Austin-area companies call The Lavatory first for VIP restroom trailer rentals
We do not own a single plastic toilet. Every unit we send to Austin has china toilets that flush, sinks with running water, real lights and a thermostat, because that is the only kind of trailer on our lot. You never get talked down to a cheaper box the week of your event, and you never get a surprise swap at delivery. That is why race directors, wedding planners and market organizers keep our number. We run the largest luxury restroom trailer fleet in the Western U.S., with over 250 units, more than 30 years in event rental, an A+ BBB rating, and a team that is licensed and insured and SAM.gov registered for public work. Call us or request a quote, and we will match the right size to your guest count the same day.
We own every unit we send
We do not rent from someone else and mark it up. The trailer on your quote is the trailer that shows up at your gate.
Rooms guests actually like
China toilets, running water, mirrors, lights and AC. Guests come back to the party talking about the bathroom for the right reason.
Sized to your crowd and hours
We ask for guest count, event length and whether there is a bar. That tells us the station count, so lines stay short at the peak.
We plan around I-35, MoPac and US 290
Austin traffic can turn a 20-mile drop into a two-hour trip. We time deliveries around rush hour on I-35 and MoPac, leave early for Hill Country venues on US 290, and confirm gate codes and site contacts the day before.

“Renting a real bathroom trailer for our backyard party in Austin was the smartest call we made. Nobody wanted a gross plastic box, and this felt like a nice restroom at a hotel.”

“Our soccer tournament north of Austin had the portable restroom trailer in place before the first team bus pulled in. The two drivers were courteous, careful backing in beside the fields, and done in under an hour.”

“When our venue ran short on restrooms for a fall festival near Austin, this trailer filled the gap. It stayed cool, clean and comfortable all day, which made a big difference with a crowd that size.”
Proof from the event hosts who have booked our luxury restroom trailers
The companies that could rent anything still call us for restrooms, because a cheap plastic unit at a launch party or a shareholder event ruins everything the day is meant to say. The Lavatory has provided luxury restrooms for names like Google, Tesla, BMW, Mercedes, eBay, and Target, for hospitality at Caesars Palace, and for pro sports including the Golden State Warriors, Oakland A’s, and Las Vegas Raiders.

The reason those bookings repeat is simple. A luxury restroom is the one vendor a guest uses and remembers, for better or worse, so the trailer has to be stocked, clean and working from the first guest to the last. That is how we run every unit in the fleet, and it is the same standard behind every Austin booking, from a backyard engagement party to a festival gate.
Three decades in event and equipment rental, running the largest luxury restroom trailer fleet in the Western U.S. Every unit ours, never a broker’s.
Event restroom trailer rentals for Austin races, tournaments and stadium overflow
For a Hill Country reception of 150 to 450 guests, the 5-Station is the size we send most. When a race corral or a big market night needs more room, we step up to the 9-Station or set two trailers side by side.

Austin is a serious race town, and the numbers prove it. The Statesman Cap10K had more than 24,400 people registered in April 2026, which makes it the largest 10K in Texas. The Austin Marathon, Half and 5K topped 30,000 people the same year, and the 2027 race is set for February 14. Runners line up before dawn, and the restroom line at the start corral is the part of race morning that they remember and talk about later.
Stadium days bring the same problem in a different shape. Q2 Stadium seats 20,738 for Austin FC, and Mike A. Myers Stadium hosts the Texas Relays every spring with thousands of athletes. The buildings have plenty of restrooms for the seating bowl, but the sponsor tents, team areas, medical tents and tailgate lots usually have none at all. A luxury restroom trailer parked by a VIP tent keeps your guests out of the main concourse lines.
Youth sports draw even bigger crowds over a full weekend. Round Rock calls itself the Sports Capital of Texas, and Old Settlers Park covers 670 acres with a 20-field baseball complex and a long list of soccer and softball fields. A weekend tournament with over 100 teams can swamp a park restroom block by noon on Saturday. We set portable restroom trailers near the busy fields and service them between game windows.
After years of race mornings, our advice is simple to follow: plan for the peak, not the average, because nearly everyone needs a restroom in the 45 minutes before the gun goes off. We size for that rush, place units where the corral feeds in, and keep them stocked through the finish. Hosting a crew that also needs showers after a long day? Our Austin shower trailer rentals can sit right beside the restrooms.
What every restroom trailer comes with
Flushing china toilets
Real porcelain toilets with a foot flush, the same fixtures your guests use at home, not a chemical tank.
Running-water sinks
Stainless steel sinks with real running water, hand soap, and towels, fed by onboard water tanks so you are covered even without a hookup.
Climate control
Air conditioning for a summer afternoon and heat for a cold evening, so the trailer stays comfortable no matter the season.
Framed mirrors and lighting
Oversized framed vanity mirrors, warm interior lighting, and finished flooring that reads like a venue restroom, not a jobsite.
Fully stocked, always fresh
Premium toilet paper, towels, soap, and fragrance, restocked and pumped so the unit stays fresh from the first guest to the last.
Power and water handled
Onboard water tanks plus a generator when your site has no hookup, so the trailer runs anywhere from a vineyard to an open field.
Full specifications for every unit are on the 5-Station spec page and its four sister pages, or call and we will spec it to your Austin guest count.
The full restroom trailer fleet is one page over; below is how we size a unit to a Texas guest count.
Five sizes of bathroom trailers, and how to pick one for Austin
Five sizes cover everything from a single ADA-compliant suite to a festival crowd. Every one has flushing china toilets, running water and climate control. Tell us your guest count and how long the event runs, and we will size it.

