

Serviced, stocked and pumped

We deliver the trailer stocked and come back to pump, restock and clean on longer jobs, so day twelve looks like day one.

At DICK’S Sporting Goods Park in Commerce City, the complex runs 23 full size fields, 21 of them Kentucky bluegrass and 2 synthetic, all lit, wrapped around the stadium pitch. State high school championships, national tournaments, and adult leagues share that property. Colorado Rapids Youth Soccer runs 8 to 10 events a year out here, including the Rapids Classic in August. Add CHSAA weekends at Jeffco Stadium, Peter Barton Stadium, and Highlands Ranch Stadium at Redstone, and there is a tournament somewhere in this metro nearly every weekend from March through October. Permits vary by city, so check the details for bathroom trailer rentals in Boulder before you book.

Accessibility is where a lot of tournament plans fall down. Field campuses draw athletes, coaches, and families who need a roll in shower with a seat, not a step over threshold. Our ADA plus 2 Private Shower Trailer handles that in one drop, ramp included. Race weekends flip the math completely. BOLDERBoulder put 47,645 finishers across the line on Memorial Day 2026 in 95 waves. Nobody showers mid race. They all want to at once, afterward.

Full specifications for every unit are on the 8-Station spec page and its four sister pages, or call and we will spec it to your Denver head count.

Every configuration lives on the shower trailer service page. Here is how we match one to a Colorado site.

What to expect

Which of our shower trailers fits a Denver job

Five shower units cover everything from a single ADA-compliant room to a camp that showers two hundred people a day. Every one has hot water, private rooms and climate control. Tell us the head count, how long the job runs and what the site has for water and power, and we will size it.

8-Station Private Shower Trailer staged for the Denver metro jobs

8-Station Private Shower Trailer

Eight completely private shower rooms in a 29-foot box, built for crews, camps and relief sites of up to about 200 people a day. Hot and cold controls, 200-gallon fresh and 950-gallon waste tanks, an exterior four-sink hand wash bank under the roof line, and it can tie into on-site septic for long deployments. CAL FIRE approved for wildfire camp service, the spec incident teams ask for in every western state.

ADA + 2 Private Shower Trailer

Two standard private shower rooms plus one ADA room with a self-contained ramp, built to federal ADA requirements. The right unit when a site needs accessibility without giving up capacity, with 210 gallons of fresh water on board.

4-Station Shower, Restroom and Laundry Combo for rent near Centennial and Denver

4-Station Shower, Restroom and Laundry Combo

Four private bathrooms, each with a toilet, sink, shower and power outlet, plus a washer and dryer in a separate room. A self-contained hygiene block for a crew of up to about 30 on a remote or long-term job.

2-Station Shower and Restroom Combo available for tournaments and camps around Denver

2-Station Shower and Restroom Combo

Two private bathrooms with a toilet, sink and shower each, in a compact 11-foot box. The pick for a small crew, a ranch job or a production base that needs both functions in one footprint.

Single-Station ADA Shower and Restroom Combo staged for the Denver metro jobs

Single-Station ADA Shower and Restroom Combo

One fully accessible room: ADA china toilet with grab bars, roll-in shower with a seat and hand wand, ADA-height sink and vanity, and a ramp that deploys in minutes. It pairs with any other unit so every person on site is covered.

Bigger jobs run several trailers side by side, and long deployments get a service schedule instead of a one-time drop. If you are between sizes, we spec it to the head count rather than nudge you into more trailer than the job calls for.

For sites beyond this city, our Colorado shower trailer service area lists every region we deliver to.

Crew shower trailer rentals for metro job sites and long builds

A private shower trailer staged on a graded dirt pad at a large industrial construction site east of the city, tower crane and steel frame in the background, Front Range foothills faint on the horizon, workers in hard hats queued with gear bags

The build map in this metro is the ring, not downtown. Full construction on the Denver Summit FC stadium at Santa Fe Yards started in spring 2026, on a 43 acre campus that also holds a 12,000 seat temporary stadium. The Broncos are lining up a Burnham Yard project with permits targeted for January 2027. The National Western Center is a 250 acre redevelopment with more than 2.2 million square feet going up. And East Colfax BRT is 8.5 miles of reconstruction out to I-225, with segments running into 2027.

