Private Luxury Shower Trailer Rentals in Texas
The Lavatory is the number one shower trailer rental company in Texas. We rent private, luxury shower trailers to residents, work crews, and event teams across the state. Every unit has genuine hot water, heating and air conditioning, and a private room for each person. We deliver them anywhere in Texas, and they run fully self-contained when a site has no water or power.
Our shower trailers serve a lot of different jobs. They serve disaster response, including tornadoes, hurricanes, floods, wildfires, and winter storms. They serve oil and gas crews, construction sites, hazmat cleanups, military operations, farm and ranch work, festivals, sporting and outdoor fitness events, and homeless outreach programs. We rent them short-term, long-term, and on recurring service routes.
We own and service every trailer we send. We are not a broker, so the unit that shows up is one we maintain ourselves. We have completed more than 20,000 deliveries, and we run dispatch 24 hours a day across the whole state. Tell us your location, your dates, and how many people you need to serve, and we will get you a quote.

West Texas and the Permian Basin

We run a fleet of more than 200 trailers. That lets us match the right unit to your crew size, your site, and your dates anywhere in Texas. The 8-Station is our main standalone shower unit, and most large jobs start there.

8-Station Private Shower Trailer
This is our largest standalone shower unit. It has eight private rooms, so it keeps the line short for big crews like an oilfield camp or a packed shelter.
It runs fully self-contained with its own fresh, grey, and black water tanks. It has real hot water, a private room for each person, and an interior built for heavy daily use.

ADA + 2 Private Shower Trailer
This unit has one fully accessible shower suite plus two standard private rooms. One trailer covers ADA access and extra capacity at the same time. Shelters, events, and county programs use it often.
The accessible suite has a roll-in entry, grab bars, a fold-down bench, and room to turn a wheelchair. The whole trailer runs self-contained for sites with no hookups.

4-Station Shower, Restroom & Laundry Combo
This combo unit adds laundry to the mix, which matters on long jobs. A crew can shower, use the restroom, and wash clothes on site without leaving.
It has four private showers, restroom stalls, and a working laundry in one climate-controlled trailer that runs on its own. It is built for multi-week jobs where the crew lives near the work.

Single-Station ADA Shower & Restroom Combo
This is a compact accessible shower and restroom in one small trailer. It fits tight sites and small jobs, like a narrow lot or a neighborhood program.
It still has the roll-in entry, grab bars, hot water, and air conditioning of the larger units. It carries everything onboard, so it can set up almost anywhere in Texas.
View this trailerWhat Makes Our Shower Trailers Different
A lot of companies rent something they call a shower trailer. Fewer can put a unit on a site with no water or power and keep a hundred people in hot showers all week. Three things set our trailers apart.
Hot water that does not run out
Cheap units heat the first few showers and then go cold. Our trailers have water heaters sized for real volume, so the last person in line gets the same hot water as the first. That matters at an oilfield camp or a shelter where everyone shows up at once.
Runs with no water or power
Most Texas job sites have no water line and no spare power. Our trailers carry their own fresh water, hold grey and black water in onboard tanks, and run on a built-in generator. They make hot, pressurized showers on a bare lease road or an empty lot. If a site has hookups, we use them instead.
Clean and fully stocked
We service and sanitize every unit on a schedule and keep it stocked with soap, towels, and supplies. The heat and air conditioning are tuned for a 100-degree day on the coast or a hard freeze in the Panhandle. People use a clean trailer and avoid a dirty one, so we keep ours clean.
Shower Trailer Uses Across Texas
Our shower trailers are used wherever a site has no plumbing. There is more of that kind of work in Texas than almost any other state. Here are the main jobs they handle.
Oil and gas crews
The Permian Basin around Midland and Odessa is one of the busiest oil regions in the country. Crews work remote leases for weeks at a time, often an hour from the nearest town. Many sites have one toilet and one sink for every four workers. We deliver 8-station and combo units right to the camp, run them self-contained, and keep them serviced for the length of the job. We do the same for Eagle Ford crews in South Texas and refinery turnarounds along the Houston Ship Channel and in Port Arthur.
Pipeline, wind, and solar construction
Pipeline crews move a few miles a week and rarely have a building to use. West Texas also has wind and solar farms going up on open range. These jobs are remote and spread out, so we stage shower and combo units that move with the crew and run on their own water and power.

