Why choose The Lavatory

Deluxe bathroom trailer rentals in Arlington from the largest luxury restroom trailer fleet in the Western U.S.

We know the kinds of places you are booking in Arlington, and we plan around each one before the truck leaves the yard. A stadium district lot on game week means street closures, credential checks and a vendor map, so we deliver the day before and park where the plan says. A barn venue off Division Street or a ranch near Mansfield means gravel drives, gates and soft clay after a storm, so we bring boards and walk the drop spot first. A backyard in southwest Arlington means measuring the side gate, missing the sprinkler heads and keeping clear of the septic field. The Lavatory runs the largest luxury restroom trailer fleet in the Western U.S., with over 250 units and more than 30 years in event and equipment rental. Our crew is licensed and insured, and we are SAM.gov registered for agency and federal work. We hold an A+ rating with the BBB, backed by five-star Google reviews. Call us or request a quote today, and we will tell you which unit fits and exactly where it should sit.

We own every trailer we send

We are a direct fleet, not a reseller or a broker. The person who answers your call, the driver and the service tech all work for us, so details do not get lost between companies.

Placement planned before delivery

We ask about gates, slopes, power and parking before the truck leaves. On a big job we look at the site map or a few photos and pick the drop spot with you.

Clean, stocked and serviced

Every trailer arrives cleaned and stocked with paper, soap and hand towels. On multi-day rentals our crew pumps, refills and restocks on a schedule you approve.

We plan around game days

Arlington event calendars stack up, with football, baseball, concerts and conventions in the same district. We check the stadium schedules before we book your delivery window, so your trailer is set before the traffic hits.

Clients who book our bathroom trailers again

The companies that could rent anything still call us for restrooms, because a cheap plastic unit at a launch party or a shareholder event ruins everything the day is meant to say. The Lavatory has provided luxury restrooms for names like Google, Tesla, BMW, Mercedes, eBay, and Target, for hospitality at Caesars Palace, and for pro sports including the Golden State Warriors, Oakland A’s, and Las Vegas Raiders.

The reason those bookings repeat is simple. A luxury restroom is the one vendor a guest uses and remembers, for better or worse, so the trailer has to be stocked, clean and working from the first guest to the last. That is how we run every unit in the fleet, and it is the same standard behind every Arlington booking, from a backyard engagement party to a festival gate.

Three decades in event and equipment rental, running the largest luxury restroom trailer fleet in the Western U.S. Every unit ours, never a broker’s.

Inside the trailer

Upscale bathroom trailer rentals for Arlington corporate events, galas and launches

For a 200 guest reception at a barn venue or a company picnic, the 5-Station is the unit we send most. A tailgate tent near AT&T Stadium, a big product launch or a parade day crowd calls for the 9-Station, often paired with an ADA + 2 trailer.

A Lavatory 9-Station restroom trailer with steel stairs and handrails parked in a paved parking lot under a blue sky

Arlington has more big event space than almost any city its size. The Arlington Convention Center opened in 2024 with about 266,000 square feet, including the 51,224 square foot Crystal Ballroom. AT&T Stadium hosts private events in its field level clubs, on its end zone decks and on the field itself, which holds up to 5,000 guests. Arlington Backyard at Texas Live! is a covered outdoor pavilion that holds about 5,000 people. Indoor rooms like these have plenty of restrooms. The trouble starts when the program moves outside.

A hospitality tent on a stadium lot is the most common example. Guests park, eat, drink and mingle for three or four hours before kickoff, and the nearest building restroom may be a long walk and a security line away. A product launch or a ride and drive course on a surface lot has the same problem. A company picnic at River Legacy Parks or Veterans Park has the same gap, since the park restroom was built for a few families, not 600 employees.

We set a 9-Station or a pair of 5-Stations right beside the tent, with a lit path and a short walk. On a stadium district lot we deliver the day before, inside the vendor map, because event day street closures and credential gates make a morning drop risky. We confirm the power drop with the venue or bring a quiet generator. Hotel and convention lots often have garage height limits, so we plan for a surface lot or a service yard from the start.