Out east the jobs are bigger and emptier. HighPoint Elevated at E-470 and 64th Avenue grew by 274 acres to nearly 400 total, with one building alone at 540,000 square feet and 92 docks. Denali Logistics Park is another 216 acres. The QTS campus in Aurora is the only hyperscale data center site in Colorado and was still expanding through August 2026. Flat, open sites with nothing within walking distance is exactly the profile where our 8-Station Private Shower Trailer earns its keep. One 50 amp circuit or a generator, 950 gallons of waste, and a crew of 150 gets through before the trucks roll.

Federal sanitation rules for job sites are straightforward. OSHA requires an adequate supply of drinking water at every place of employment, and washing facilities refilled with potable water so soap, single use towels, and clean water stay available. No cross connection between drinking and non drinking systems. Good general contractors out here go past the minimum, because a crew that can rinse off before the drive home shows up again the next morning.

Two local details change how we schedule. First, altitude. A diesel generator loses roughly 3.5 percent of rated output for every 1,000 feet above about 500 feet, so a genset on a Front Range pad is already down 10 to 17 percent before a 95 degree afternoon. We size up on purpose. Second, the mountain corridor. The I-70 Floyd Hill project has been running 20 minute traffic holds that stack into 45 minute delays, Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. A 35 foot rig does not get to guess. We book around the hold windows. General contractors 60 miles north of Denver can book portable shower rentals in Fort Collins for long builds.

In plain terms

The Denver booking process for a multi-station shower trailer, start to finish

Booking should be the easy part of running a site. Four steps, a straight answer, and one team that owns the whole thing.

1

Tell us about the site

Share the dates, a rough head count and where the trailer will sit. That is enough for us to point you to the right unit and count.

2

We match the trailer and the hookups

We confirm whether the site has water and power or needs a generator and a supply, and pin the exact spot so delivery is one clean trip.

3

Delivery and setup

We arrive on your schedule, level and set the trailer, connect it, heat the water and stock every room so it is ready before the first shift ends.

4

Use it, we handle service and pickup

The trailer holds up through the whole deployment while our line stays open. When you are done, we come back and take it away.

Daily reality

The service behind every one of our hot-water shower trailers in Denver

Lavatory crew setting and stocking a shower trailer near Aurora

We handle the whole thing, not just the drop-off. Our team delivers the trailer, levels and sets it, connects water and power or stages a generator and a water supply, fires the heater and stocks every room before the first person needs it. When the job wraps, we come back and haul it away.

On longer or higher-traffic bookings in Denver, we pump and restock on a schedule, and an on-site attendant is available for camps and productions where the trailer runs all day. That always-clean standard is the difference between a shower people use once and one they are glad to use every night of the job.

Right now

Placement and ADA rules for self-contained shower units on Denver sites

If a unit sits anywhere in the Denver public right of way, you need a Revocable Street Occupancy Permit from the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure. Traffic control plans have to be drawn by a certified Traffic Control Supervisor, applications go through the city’s e-Permits system, and you should allow five business days. The city also wants compliance with Chapters 49 and 54 of the Municipal Code and proof of liability insurance naming the City of Denver as an additional insured. On private property none of that applies, which is one of the first questions we ask.

Waste has a defined path here, and that is good news. Metro Water Recovery runs a hauled waste program, and a hauler discharging into it needs a permit filed at least 30 days before the first discharge. The receiving facility on York Street is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Septic pumping is licensed at the county level under the state’s onsite wastewater rules. Because we handle pump outs ourselves, that paperwork chain stays on our side.