2-Station Restroom Trailer
One women’s suite and one men’s suite for up to about 150 guests, in a compact box that fits into a driveway or garden path. 105 gallons of fresh water, a 300-gallon waste tank and a single 20A/120V circuit make it the pick for backyard weddings and engagement parties.

3-Station Restroom Trailer
Two women’s suites and one men’s suite for up to about 225 guests, sized for the everyday mid-size gathering, from a milestone birthday to a company off-site. 200 gallons of fresh water, a 400-gallon waste tank, one 20A/120V circuit.

5-Station Restroom Trailer
Women’s side with 3 stalls and 2 sinks, men’s side with 1 stall, 1 urinal and 1 sink, built for 150 to 450 guests so a full reception never waits. 200 gallons of fresh water, a 520-gallon waste tank, one 20A/120V circuit within 100 feet.

9-Station Restroom Trailer
Women’s side with 5 stalls and 2 sinks, men’s side with 2 stalls, 2 urinals and 1 sink, sized for 400 to 900 guests so hundreds of people can move through the line at once. Two AC units, two 20A/120V circuits, a 750-gallon waste tank.

ADA + 2 Restroom Trailer
One women’s suite, one men’s suite and one ADA unisex suite with a self-contained ramp, built to federal ADA requirements. Sized for events up to about 200 guests or job sites up to about 30 crew, with 210 gallons of fresh water on board.
An 8-Station Private Stall Deluxe and an ADA + 6 configuration are also in the fleet for big productions and larger guest counts. If you are between sizes, we spec it to your guest count rather than nudge you into more trailer than the day calls for.
For events beyond this city, our Texas restroom trailer service area lists every region we deliver to.
Booking a temporary restroom trailer for Austin in four steps
Booking should be the easy part of planning an event. Four steps, a straight answer, and one team that owns the whole thing.
Tell us about the event
Share your date, your rough guest count, and the venue. That is enough for us to point you to the right size trailer.
We match the trailer and site
We pair you with a unit, confirm whether the site has water and power or needs a generator, and pin the exact spot so delivery is one clean trip.
Delivery and setup
We arrive on your schedule, level and set the trailer, connect it, and stock it so it is ready and fresh before the first guest.
Enjoy it, we handle pickup
The trailer holds up through your whole event while our line stays open. When you are done, we come back and take it away.
The service behind every one of our VIP restroom trailers in Austin

We handle the whole thing, not just the drop-off. Our team delivers the trailer, levels and sets it, connects water and power or stages a generator, and stocks it before your first guest arrives. When the event wraps, we come back and haul it away. You never touch the logistics. That part is on us.
For longer or higher-traffic bookings in Austin, we offer an on-site attendant who keeps the trailer stocked and spotless through the event, and we pump and refresh the unit so it holds up from the first guest to the last. That always-fresh standard is the difference between a restroom guests use once and one they are glad to use all night.
Temporary bathroom rentals for Austin holiday markets and seasonal pop-ups

