Why choose The Lavatory

Number one in Provo for accessible multi-station shower trailer rentals

We own more than 250 units, the largest luxury trailer fleet in the Western U.S., and we have spent eight years staging private shower units in this market. We keep ADA shower trailer rentals in Provo on the schedule, not on a wish list. The accessible room has a self-contained ramp. It also has a roll-in shower with a seat and a hand wand. Nobody gets sent somewhere else. That unit pairs with any other trailer we bring, so one lot covers your whole crew. Call us or request a free quote and we will tell you in one conversation what fits your site.

A door that locks, every time

Each room is its own space with a light, a bench and a lock. Nobody showers in a row of curtains. On a mixed crew site that is the difference between a unit people use and a unit they avoid.

Station count off your shift window

We ask how many people have to be through in an hour before we quote a unit. Head count alone sends too many companies the wrong trailer.

Stocked, serviced, checked

Soap and paper come from us. Our driver reads water and waste levels on every visit, so you are not the one watching a tank gauge.

We plan around the canyon closure calendar

US-189 has been closing mornings between Wallsburg and Charleston and shutting down overnight for blasting, and one April Sunday the canyon closed both directions for 17 hours. We schedule Provo Canyon drops off UDOT’s posted windows and stage a day early when it is tight.

What to expect

Proof from the sports camps we have served with multi-station shower trailers

The companies that could rent anything still call us, because a bad shower at a base camp or a film set becomes the story of the whole job. The Lavatory has provided trailers for names like Google, Tesla, BMW, Mercedes, eBay, and Target, for hospitality at Caesars Palace, and for pro sports including the Golden State Warriors, Oakland A’s, and Las Vegas Raiders. For fields and race routes outside Provo, we also offer portable shower trailer rentals in Salt Lake City, UT.

The reason those bookings repeat is simple. A hot shower at the end of a long day is the one thing a crew remembers about the camp. A fire agency near Provo once called on a Thursday because the unit another company promised for a weekend base camp fell through, and we had a fully stocked trailer set and heated with hours to spare. A production running a long shoot outside town needed showers that held up day after day for cast and crew, and the same trailer stayed spotless through the whole schedule because our team serviced it. That standard travels to every Provo booking, from a two-week jobsite to a festival campground. Teams and race organizers 70 miles north of Provo can book Ogden portable shower trailer rentals.

Three decades in event and equipment rental, running the largest luxury trailer fleet in the Western U.S. Every unit ours, never a broker’s.

Inside the trailer

Private shower trailers for Provo campuses and youth camps

In Provo our flagship 8-Station unit goes to the big jobs. Think a fenced build site up north, or a fire camp parked on a canyon road with no hydrant anywhere close.

Private shower trailer parked on a paved school lot in early morning light with a mountain ridge behind it and youth camp duffel bags on a bench

Summer in Provo is camp season. BYU Youth Programs runs camps in eleven categories out of the Harman Continuing Education Building on University Parkway, from Chip Camp and Cyber Camp to ballet workshops and the Young Authors Academy. The program says it has served more than a million young people since 1946. BYU Sports Camps adds more than 70 camps and clinics, many with a housing option. Boys basketball ran three June sessions this year. Soccer ran four, from June into late July.

Dorm bathrooms cover most of that. The gaps are the sessions that overflow housing. Outdoor groups are another gap. So are camps that practice a long walk from a building. We ask one question first. How many kids have to be through in an hour? That number sets the station count, not the roster. A 120 camper session with a 45 minute window is a harder job than a 300 camper session that showers all evening.

What you find inside the shower unit

Private rooms with a lockable door

Every shower is its own room with a door that locks, a bench and a hook, so a crew or a camp showers with real privacy instead of a curtain in a row.

Hot and cold water controls

A water heater and onboard tanks feed hot and cold controls in each room, with 1.5 GPM shower heads so the hot water lasts through a full shift of people.