Public work adds two layers. Colorado requires weekly payment of prevailing wages on state funded projects at or above a half million dollars, administered by the state labor department. And the Keep Jobs in Colorado Act requires Colorado labor to perform at least 80 percent of the work on publicly financed public works. Federal work runs through SAM.gov, and we hold that registration. None of this makes a portable shower unit harder to place. It just means the company placing it should already know the forms.

What the ADA unit and the pad prep plan include

  • ADA-compliant shower units with a ramp, roll-in shower, seat, hand wand, grab bars and an ADA-height sink.
  • Guidance on where to place the trailer so it is easy to reach, easy to service and level.
  • Water and power sorted before delivery, with a generator and a water supply staged when the site has neither.
  • Licensed and insured on every unit we put on the road.

One thing we always say plainly: some sites, agencies and city permits have their own rules on placement, accessibility, greywater and temporary hygiene facilities. Tell us the site and we will help you plan around them, but confirm any permit requirements with the property or the agency as well.

More jobs our private shower units handle here

Three kinds of work keep our drivers busy in this metro. Ball fields and camps. Construction and industrial crew camps. And fire and EMS crews who need to get clean before they go home. Each one asks something different of a trailer.

Film and TV productions in Denver

Film and TV productions

Colorado’s refundable film credit pays back a share of local spend, and the number of projects shooting here has doubled since the state improved it. Denver and Boulder crews work a lot of commercial, documentary, and outdoor adventure jobs. Base camp needs a clean private room, not a gym twenty minutes away.

Military and agency field operations in Denver

Military and agency field operations

Buckley Space Force Base in Aurora hosts Space Base Delta 2, the 5th Space Warning Squadron, and several reserve units. We are SAM.gov registered, so agency contracting is routine here rather than a first time scramble.

Hygiene support for shelters and outreach in Denver

Hygiene support for shelters and outreach

Denver’s citywide homelessness strategy aims at ending unsheltered homelessness, and mobile hygiene has been part of that work since 2019. We deploy combo units with restrooms and laundry, so a program can offer a shower, a toilet, and clean clothes at one stop.

Remote and off grid work sites in Denver

Remote and off grid work sites

Weld County well pads sit an hour north of the city with nothing around them. Nine rigs were running in the DJ Basin as of spring 2026 and the county still leads Colorado in production. Our units run fully on tanks when there is no hookup within a mile.

Evacuation and relief sites in Denver

Evacuation and relief sites

The 2013 Front Range floods drove nearly 18,000 people out of their homes, and the Marshall Fire emptied whole subdivisions in an afternoon. Shelters fill faster than their plumbing can handle. We roll multi-station shower trailer rentals to those sites and service them daily.

What ties these together is that a hot shower changes how a long day ends. Because our units sit staged across the region instead of a couple of states away, getting a shower trailer to a Denver site, even on a short-notice call, is an ordinary ask here, not a scramble.

How we price it

Weighing a portable shower trailer against the rest of the camp budget

Shower trailer on a tournaments and camps job, the Denver metro

Think about what a Denver deployment actually costs to run. Wages, lodging, fuel, the schedule pressure, the people you are asking to work long days away from home. Then picture the end of that shift with nowhere to get clean. A shower is the one thing every person on site uses, and it is the detail they quietly judge the whole camp by.

A private shower trailer protects everything else you are spending. Crews sleep better and stay on the job, a production keeps cast and crew comfortable through a long schedule, and a relief site gives people back a piece of normal. Set against the cost of the deployment, it is a small line item that carries a lot of the morale, which is why the managers who have run a camp without one book the trailer first the next time.

Shower support for fire stations, EMS crews and wildland deployments

A hot water shower trailer set up at a wildland fire base camp staging area at dawn, engines and crew buggies parked nearby, smoke haze over pine covered foothills, firefighters in yellow wildland shirts walking toward the unit

Fire work is the job where a shower is a control measure. Gross decontamination done properly cuts cancer causing contamination on turnout gear by as much as 85 percent. Standard practice is low pressure water and mild detergent on scene, skin wipes for face, neck, and hands right out of the hazard area, gear bagged away from the cab, then crews back at station getting clean. That last step assumes there is a station shower to go back to. On a deployment 60 miles out, or during a remodel, there is not.