December in Austin means long market nights. The Armadillo Christmas Bazaar runs December 12 to 21, 2026 at the Palmer Events Center with about 200 artists. Blue Genie Art Bazaar opens its holiday market on Airport Boulevard from November 13 through Christmas Eve, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day. The Trail of Lights fills Zilker Park from December 10 to 23 with food trucks and three stages.
Markets are long events that stretch over many days, not one big night. Vendors stand at booths for 10 or 12 hours, and shoppers stay longer when there is a clean, warm restroom close by. We set a temporary bathroom trailer near the food area, light the steps and plan a service visit each day so paper and soap never run out on a Saturday.
Cold fronts are the part of December planning that most people forget about. Austin saw the February 2023 ice storm and the Uri freeze in 2021, and December nights can drop near freezing. Our trailers have real heat, and we manage the water so lines do not freeze overnight. That matters a great deal on a 10-day run, when the unit sits outside through every kind of Central Texas weather.
Spring has its own pop-ups. SXSW brings brand activations downtown in March, and Rodeo Austin draws more than 250,000 visitors to the Travis County Expo Center over two weeks. A private restroom trailer at a sponsor lounge or a hospitality tent gives your guests a reason to stay put.
Site planning and ADA access for restroom trailers in Austin
A trailer on your own driveway or private ranch for a private party usually needs no city permit, though your HOA or venue may have its own rules. Public events are different. The Austin Center for Events, called ACE, sorts events into four tiers. A 10K race is Tier 3 and must apply 120 days out. A Tier 4 event like the Trail of Lights must apply 180 days out.
ACE asks for one toilet for every 50 people at peak attendance, with at least 5 to 10 percent of them accessible. Each restroom spot needs at least one accessible unit on level ground, with an accessible route to it. Handwashing has to sit near the restrooms and food areas with water, soap and towels the whole time. Our ADA + 2 trailer meets federal ADA rules and brings its own ramp.
Waste is the part people do not see. In Texas, haulers that move toilet waste must be registered with TCEQ as sludge transporters, and the waste has to go to a legal disposal site. We handle that for every unit we place. If your event blocks a street or a sidewalk, you may also need a right of way permit, and we can share our site plan so the city sees where the trailer sits.

Ramps, suites and venue access on the site
- ADA-accessible units with a self-contained ramp, wide door, grab bars, and turning room.
- Guidance on where to place the trailer so it is easy to reach and easy to service.
- Water and power sorted before delivery, with a generator staged when the site has no hookup.
- Licensed and insured on every unit we put on the road.
One thing we always say plainly: some venues and city permits have their own rules on placement, accessibility, and event restrooms. Tell us your venue and we will help you plan around them, but confirm any permit requirements with the venue or the city as well.
Remodels, outages and film shoots: more jobs for our mobile restroom trailers
Most of our Austin calendar falls into three kinds of jobs. Race and tournament directors book us for start corrals, VIP tents and team areas. Couples and planners book us for receptions on ranches, vineyards and big backyards west of town. Market and festival producers book us for long stretches of December nights and spring pop-ups.

Ice storm and outage backup
During the February 2023 ice storm about half of Austin Energy customers lost power at some point. When a church, office or restaurant loses water or power, our trailers bring their own tanks and a generator so the doors stay open.

Restaurant and office remodels
Gutting a restroom in a Downtown office or a South Congress restaurant? A trailer in the back lot keeps staff and customers on site while the plumbers work. We can leave it in place for weeks or months while the work gets done.

Film and TV base camps
Texas put new money into its film incentive program in 2025, and Austin crews shoot on ranches and back lots with no plumbing. A clean, quiet trailer near base camp keeps talent and crew happy.

Long-term construction trailers
Long jobs in Leander, Kyle and the airport area need restrooms that hold up for months. We set the unit, plan a pump schedule and handle it until the project wraps.

Campus and graduation events
Graduation parties, alumni tents and campus festivals near UT and the Moody Center draw big crowds to spots with few restrooms. We place units on level ground close to the tents.

Private estates and milestone parties
Quinceañeras, retirement parties and big birthdays in West Lake Hills or Circle C. The 2-Station keeps guests out of your house and fits most driveways.
What ties these together is the guest experience. Nobody remembers a restroom that worked, but everybody remembers one that did not. Because our units sit staged across the region instead of a couple counties away, getting a luxury trailer to an Austin date, even a last-minute one, is an ordinary ask here, not a scramble.