Hurricanes and Gulf Coast storms
The Texas coast gets hit hard. Hurricane Harvey flooded Houston in 2017. Hurricane Beryl knocked out power for millions in July 2024, and the state added 81 counties to its disaster declaration with more than 2,500 responders. When a shelter opens and the building has no water, people still need to get clean. We deliver shower trailers to shelters and staging sites as a FEMA disaster-relief partner, often the same day, and run them on our own water and power.
Wildfires
Texas has wildfires too. The Smokehouse Creek Fire in February 2024 covered more than a million acres of the Panhandle, the largest wildfire in state history. Recovery crews, ranch hands, and displaced families all need a place to wash up while the work goes on for weeks. We set self-contained units at staging points and keep them serviced.
Floods
The Hill Country floods fast. When the Guadalupe River and the creeks around it flooded in July 2025, towns lost water and power for days. A hot shower is one of the first normal things a family gets back. We bring units to shelters and cleanup staging and keep them running through the recovery.
Tornadoes and winter storms
North Texas and the Panhandle sit in tornado country, and the whole state remembers Winter Storm Uri. In February 2021 the grid failed, pipes burst, and millions lost water for days. Our trailers run on their own heated tanks, so we can put hot showers at a warming center or shelter even when the city water is down.

Military and government
Texas has one of the largest military footprints in the country. Fort Cavazos is near Killeen, Fort Bliss in El Paso has training ranges over a million acres, and Joint Base San Antonio is the largest joint base in the Defense Department. Field exercises and National Guard operations along the border put troops far from any building. We are a registered SAM.gov federal contractor, so we can deliver and run shower units on military and government jobs.
Farms and ranches
Farm and ranch crews work far from any facilities. Cotton grows across the High Plains around Lubbock, cattle feedlots run in the Panhandle, and citrus and produce come out of the Rio Grande Valley. Federal field-sanitation rules require a toilet and a real handwashing station, with soap, clean water, and towels, near every hand crew. Our combo units cover showers and restrooms in one drop, and we keep them on a service route through the whole season.
Hazmat and industrial cleanups
Hazmat and industrial work often needs decontamination showers on site. Crews have to rinse off before they leave. We supply shower trailers with hot water and the capacity to handle a full crew at shift change, and we run them self-contained on sites with no hookups.

Festivals, rodeos, and events
Some of the largest events in the country happen in Texas, and most grounds do not have enough plumbing for the crowd. The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo drew more than 2.7 million people in 2025. The State Fair of Texas fills Fair Park in Dallas each fall, Austin City Limits and SXSW take over Austin, and Formula 1 races at the Circuit of the Americas. We bring shower trailers for staff, performers, vendors, and the livestock crews who stay on the grounds for the whole event.
Sporting and outdoor fitness events
Marathons, obstacle races, bike rides, and tournaments often run at parks and open sites with no showers. We set up shower trailers near the finish so athletes and staff can clean up. The units handle a steady line all day and run on their own water and power.
Construction and large building projects
Texas has major projects underway. The Samsung chip plant in Taylor is a 17-billion-dollar build that put close to 9,000 construction workers on site at its peak. Tesla’s Gigafactory near Austin and the data centers around DFW and Austin are similar. These are long jobs with big crews and no permanent facilities for months. We park self-contained units on site and time the servicing around the work.
Film and television
Film and TV productions shoot all over Texas, often far from any studio. A lot of the work happens on ranches and in small towns with nothing built. Cast and crew still need a clean, private place to shower. We deliver units sized to the production and service them around the shoot.
Homeless outreach
Houston, Austin, Dallas, and San Antonio run hygiene programs for people living on the street, and nonprofits and churches do the same. These programs need standing shower service on a lot with no water or power, week after week. We run those routes on a set schedule.
Ranches, hunting camps, and the outdoors
Hunting is big business in Texas. Deer leases in the Hill Country and South Texas put guests on remote land for the season. Glamping sites, dude ranches, and state parks like Big Bend use our units as bathhouses where there is no building to plumb. Every one of these runs off-grid, which is what our trailers are built for.
Delivery, Power, and Water Anywhere in Texas
Getting a shower trailer onto a Texas site takes more than a drop-off, and the rules change from county to county. We deliver across the whole state and plan for the site before the truck rolls.
County permits
Permit rules change across Texas counties. We tell you what your county and site will need before an inspection.
Power: hookup or generator
We plug into shore power when a site has it. When it does not, the onboard generator runs the trailer.
Water: spigot or tanks
We connect to a spigot when one is there, or run on the onboard fresh and waste tanks when the site has no plumbing.
Heat and AC in every room
Each room has its own heat and air conditioning, set for a hot coastal day or a Panhandle freeze.
Statewide coverage
We pre-position units around the state and send the closest one, which keeps the drive time short.
Built to run off-grid
On its own water and power, a unit can set up on a bare lease road or a new shelter lot with nothing built yet.
Texas Shower Trailer Rental Pricing
Pricing depends on the job, so we quote each one instead of posting a number that could mislead you. Two crews the same size can come out priced differently once you factor in the site. A few things move the price.
Distance is one. A run out past Midland takes more road time than a drop inside Loop 610. Timing is another, because hurricane season, harvest, and big event weekends all book the fleet at once. Rental length matters, since a month-long job is priced differently than a weekend. And an off-grid setup adds servicing, because someone has to bring fresh water and haul the waste out. Send us your site and dates and we will put a real number on your job.
Why Texans Choose The Lavatory
We run one of the largest shower trailer fleets in the country, more than 200 units. That means we can send the right trailer for your job and add more when one is not enough. We can put eight stations at a Permian camp and an accessible unit at a Houston shelter in the same week without running out of equipment.
We own and operate every trailer we send. We are not a broker reselling a unit we have never seen, so we control the condition, the setup, and the timing. We are fully licensed and insured, which the plants, agencies, and producers we work with require. Our SAM.gov registration clears us for federal and military jobs that many rental yards cannot bid.
And we have done this work in Texas for years. We know the drive times, the county permit rules, and the weather that swings from a heat dome to an ice storm. With more than 20,000 deliveries behind us, we know how to make reliable hot water show up on a site that has nothing.
Recent Texas Shower Trailer Rentals
These are recent jobs, with names left out. Each one shows what our trailers do when a Texas site has nothing to work with.
A storm near the coast forced a shelter open overnight for families with no power or water at home. We got the call before sunrise and had several shower trailers at the staging lot within hours. They ran on their own tanks and power because the building had none, and people were washing up by that afternoon. When the response ran past a week, we added laundry and restrooms and kept everything serviced.
A West Texas energy company needed showers for a crew living near a remote lease through a long drilling run. The nearest town was 50 minutes away. We delivered a combo unit, ran it on its own water and generator, and put it on a regular service route, so the crew got hot showers and clean restrooms at shift change without driving an hour each way.
A Central Texas general contractor staffed a large apartment build with no permanent facilities for months. We delivered self-contained shower trailers sized to the crew, picked a spot that kept them clear of the cranes, and timed servicing around the work. The job ran nine months and we never missed a service.
Texas Customer Reviews