Denver Fire runs 39 stations, 5 of them at the airport, across 7 districts. Station 40 broke ground near East 56th Avenue and Pena Boulevard and opens in 2026 serving Montbello and Green Valley Ranch, the first Denver house to carry Advanced Life Support alongside fire and rescue. A 950-million-dollar Denver bond measure also funds a new joint training center for police, sheriff, and fire. Each of those projects takes a building offline at some point. We keep self-contained shower unit rentals staged for that gap, and a combo build with laundry handles turnout gear and uniforms in one drop.

The regional picture is bigger than the city. Colorado Task Force 1, the FEMA urban search and rescue team sponsored by West Metro Fire, works out of West Metro Station 10 in Lakewood with 70 deployable spots and more than 200 trained members. It has to leave home base within four hours by ground, be ready for 14 days, and stay self sufficient for 72 hours of round the clock work including hygiene. The Rocky Mountain Area Coordination Center in Lakewood dispatches crews and aircraft for the whole region.

The 2026 season made the point. Colorado burned roughly 235,000 acres and lost 850 structures. The Aspen Acres Fire alone ran to 102,004 acres and took 319 homes while threatening Colorado City and Beulah. Before that, the Hammer Fire forced Hanover evacuations in April. Base camps need hot water before they need almost anything else, because a crew that cannot get clean cannot rest. We dispatch around the clock and we do not hand the job to somebody else’s truck.

In real terms

From the field: mobile shower units on recent Denver-area jobs

Lavatory unit between deployments outside Denver

Site superintendent, Globeville industrial build

A 90 person crew on a warehouse shell lost its temporary water line during a March cold snap, two days before a pour. We had a 4 room combo with laundry on the pad the next morning, running on its own tanks. Laundry was the part nobody expected to need.

Tournament director, east metro field complex

A June soccer weekend ran diamond and field brackets at once, and the schedule put 400 kids off the fields inside one hour. The first plan was two small units at opposite ends. We swapped it for one 8 room trailer at the central lot plus a second unit at the far fields, and the line never got past four people.

Battalion chief, west metro district

A station went out of service for a bay floor replacement in October, and crews were driving 15 minutes to another house to shower after calls. We set a 2 room shower and restroom combo behind the apparatus bay for six weeks. Decon happened on site again.

Neighborhoods and suburbs we deliver to

Service area map for shower trailers around Denver and Aurora

We deliver on-site shower trailer rentals across the City and County of Denver and out through the whole metro, from the downtown core to the E-470 ring, up into Boulder County, and west into the foothills along I-70. Our service area covers every state, and Denver is a local hub with units staged nearby rather than a dot on a national map. Tell us the address and the date, and we will tell you what we can have there.

We cover Denver shower trailer rentals across Colorado. Towns and job corridors we serve include LoDo, Five Points, RiNo, Globeville, Elyria-Swansea, Central Park, Montbello, Green Valley Ranch, Park Hill, Cherry Creek, Baker, Athmar Park, Sun Valley, Berkeley, Aurora, Lakewood, Englewood, Centennial, Commerce City, Thornton, Arvada, Westminster, Golden, Littleton.

For a site elsewhere in the state, start from the Colorado shower trailer page.

Globeville and Elyria-Swansea, Colorado

Globeville and Elyria-Swansea

Industrial land, rail, the I-70 corridor, and the National Western campus in one spot. Jobs here run long and there is room for a full size trailer plus a service lane. Some parcels have a sewer stub, which drops the pump out cadence entirely.

Central Park and Montbello, Colorado

Central Park and Montbello

Growth on the north and east sides, with Denver Fire’s new Station 40 going in near East 56th and Pena to serve Montbello and Green Valley Ranch. Work out here is phased, so we plan for a unit to move twice rather than sit once.