Why festival producers budget for a portable restroom trailer first in Austin

Think about what an Austin event actually costs to put on. The venue, the catering, the flowers, the photographer, the hours of planning. Then picture a guest walking out of a hot plastic box in the middle of all of it. Nobody plans for that. The restroom is the one vendor every single guest uses, often more than once, and it is the detail they quietly judge the whole event by.
A luxury restroom trailer protects everything else you spent on. It reads like an extension of the venue, holds up through a full day of guests, and gives people one less thing to remember for the wrong reason. Set against the total cost of the day, it is a small line item that quietly carries a lot of the impression, which is exactly why the hosts who have been burned once book the trailer first the next time.
Upscale bathroom trailers for Hill Country vineyard, ranch and backyard weddings

A lot of Austin weddings actually happen out of town in the Hill Country to the west. Dripping Springs calls itself the Wedding Capital of Texas and counts more than 35 wedding venues within 15 miles. Camp Lucy hosts up to 350 guests across its spaces, and Vista West Ranch holds about 250. Driftwood has vineyard estates like Duchman Family Winery, and Spicewood has lake views over Lake Travis.
Those places are beautiful, and many of them were built around a tasting room or a small barn. The restrooms inside are often sized for a quiet weekday, not 250 guests and an open bar for five hours. Ranch septic systems can struggle with a wedding night too. A self-contained upscale bathroom trailer takes that load off the building, because it brings its own water and holds its own waste.
Delivery is where the experience shows. Hill Country roads mean caliche drives, cattle guards, tight gates and live oak limbs that hang low over the lane. We ask for gate widths and photos before the truck rolls, and we place the unit close enough for guests in heels and far enough that nobody sees it in the vows photos. We light the path at night and keep the AC running through the toasts.
Backyard weddings in Tarrytown, Travis Heights or West Lake Hills are a different kind of job, because narrow city lots and steep driveways leave very little room to work with. The 2-Station or 3-Station fits most driveways, sits level on our jacks and runs quietly on house power. Guests stay out of your house, and your own bathrooms stay clean for the family.
Typical Austin setups for our luxury bathroom trailers

Typical setup: a 10K start corral before sunrise
When a race starts at 7 a.m., we set the trailers the evening before near the corral entrance, with clear lanes for runners in and out. We fill the tanks, test the lights and leave the AC off until morning. A crew member checks paper and soap before the first wave lines up.
Typical setup: a vineyard reception with a long walk
When the ceremony is on a hill and the reception is in the barn, we put a 5-Station between the two on firm ground. We lay boards under the wheels if the soil is soft, run a quiet generator downwind and light the path so guests can find it after dark.
Typical setup: a 10-day holiday market
When a market runs every night for over a week, we place the trailer near the food area and plan a daily service visit. On cold nights we keep the heat on and manage the water so nothing freezes. Vendors get a clean restroom on day 10 that looks like day one.
Austin neighborhoods served by our portable restroom trailer rentals

We deliver across all of Austin, from Downtown and Mueller to the Domain, Circle C and Del Valle. Our crews also cover Travis, Williamson, Hays and Bastrop counties on a schedule we set with you. Planning events in more than one city? We also handle luxury restroom trailer rentals in San Antonio, and our full Austin trailer rental lineup shows the showers, laundry and other units we bring to town. We are a direct fleet, not a reseller, and we serve every state. Give us an address and a date, and we will tell you how fast we can be there.
We cover Austin luxury restroom trailer rentals across Texas. Neighborhoods and towns we serve include Downtown, Rainey Street, East Austin, Mueller, Hyde Park, The Domain, Zilker, Barton Hills, Travis Heights, South Congress, Tarrytown, West Lake Hills, Circle C, Oak Hill, Del Valle, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Leander, Pflugerville, Dripping Springs, Lakeway, Kyle, Buda.
Events outside town are covered too; the Texas restroom trailer coverage map shows every corridor.
Downtown and Rainey Street
Brand launches, rooftop parties and race starts. Deliveries need early timing, curb space and sometimes a right of way permit.
Zilker and Barton Hills
Park events, Trail of Lights week and family reunions. City park events follow Austin Center for Events rules for restrooms.
East Austin and Mueller
Warehouse parties, brewery events and farmers market weekends. Lots in this part of town are often paved, which makes our setup quick and simple.
The Domain and North Austin
Corporate events and office remodels near the tech campuses. We plan deliveries around parking garages, loading docks and heavy weekday traffic.
Tarrytown and West Lake Hills
Backyard weddings and milestone parties on steep, tree-lined lots. The compact 2-Station fits on most residential driveways without trouble.
Del Valle and the COTA area
Race weekends, camping crowds and big outdoor events near Circuit of the Americas. Open ground out there often means we bring a generator along with the trailer.
Most Austin rentals can be delivered the same day, and our dispatch line answers 24/7 for last-minute and emergency dates.

