Hot water that does not run out
Cheap units heat the first few showers and then go cold. Our trailers have water heaters sized for real volume, so the last person in line gets the same hot water as the first. That matters at an oilfield camp or a shelter where everyone shows up at once.
Runs with no water or power

Distance is one. A run out past Midland takes more road time than a drop inside Loop 610. Timing is another, because hurricane season, harvest, and big event weekends all book the fleet at once. Rental length matters, since a month-long job is priced differently than a weekend. And an off-grid setup adds servicing, because someone has to bring fresh water and haul the waste out.