Your guests notice the details. A cold room, a real mirror and a sink with soap say the same thing your catering and lighting say. We can add an attendant who restocks paper and soap, wipes counters and keeps the line moving during the busiest hour. Call us with your date, the venue and your guest count, and we will match the trailer to the crowd and the clock.

Inside the restroom trailer, item by item

Flushing china toilets

Real porcelain toilets with a foot flush, the same fixtures your guests use at home, not a chemical tank.

Running-water sinks

Stainless steel sinks with real running water, hand soap, and towels, fed by onboard water tanks so you are covered even without a hookup.

Climate control

Air conditioning for a summer afternoon and heat for a cold evening, so the trailer stays comfortable no matter the season.

Framed mirrors and lighting

Oversized framed vanity mirrors, warm interior lighting, and finished flooring that reads like a venue restroom, not a jobsite.

Fully stocked, always fresh

Premium toilet paper, towels, soap, and fragrance, restocked and pumped so the unit stays fresh from the first guest to the last.

Power and water handled

Onboard water tanks plus a generator when your site has no hookup, so the trailer runs anywhere from a vineyard to an open field.

Full specifications for every unit are on the 5-Station spec page and its four sister pages, or call and we will spec it to your Arlington guest count.

The full restroom trailer fleet is one page over; below is how we size a unit to a Texas guest count.

Temporary bathroom rentals for Arlington construction sites and executive job offices

A Lavatory ADA restroom trailer with a long aluminum ramp set on the paved apron beside a large industrial building

Arlington has a lot of building going on at once. General Motors keeps upgrading its Arlington Assembly plant, the city’s largest private employer. UTA is replacing its University Center on the main campus and building a new UTA West campus near Aledo, set to open in fall 2028. Loews is building the 507 room Americana hotel on Ballpark Way, where the old Sheraton stood. Downtown, the Nehemiah Company projects on Front Street and Main Street and the Division St. Market site add more crews to the same few miles.

Federal rules already set the floor for job site toilets. Under 29 CFR 1926.51, a site with 20 or fewer workers needs one toilet, and larger crews need one seat and one urinal for every 40 workers. Plastic units cover the trades. The project office is a different story. Owner reps, architects, inspectors and client tours spend real hours there, and a clean restroom with running water and AC says the job is run well.

We set a 2-Station or 3-Station next to the job trailer on gravel or a pad. The unit fills from a hose bib or uses its onboard fresh tank, and our crew pumps the holding tank on a weekly or twice weekly schedule. Long rentals are normal for us. A trailer can stay for the whole build, and we move it if the office moves.

Remodels count too. A restaurant or office that loses its restrooms during a renovation can stay open with a trailer by the back door. Call us with the address, the crew size and the start date, and we will plan the drop around your site plan.

The lineup

Meeting accessibility needs with VIP restroom trailers in Arlington

A party in your own backyard usually needs no city permit for a private restroom trailer, though an HOA may have rules about where it parks and for how long. Public events are different. Under Arlington’s special events chapter, an event expected to draw 500 or more people on a public facility needs a permit, and the application goes in at least 90 calendar days before the event. The plan must show how you will handle sanitation, and the code says portable restrooms are added to supplement the venue’s own restrooms based on the projected crowd. A luxury trailer is a clean way to meet that line, and we can give your planner a station count early so it lands on the site plan.

Construction sites follow the federal table in 29 CFR 1926.51. Twenty or fewer workers need one toilet. Larger crews need one seat and one urinal per 40 workers, and the ratio changes again above 200. Many builders cover the trades with standard units and add a private restroom unit at the project office for owners, inspectors and visitors. Ask us and we will help you count it out.

Waste from our trailers is pumped by our own service crew and taken to an approved disposal site, in line with Texas Commission on Environmental Quality rules for registered transporters. On power, each unit needs one or two standard 20 amp, 120 volt circuits within about 100 feet, or a generator we bring. Water can come from a garden hose or from the onboard fresh tank. Our ADA trailers include a ramp with handrails and an accessible room built to federal ADA guidelines.