Aurora, Colorado

Aurora

The largest suburb in the metro at more than 390,000 people, home to Aurora Sports Park, FieldhouseUSA, Buckley Space Force Base, and the E-470 industrial parks. Badging slows everything down here, so we send drivers who already know the checkpoints.

Lakewood and Golden, Colorado

Lakewood and Golden

West Metro Fire’s training center and Colorado Task Force 1 sit in Lakewood, and so does the Rocky Mountain Area Coordination Center. When a regional incident spins up, this is where the calls start. We keep units available for short notice staging on this side.

Commerce City and Brighton, Colorado

Commerce City and Brighton

DICK’S Sporting Goods Park puts 23 lit fields plus a stadium pitch in one place, and tournament traffic peaks hard on Saturday afternoons. North of there the logistics buildings and the Weld County energy corridor take over, where a unit runs with no hookup at all.

Planned rentals are usually scheduled the same week, and we do our best to cover last-minute Denver dates when a trailer is nearby.

Questions we get about shower trailers in Denver

8-station shower unit on the Denver metro site
What power does a shower trailer need on a Denver job site, and can I run one off a generator instead?

Our 8 room unit runs on one 50 amp 220 volt circuit. The smaller combos run on two ordinary 120 volt 20 amp circuits. A generator works fine for any of them, but altitude changes the math. A diesel genset loses about 3.5 percent of rated output per 1,000 feet above roughly 500 feet, so at 5,280 feet you are down 10 percent or more before a hot afternoon. We size up instead of trusting the nameplate.

When do I need a water hookup versus the onboard tanks versus a water delivery?

A usable hose bib is the easy path, and then your capacity is basically unlimited. Without one, the tanks carry you. The 8 room unit holds 200 gallons of fresh, and with 1.5 gallon per minute heads that is roughly 22 showers before a top off. So on dry sites the water delivery schedule is your real capacity, and we build it around your peak window. Denver Water’s 2026 drought limits made deciding this early the right move.

How many shower stations do we need for our crew size and shift turnover?

Start with the peak window, not the head count. Ask how many people want a shower inside the same 45 minutes. A trade crew releases in waves as each trade finishes, so 120 workers might clear through four rooms. A tournament bracket or a fire crew coming off the line releases all at once, and the same 120 people need eight. Tell us the schedule and we will pick the unit.

Do you have units that combine showers with restrooms and laundry in one trailer?

Yes, two of them. The 4-Station Shower, Restroom and Laundry Combo gives you four private bathrooms, each with a toilet, sink, shower, and outlet, plus a washer and dryer in a separate room. It suits crews up to about 30. The 2-Station Shower and Restroom Combo puts two full private bathrooms in an 11 foot box. Laundry counts for more than people expect on wildland deployments and long crew camps.

Will you handle the greywater, how often, and can you tie into a sewer on a long job?

We handle it. The 8 room unit carries 950 gallons of waste, and we set the pump out cadence from your real usage rather than a generic weekly visit. Metro Water Recovery’s hauled waste facility on York Street in north Denver is open 24 hours a day, so our service runs can happen overnight and stay out of your work hours. On long jobs with a sewer stub we tie in, and the pump out schedule goes away.

Can a shower trailer run through a January cold snap at this elevation, and through a July heat wave?

Yes, and the freeze side is the part worth planning. Every unit has heat, air conditioning, and a smart thermostat, and the interiors are smooth gel coated fiberglass with no joints to crack. The weak point is never the trailer body. It is the supply line between your water source and the unit, because freeze and thaw cycling splits lines here. We wrap and route that connection before the first hard freeze.

Is there an accessible shower trailer with a ramp that meets federal requirements?

Two options. The ADA + 2 Private Shower Trailer brings one accessible private room plus two standard rooms with a self contained ramp, so you are not building anything on site. The Single-Station ADA Shower and Restroom Combo has an accessible china toilet with grab bars, a roll in shower with a seat and a wand, an accessible sink and vanity, and its own ramp. Both meet federal accessibility requirements. Ask for it up front.