What site contractors ask about VIP restroom trailers in Austin

When should I book a luxury restroom trailer for an Austin wedding in spring or fall?
Book as soon as you have a date and a venue locked in, since the best weekends go first. March through May and October through November are the busy months, and those weekends also collide with SXSW, Rodeo Austin, ACL Fest and the F1 race. We often hold Hill Country Saturdays six to nine months out. If your date is closer than that, call anyway, because we may still have a unit staged nearby.
How is a luxury restroom trailer different from a porta potty at an Austin event?
A porta potty is a plastic box with a tank under the seat. Our trailers have flushing china toilets, sinks with running water, mirrors, lights and air conditioning, with separate rooms for women and men. Guests climb a few steps into a clean, bright room that feels much more like a hotel restroom than a portable toilet. On a 100 degree afternoon in Austin, the air conditioning alone makes a huge difference for your guests.
Do I need a 5-Station or a 9-Station for 250 guests at a Hill Country reception?
For 250 guests over about five hours, the 5-Station is usually right. It covers about 200 to 500 guests for a five-hour event. If the bar is open the whole night, the party runs late, or you expect more than 400 people, we step up to the 9-Station or add a second trailer. Tell us your guest count, your hours and whether there is a bar, and we will size the trailer for you.
Will a portable restroom trailer fit on my ranch, vineyard or backyard in Austin?
Most sites in and around Austin work just fine for our trailers. We need fairly level ground, a path at least 10 feet wide and room to back in a truck and trailer. Low live oak limbs, cattle guards and soft ground after rain are the usual problems, so we ask for photos and gate widths first. We level the unit on its own jacks and can lay boards over soft soil after a rain.
Can I rent a temporary restroom trailer long term for a remodel or construction job in Austin?
Yes, we rent by the week or the month for restaurant remodels, office upgrades and construction sites. We set a pump and restock schedule based on how many people use it each day. Long jobs in Leander, Kyle and near the airport often keep the same unit for months, and we handle everything until the work is done.
Is the cost of a luxury bathroom trailer in Austin based on size, days or distance?
It depends on all three of those things, plus a few more. The size of the unit matters most, then the number of days, the distance from our staged units and whether you need a generator or extra service visits. A Saturday in October costs more to hold than a Tuesday in January because demand is higher. Call or request a quote, and we will give you a clear number with no surprises.
Where does the water come from if my Austin venue has no hookup?
The water comes from the trailer itself. Each unit carries its own fresh water tank, filled before delivery, and a separate waste tank. For most one-day events, the onboard tanks easily cover the whole party from start to finish. For longer events, we refill and pump on a set schedule, or we connect to a hose bib if your site has one.
What happens to the trailer in Austin summer heat or a winter freeze?
Every unit has air conditioning and heat on a thermostat. In summer we turn the AC on early so the rooms are cool when guests arrive, which matters in a city that hit 100 degrees 45 days in a row in 2023. In winter we keep the heat on and manage the water so the lines do not freeze overnight.
Do I need a city permit for restrooms at an event in an Austin park?
If your event is public or on city land, it likely goes through the Austin Center for Events. ACE uses tiers with lead times from 3 business days to 180 days, and it asks for one toilet per 50 people at peak. We send our specs, site plan and insurance certificate so your permit file is complete.
How fast can you bring a mobile restroom trailer during a water or power outage?
Usually the same day, often within 1 to 2 hours, depending on the unit and the address. Our trailers carry their own water and waste tanks, and we bring a generator if the building has no power. Call our 24/7 line, tell us how many people need restrooms, and we will tell you what we can send and when.
Do you deliver luxury restroom trailers to Hill Country towns outside Austin?
Yes, we deliver to Dripping Springs, Driftwood, Wimberley, Spicewood, Johnson City and beyond. Hill Country drives take longer, so we plan the route and timing ahead and confirm the gate and site contact the day before.
Austin planning guides for luxury restroom trailer rentals