What we cover on ADA and setup

  • ADA-accessible units with a self-contained ramp, wide door, grab bars, and turning room.
  • Guidance on where to place the trailer so it is easy to reach and easy to service.
  • Water and power sorted before delivery, with a generator staged when the site has no hookup.
  • Licensed and insured on every unit we put on the road.

One thing we always say plainly: some venues and city permits have their own rules on placement, accessibility, and event restrooms. Tell us your venue and we will help you plan around them, but confirm any permit requirements with the venue or the city as well.

More ways customers put our VIP restroom trailer rentals to work

Corporate tents, farm receptions and project offices bring us the most work around Arlington, and each gets its own section on this page. Our trailers also show up at parades, church festivals, remodels, film shoots and water outages. Whatever the job, we plan the drop spot, the power and the service schedule before the truck rolls.

Parade day and street festivals

The Arlington Independence Day Parade drew nearly 75,000 people in 2026, and the West Main Arts Festival fills the street between City Hall and the Levitt Pavilion each fall. A 9-Station and an ADA unit at the edge of the route keep lines short.

A Lavatory 5-Station restroom trailer with steel stairs parked in a shaded lot beside a grass field and tall trees

Church and school events

Fall festivals, graduations and fundraisers bring more people than a fellowship hall can handle. We park by the parking lot entrance and service the unit between sessions.

Restaurant and office remodels

A remodel can close restrooms for weeks. A 2-Station by the back door lets you keep serving or working while the crews finish.

A Lavatory 5-Station restroom trailer with steel stairs parked in a shaded lot beside a grass field and tall trees

Water outages and broken lines

When the water stops, toilets stop. Our self-contained trailers carry their own fresh and waste tanks, so a business or church can stay open until the line is fixed.

A baseball game under the roof at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas, with a full infield and outfield in view

Film and photo shoots

Crews shooting around the stadiums or downtown need a clean place for talent and staff. We set a unit near base camp and pump it overnight.

What ties these together is the guest experience. Nobody remembers a restroom that worked, but everybody remembers one that did not. Because our units sit staged across the region instead of a couple counties away, getting a luxury trailer to an Arlington date, even a last-minute one, is an ordinary ask here, not a scramble.

The working details

The numbers behind a VIP restroom trailer in Arlington

The 9-Station Restroom Trailer, our highest-capacity luxury unit, available for Arlington-area events

Think about what an Arlington event actually costs to put on. The venue, the catering, the flowers, the photographer, the hours of planning. Then picture a guest walking out of a hot plastic box in the middle of all of it. Nobody plans for that. The restroom is the one vendor every single guest uses, often more than once, and it is the detail they quietly judge the whole event by.

A luxury restroom trailer protects everything else you spent on. It reads like an extension of the venue, holds up through a full day of guests, and gives people one less thing to remember for the wrong reason. Set against the total cost of the day, it is a small line item that quietly carries a lot of the impression, which is exactly why the hosts who have been burned once book the trailer first the next time.

Luxury bathroom trailer rentals for Arlington ranch, barn and backyard weddings

The 8-Station Private Stall Deluxe Restroom Trailer, available for Arlington-area events

Weddings are the reason we get more calls than anything else. Around Arlington, many receptions happen at farm and ranch venues with a party barn and a lawn. Howell Family Farms on West Division Street hosts 300 guest weddings with an outdoor ceremony space and views of its longhorns. River Legacy Living Science Center offers ceremonies by the pond under big oaks. South of the city, Mansfield venues like Classic Oaks Ranch sit on 30 acres, and one working ranch near Grand Prairie covers 200.

The barn usually has a couple of restrooms sized for a small crowd. Add 250 guests, a long dinner and an open bar, and the line forms right when the toasts start. A tented reception on the lawn is often 300 feet from the nearest door. Backyard weddings in southwest Arlington, Pantego or Dalworthington Gardens have one or two home bathrooms and a septic system nobody wants to push.