Where does a long term rental make more sense than a week to week one in the Denver metro?

Anywhere the job is measured in months rather than days. The big metro builds run that way: stadium work at Santa Fe Yards, the National Western campus, the Colfax BRT segments, the logistics shells out at E-470. A longer term lets us tie into a sewer stub if one exists, set a fixed service cadence, and plan freeze protection instead of reacting to it. Short term suits tournament weekends, race days, camps, and incident response.

How fast can you get a unit to a fire camp or a flood in this region?

We dispatch 24 hours a day and we own the trucks, so there is no load board to wait on. Our 2026 calls ran against a season that burned roughly 235,000 acres statewide and took 850 structures. We have staged for flood and evacuation work too, and the 2013 Front Range floods pushed nearly 18,000 people out of their homes in under a week. On short notice the limits are access and road status, not availability.

Do we need a city permit to put a shower trailer on the street in Denver?

If any part of it sits in the public right of way, yes. You need a Revocable Street Occupancy Permit from the city’s Department of Transportation and Infrastructure, a traffic control plan drawn by a certified Traffic Control Supervisor, and about five business days for processing. The city also wants liability insurance naming it as an additional insured. On private property none of that applies, and that changes your lead time.

We run other trailers out of the same Denver area yard, so if your site needs restrooms, laundry, or cold storage alongside the showers, it can all arrive on one schedule. Hosting guests instead of a crew? Our private restroom trailer rentals in Denver cover weddings, campus events, holiday markets and every event in between.

How to size shower stations for a Denver crew, camp or tournament

Almost everybody starts with the wrong number. They call and say there are 140 people on the job, and ask how many shower rooms that takes. But head count is not the number that sizes a unit. The number that matters is how many of those people want to be clean inside the same 45 minutes.

Think about how a site actually empties. On a commercial build, trades finish at different times. Concrete finishers are done when the pour is done. Electricians go another two hours. Framers break earlier. So a 140 person crew trickles out across ninety minutes or more, and four private rooms can absorb that without a line forming. Now take a youth tournament at a field complex. The last bracket ends, and 140 athletes plus coaches walk off the grass at the same moment. That is eight rooms, not four.

What your Denver site needs ready before a shower trailer arrives

Most delivery problems in this metro are not trailer problems. They are site problems that nobody checked. Here is the short list we run through with every customer before a truck leaves, in the order it usually matters.

Start with the pad. Our largest unit is a 29 foot box that measures about 35 feet overall with the tongue, and it needs a level spot plus a path wide enough to back into. Gravel and compacted dirt are fine. Soft ground after a spring storm is not, and neither is a spot that looks open on satellite view but has a light pole in the middle of it. If there is a crane on site, we need the placement outside the swing radius, because a shower room that sits under a pick is a room nobody is allowed to use while work is happening.

What actually changes a shower trailer quote in the Denver metro

People ask what drives the number. Fair question, and the honest answer is that six or seven things move it, and only one of them is the unit itself. Knowing which ones you control is how you get a better quote without cutting anything you need.

Duration is the biggest lever. A three day tournament rental and a seven month stadium job are different products, not the same product at different lengths. Long jobs let us amortize the delivery, set a fixed service route, and sometimes eliminate pump outs entirely with a sewer tie in. If your schedule is genuinely open ended, say so, because a month to month that keeps renewing costs more to run than a committed term.

Questions to ask any company before you rent a shower trailer in Colorado

A lot of phone numbers will answer when you search for a shower trailer here. Some belong to companies that own trailers. Some belong to brokers who will post your job and hope somebody picks it up. These questions sort one from the other in about four minutes.

Ask who owns the trailer. Not who is renting it to you. Who holds the title. If the answer wanders, you are talking to a middleman, and the unit that shows up will be whatever was cheapest and closest that week, with a maintenance history nobody can describe. Ask the same question about the driver. An employee and a load board contractor behave very differently when a delivery window slips, and you find out which one you hired on the worst possible morning.