How Austin event permits shape your restroom plan
If your event is open to the public or sits on city land, the Austin Center for Events will ask about restrooms early. ACE sorts events into four tiers. Tier 1 covers small runs and food trucks and needs 3 business days. Tier 2 covers parking lot events and street closures and needs 30 days. Tier 3, which includes 10K races, Bat Fest and the Texas Book Festival, needs 120 days. Tier 4 events like ACL Fest and the Trail of Lights need 180 days. The bigger the event, the earlier you need a restroom count, a site map and an insurance certificate. We see planners lose weeks because they waited on the restroom vendor, so we send specs and a sketch the same day you call.
The math ACE uses is one toilet per 50 people at peak attendance, with at least 5 to 10 percent accessible. Each spot where restrooms sit needs at least one accessible unit on level ground, and handwashing must be close to the restrooms and the food. A trailer counts every flushing toilet and urinal, so a single 9-Station covers a lot of that math in one footprint. We help you count stations, mark where each trailer sits and show the accessible route. That way the permit reviewer sees a plan that already works, and your event day starts with one less thing to worry about.
A season-by-season booking calendar for Austin VIP restroom trailers
Austin has a few weeks every year when nearly every event restroom trailer in Central Texas is spoken for. March is the first one. SXSW runs mid-month, Rodeo Austin runs about two weeks at the Expo Center, and spring weddings start in Dripping Springs at the same time. April brings the Cap10K and the Texas Relays. Then the calendar slows in the summer heat, when most events move indoors or to the evening, and backyard parties and remodels fill the gaps.
October is the second crunch, and it is the hardest one. ACL Fest takes two weekends at Zilker, the F1 race fills Circuit of the Americas, and fall wedding season is at its peak in the Hill Country. November stays busy with weddings and festivals, and December belongs to holiday markets and company parties. If your date lands in March, October or the first three weeks of December, call us first and book early. If it lands in January, June or August, you have more room, and you may get the exact unit you want with a few weeks of notice.
Ten questions to ask before you book a private restroom trailer in Austin
Start with the basics before you look at anything else. Does the company own the trailer, or will it rent one from someone else and send whatever shows up? How many stations, and how many guests is that size good for at your event length? Does it have real air conditioning and heat, or just a fan? Who sets it up, levels it and stocks it? What happens if a toilet clogs at 9 p.m. on a Saturday? You want a phone number that a real person answers on the night of the event.
Then ask the company about your site and what it will need. What does the unit need for power, and will they bring a generator if you have none? How much water does it hold, and when will they pump it? Can it fit through your gate and under your trees? Do they carry insurance and send a certificate for the venue or the city? For a job site, ask how they meet the federal sanitation rule for crews. Good answers to all ten tell you the trailer will look the same at the end of the night as it did when the first guest walked in.
Keeping your Austin building open when the water or power goes out
Austin has seen two hard winter hits in a short span. Winter Storm Uri in February 2021 dropped water pressure and brought a citywide boil notice. Two days of freezing rain in February 2023 knocked out power to about half of Austin Energy customers at some point, and it took about 10 days to restore most of them. When a building loses water or power, the restrooms are one of the first things to go. A church, a clinic, a school or a busy restaurant cannot stay open without them.
A portable restroom trailer solves that problem fast because it does not depend on the building at all. It carries its own fresh water and waste tanks, and we bring a generator for power and heat. We park it close to the entrance, put a path down if the ground is icy and set a service plan until your plumbing is back. If you manage a building that cannot close, it pays to call us before the next storm. We can keep your address and the right unit size on file ahead of time, so the call during an outage takes about two minutes.
Planning accessible restrooms for an Austin event
Accessibility is part of every good restroom plan for an Austin event, and it should never be treated as an extra. Austin’s event guide asks for at least one accessible unit at each restroom location, set on level ground, with an accessible route to reach it. If you place only one restroom in a spot, it has to be the accessible one. Our ADA + 2 trailer has one accessible unisex room plus a women’s and a men’s room, and it comes with its own ramp and handrails. It meets federal ADA rules, so one trailer covers both needs in the same footprint.
Placement matters just as much as the unit you choose for the event. The ramp needs a flat landing, a clear path from the main event area and no curbs or loose gravel in the way. We look at your site map, find the flattest ground and set the ramp facing the crowd. At weddings, we think about older guests and anyone in a wheelchair who should not have to cross a field. At races and markets, we keep the route clear of cables and vendor carts so nobody has to ask for help.