Our 5-Station fixes this for most receptions. We set it on firm, level ground about 75 to 150 feet from the tent, light the path and start the AC in the afternoon so it is cool when guests arrive. North Texas clay turns soft after a spring storm, so we carry plywood and pick the driveway or a gravel pad when the lawn is wet. For a backyard, we measure the side gate first, since a 5-Station needs about 10 feet of width to pass.

Spring and fall are peak wedding seasons here, and the good Saturdays fill early. Call us as soon as you have the venue, and request a quote with the date, guest count and address. We will tell you on the phone which trailer fits, where it should park and whether you need an ADA unit for older guests.

Booking mobile restroom trailers for Arlington: the steps

Booking should be the easy part of planning an event. Four steps, a straight answer, and one team that owns the whole thing.

1

Tell us about the event

Share your date, your rough guest count, and the venue. That is enough for us to point you to the right size trailer.

2

We match the trailer and site

We pair you with a unit, confirm whether the site has water and power or needs a generator, and pin the exact spot so delivery is one clean trip.

3

Delivery and setup

We arrive on your schedule, level and set the trailer, connect it, and stock it so it is ready and fresh before the first guest.

4

Enjoy it, we handle pickup

The trailer holds up through your whole event while our line stays open. When you are done, we come back and take it away.

Same day

What service looks like for restroom units on an Arlington site

The ADA + 2 Restroom Trailer, with a self-contained wheelchair ramp, available for Arlington-area events

We handle the whole thing, not just the drop-off. Our team delivers the trailer, levels and sets it, connects water and power or stages a generator, and stocks it before your first guest arrives. When the event wraps, we come back and haul it away. You never touch the logistics. That part is on us.

For longer or higher-traffic bookings in Arlington, we offer an on-site attendant who keeps the trailer stocked and spotless through the event, and we pump and refresh the unit so it holds up from the first guest to the last. That always-fresh standard is the difference between a restroom guests use once and one they are glad to use all night.

Straight answers

How restroom units fit a typical Arlington schedule

The ADA + 6 Restroom Trailer, available for Arlington-area events

Typical setup: a pregame hospitality tent

For a client tent on a stadium district lot, we deliver a 9-Station the afternoon before, park it inside the vendor map and run power from the tent’s generator. An attendant restocks during the two busiest hours, and we pick up on your schedule after the lot clears.

Typical setup: a 220 guest barn reception

For a reception at a farm venue, we place a 5-Station on the gravel pad near the barn, about 100 feet from the dance floor. We light the path, start the AC at 3 p.m. and park our service truck where it will not block the caterer.

Typical setup: a six month project office

For a long build, we set a 3-Station beside the job trailer on a gravel pad and connect to a hose bib. Our crew pumps the tank and restocks every week, and we move the unit if the office moves.

Questions we get about bathroom trailers in Arlington

The 2-Station Restroom Trailer, our compact luxury unit, available for Arlington-area events
Where can guests in a wheelchair use the restroom at my Arlington event?

Our ADA trailers have a built in ramp with handrails and an accessible room with grab bars and room to turn. We set the ramp on the flattest ground near your tent or entrance and keep the path clear. For public events and parade day crowds we pair a 9-Station with an ADA + 2 trailer. Tell us if older guests are coming to a wedding, since many families add one for them.

What size trailer do I need for 250 guests at a five hour reception?

For 250 guests over five hours, a 5-Station is the right fit for most weddings and parties. It serves about 150 to 450 guests, or 200 to 500 across a five hour event. An open bar or a long dinner pushes use up, so for 350 or more we look at the 9-Station. Give us the guest count and the hours, and we will size it on the phone.

When do I need a generator instead of plugging into an outlet?

Each trailer needs one or two standard 20 amp, 120 volt circuits within about 100 feet. If the venue has outdoor outlets on separate circuits, we plug in and you need nothing else. Barn venues, open lots and stadium district tents often do not, so we bring a quiet generator and fuel it for the whole event. Never share the circuit with a band or a catering oven.