We needed showers fast for a shelter after a storm took out water across the neighborhood. They rolled in self-contained the same day, set up on the parking lot, and the units stayed hot and clean the whole week. Lifesavers.

Our crew sits an hour from town on the lease. The trailer ran off its own water and power for weeks and never gave us trouble. Hot showers at shift change made a real difference for the guys out here.

We kept these on a big build downtown for months. They showed up on schedule, serviced everything without us asking, and the crew actually liked using them. Way nicer inside than I expected.

Booked a couple of units for a big outdoor event with no hookups anywhere on the grounds. They handled all of it, set up early, and the showers were spotless. We will call them again next year for sure.
Texas Shower Trailer Rental FAQs
Will you deliver a shower trailer to my part of Texas?
Yes. We deliver across the whole state, including Houston and the coast, Dallas and Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio, and the West Texas cities like Midland, Odessa, and El Paso. We also reach remote sites that most yards skip. Send your location and dates and we will confirm delivery.
What if my site has no water and no power?
That describes most Texas jobs we take. The trailer carries its own fresh water, holds grey and black water in onboard tanks, and runs on a built-in generator, so the showers are hot and pressurized with nothing plugged in. If your site has hookups, we use them.
Do you have ADA accessible shower trailers?
Yes. Two units are fully accessible: a single-station ADA shower and restroom combo, and an ADA suite paired with two private showers. Both have a roll-in entry, grab bars, and a fold-down bench, and both run self-contained like the rest of the fleet.
Can you respond fast for a hurricane or other emergency?
Yes. We are a FEMA disaster-relief partner with 24/7 dispatch, so we can get shower trailers to a Texas shelter or staging site quickly. We arrive running on our own water and power, get people washed up that day, and add laundry and restrooms if the response runs long.
How early should I reserve a shower trailer?
Earlier is better, especially during hurricane season, harvest, the holidays, and big event weekends when the fleet fills up. Booking ahead lets us check your site, handle any county permits, and hold the right unit. For emergencies, our 24/7 dispatch can usually move fast.
Which Texas cities and regions do you cover?
We cover the whole state, with heavy coverage in Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, Austin, San Antonio, Corpus Christi, El Paso, Midland, and Odessa. If your job is anywhere in Texas, we can get a unit to it.
How many shower stations do I need?
It depends on your crew size and how fast people cycle through. A few dozen people are fine on a smaller unit. A shelter intake or a shift change where everyone arrives at once usually needs the 8-station or a couple of trailers. Our dispatch team sizes it with you.
Can you handle military or government jobs in Texas?
Yes. We are a registered SAM.gov federal contractor, so we can take military, federal, and government shower trailer work. We have supported field operations near bases like Fort Cavazos and Fort Bliss with self-contained units kept serviced for the length of the job.
Do you do long-term rentals for oilfield or construction crews?
Yes. Permian Basin leases, pipeline jobs, and large construction sites keep our units in place for weeks or months. We set the trailer at the camp or job site, run it on its own water and power, and put it on a regular service route.
Do your shower trailers meet farm field sanitation rules?
Yes. Federal rules require toilets and real handwashing, with soap, clean water, and towels, near every hand crew. Our combo units cover showers and restrooms in one drop, and we keep them serviced through the harvest so growers stay compliant.
