Do I need a 5-Station or a 9-Station for 300 guests with an open bar?
For about 300 guests over a five-hour reception, the 5-Station is usually right. An open bar and a long dance floor push use up, so for 400 or more, or a crowd that stays late, we suggest the 9-Station or two smaller units in two spots. We will go over the numbers with you on the phone.
Will one outdoor outlet at my house power the trailer?
Usually yes. Most of our units need one standard 20 amp, 120 volt circuit within about 100 feet. The 9-Station and the ADA + 2 need two circuits. If the outlet is shared with lights or a band, or the site has no power, we bring a quiet generator and set it away from the guests.
Can the trailer fill from my garden hose, or does it bring water?
Both work. Every unit has its own fresh water tank, so it can run all night with no hookup. If you have a hose bib nearby, we can connect for longer events. With SAWS watering limits in place, many hosts like that the onboard tank leaves their own water alone.
Is the waste tank pumped during a multi-day festival?
Yes. On events that run two days or more, we set service visits based on the crowd size and hours. A pump truck empties the waste tank, we refill fresh water if needed, and our crew restocks paper, soap and towels. Visits happen early in the morning or after close so guests never see them.
Where can the trailer sit on a Hill Country ranch with a gravel drive?
We need a spot that is fairly level, firm enough for a truck and trailer, and reachable without sharp turns or low branches. Gravel and caliche are fine. Soft grass after rain is the main problem, so we may lay boards or pick a spot closer to the drive. We look at photos or walk the site before delivery.
What time do you deliver and pick up for a Saturday event?
Most deliveries happen the day before or the morning of the event, and pickup is the next day. Setup takes about an hour, and we text you when the crew is on the way. Need it gone early Sunday so the venue can reset? Tell us the time and we will plan the pickup around it.
When do I need an ADA restroom trailer?