How does the trailer get water if there is no hose at my site?

Every unit has an onboard fresh water tank, so a hookup is nice but not required. For a one day event the tank usually covers the whole party. For multi-day rentals or job sites we connect to a hose bib when one is close, or we refill the tank on our service visits.

Do you pump and restock the trailer during a weekend festival or a long job?

Yes. On multi-day events we pump the waste tank, refill the fresh water and restock paper and soap, usually early in the morning before the gates open. Job sites get weekly or twice weekly service, depending on crew size. You approve the schedule up front, so there are no surprises.

Will a deluxe bathroom trailer fit through my backyard gate in Arlington?

It depends on the gate and the turn behind it. A 2-Station can pass through about 8 feet, while a 5-Station needs about 10 feet plus room to swing. We ask for the gate width and a photo before we book. If it will not fit, we set the unit on the driveway or the street side, with a short lit path.

Can you deliver the day before and pick up after a Saturday wedding?

Yes. Most trailers arrive the day before so we have time to level it, test the water and start the AC. Pickup is usually the next day, or Monday for a Saturday event if the venue allows it. On stadium event days we set the delivery window around the road closures.

Is an attendant included, or do I need to clean the restroom myself?

The trailer arrives cleaned and stocked, and most small parties need nothing more. For big crowds, corporate events and long receptions we offer an attendant who restocks paper and soap, wipes counters and keeps an eye on the line. You never handle the waste tank or the plumbing.

How far ahead should I book a trailer for a stadium game day or a big Arlington event?

For football weekends, big concerts and convention weeks, call as early as you can. Hotels, tents and catering for those dates book up fast, and so do our larger units. If your event has 500 or more people on public property, the city wants the permit application 90 days ahead, so we suggest locking the restroom plan at the same time.

Can I rent a temporary bathroom trailer for an outage at my Arlington business?

Yes. If the water goes out or a line breaks, call our 24/7 line with the address and the number of people on site. Our trailers carry their own water and waste tanks, so you can stay open while repairs happen. During the February 2021 freeze, Arlington was under a boil water notice for four days, which is a good reminder to have a plan.

Do you serve Grand Prairie, Mansfield and the rest of the Mid-Cities?

Yes. We deliver across Arlington and the surrounding cities, including Grand Prairie, Mansfield, Kennedale, Pantego, Euless, Bedford and Hurst. We also cover Fort Worth and Dallas from the same Texas schedule. Most nearby deliveries take less than an hour from our route.

How-to guides for planning portable restroom rentals

A Lavatory ADA restroom trailer with a long aluminum ramp set on the paved apron beside a large industrial building

Deeper reading for hosts and planners, from sizing a trailer to your guest count to keeping guests comfortable through a long event. Tap any guide to open it.

A planner’s checklist for restrooms at an Arlington game day tent

Start with the lot, not the trailer. Stadium district lots look wide open on a Tuesday, but on event day they fill with tents, buses, food trucks and credentialed traffic. Ask the venue or the lot owner for the vendor map and the load in window. Get the name of the person who approves placement, too. Then count your guests and your hours. A three hour pregame with drinks for 300 people is a 9-Station job, and a smaller client tent of 120 people fits a 5-Station. If the public can walk in, add an ADA unit. Mark the trailer on your site plan about 60 to 100 feet from the tent, on flat pavement, with a clear path that does not cross a vehicle lane. Decide who supplies power. A tent generator can carry the trailer if it has a spare 20 amp circuit, or we can bring our own quiet unit. Finally, set the pickup time after the lot clears, not during the exit rush, because a truck stuck in post game traffic helps nobody.

On the day itself, the small things make the difference. Ask us for an attendant if the tent will be busy, since one person restocking and wiping counters keeps a 9-Station feeling new for hours. Put a sign at the tent entrance pointing to the restrooms, and light the path if the event runs past dark. Keep the area around the steps clear of coolers and chairs. Give our driver a phone number for someone who will be on site at delivery, not just the planner who is stuck at the office. If your company hosts several game days in a season, ask about a standing booking. We can hold the same trailer for your dates, set it the night before each game and pick it up the morning after, so you plan the restroom once instead of every week.

How to choose where the bathroom trailer goes at a farm or barn wedding

The best spot is close enough that guests do not miss the toasts, and far enough that nobody smells or hears anything at dinner. For most barn and ranch weddings around Arlington and Mansfield, that is 75 to 150 feet from the reception, on the same side as the bar. Look for firm, level ground. Gravel pads, driveways and packed dirt roads are best. A lawn works in dry weather, but North Texas clay turns soft after a spring storm and a heavy trailer can sink. Check what is between the road and the spot. Cattle guards, narrow gates, low branches and soft ditches all change the plan. Ask the venue where past trailers have gone. Many farm venues already have a favorite spot with power nearby, and that saves everyone time. Think about lighting too. A path that looks easy at 4 p.m. can be dark and uneven at 10 p.m., so plan for string lights or lanterns along the way.

Then think about the people. Older guests and anyone in heels will thank you for a short, flat walk. An ADA trailer with a ramp makes the trip easy for grandparents and guests using a cane. If the ceremony and reception happen in different places on the property, put the trailer near the reception, since that is where guests spend four or five hours. Plan for the weather. In May and June, start the AC by mid afternoon so the rooms are cool when the doors open. In November, the heat keeps the rooms comfortable after sunset. Tell your coordinator who to call if something needs attention during the night. Our team gives you a direct number, and we can have an attendant on site for the big weddings. Send us the venue name and a photo of the area, and we will mark the spot with you before delivery day.

Questions to ask before you rent a private restroom unit for a project office

A project office restroom is not just a nice extra. It is where owners, inspectors and visitors form an opinion about how the job is run. Before you book, ask how often the unit will be serviced and what happens if the schedule slips. Ask whether the rental covers pump outs, restocking and the move if your office relocates. Ask about water. A unit that fills from a hose bib saves service trips, while one that uses its onboard tank needs a refill schedule. Ask about power, since most job trailers already have a panel and a spare 20 amp circuit is often all we need. Ask how the company handles a winter freeze, since pipes and tanks need heat when a Texas cold snap hits. Our units have heaters built in, and we can drain and winterize a trailer when a job pauses.

Next, think about headcount and length. A small office with six to ten people on site most days fits a 2-Station. A busy office with daily meetings and visitors fits a 3-Station. Remember that the federal job site toilet table in 29 CFR 1926.51 still applies to the crew, so most sites keep standard units for the trades and add the trailer for the office. Ask for one point of contact who can change the service schedule with a single call. Finally, ask who owns the equipment. A broker may send a different unit each time and may not answer the phone on a Saturday. We own every trailer and every truck, and our team answers the phone 24/7. Tell us your start date and expected finish, and we will set a service plan that matches the build.

What the restroom plan for a big public event in Arlington should cover

Large public events in Arlington run on a long timeline. If your event will draw 500 or more people on a public facility, the city’s special events chapter wants the permit application filed at least 90 calendar days ahead. The safety and traffic plans go in with it. The plan has to cover sanitation, and the code calls for portable restrooms that supplement the venue’s own restrooms based on the expected crowd. That means you need a restroom count early, before the site plan is drawn. Start with your peak crowd, not your total attendance. A street festival may see 20,000 people over a day, but only a fraction are there at the same hour. Count your peak hour, add more if there is a beer garden, and add at least one ADA unit for every bank of restrooms. Place restroom banks at both ends of a long route so nobody walks half a mile.

Then plan the service. A one day festival may need one pump out midday if the crowd is large. A multi day event needs service each morning before the gates open, plus an attendant during peak hours. Keep a service lane open so our truck can reach the trailers without crossing the crowd. Think about shade and heat too. September events like the West Main Arts Festival can still run hot, and a cool restroom with running water is a welcome break. Finally, put the restrooms on your map and your signs. Guests should not have to ask where they are. Call us early in your planning, and we will give you a written count and a placement sketch for your permit file.