Air conditioning and heat

Climate control in every trailer, so a shower in a July heat wave or a January storm response feels like the one at home.

One-piece gel-coated fiberglass

Walls, ceiling and floor are one molded fiberglass surface with no seams, which is why the rooms clean fast, stay clean and never smell like a locker room.

Runs with or without hookups

Fresh and waste tanks on board, a generator when the site has no power, and the option to tie into on-site septic on a long deployment.

Serviced, stocked and pumped

We deliver the trailer stocked and come back to pump, restock and clean on longer jobs, so day twelve looks like day one.

Private rooms with a door that locks also solve a supervision problem. A camp director can post an adult outside and still give a twelve year old real privacy. Every room has its own light, its own hot and cold controls, and a bench. The doors open out to the lot, so nobody waits in a hallway.

School construction is the other campus job here. Provo City School District is deep into the Timpview High rebuild, with the cafeteria finishing in May and footings and piers going in for the auditorium and the music spaces. The district also held public meetings in September on the rebuilt Timpanogos Elementary. Trade crews on an occupied campus cannot use student bathrooms, and their staging area moves every time a phase closes out. We plan for two or three moves on a job like that instead of one drop.

Full specifications for every unit are on the 8-Station spec page and its four sister pages, or call and we will spec it to your Provo head count.

Every configuration lives on the shower trailer service page. Here is how we match one to a Utah site.

At a glance

The hot-water shower trailers we stage for Provo, size by size

Five shower units cover everything from a single ADA-compliant room to a camp that showers two hundred people a day. Every one has hot water, private rooms and climate control. Tell us the head count, how long the job runs and what the site has for water and power, and we will size it.

8-Station Private Shower Trailer staged for the Utah Valley jobs

8-Station Private Shower Trailer

Eight completely private shower rooms in a 29-foot box, built for crews, camps and relief sites of up to about 200 people a day. Hot and cold controls, 200-gallon fresh and 950-gallon waste tanks, an exterior four-sink hand wash bank under the roof line, and it can tie into on-site septic for long deployments. CAL FIRE approved for wildfire camp service, the spec incident teams ask for in every western state.

ADA + 2 Private Shower Trailer, delivered to sites from Provo to Springville

ADA + 2 Private Shower Trailer

Two standard private shower rooms plus one ADA room with a self-contained ramp, built to federal ADA requirements. The right unit when a site needs accessibility without giving up capacity, with 210 gallons of fresh water on board.

4-Station Shower, Restroom and Laundry Combo for rent near Spanish Fork and Provo

4-Station Shower, Restroom and Laundry Combo

Four private bathrooms, each with a toilet, sink, shower and power outlet, plus a washer and dryer in a separate room. A self-contained hygiene block for a crew of up to about 30 on a remote or long-term job.

2-Station Shower and Restroom Combo available for schools and camps around Provo

2-Station Shower and Restroom Combo

Two private bathrooms with a toilet, sink and shower each, in a compact 11-foot box. The pick for a small crew, a ranch job or a production base that needs both functions in one footprint.

Single-Station ADA Shower and Restroom Combo staged for the Utah Valley jobs

Single-Station ADA Shower and Restroom Combo

One fully accessible room: ADA china toilet with grab bars, roll-in shower with a seat and hand wand, ADA-height sink and vanity, and a ramp that deploys in minutes. It pairs with any other unit so every person on site is covered.

Bigger jobs run several trailers side by side, and long deployments get a service schedule instead of a one-time drop. If you are between sizes, we spec it to the head count rather than nudge you into more trailer than the job calls for.

We serve crews, camps and productions with shower trailer rentals throughout Utah, sized to the head count.

Other Provo work our portable shower trailers cover

Three kinds of work keep our Provo units busy most of the year. Campuses and youth programs in summer. Build crews and camps from spring through the first hard freeze. And remote sites out past the valley that have no water line at all. Each one is a different setup, and we do not pretend otherwise.

Film and TV units in Provo

Film and TV units

Utah approved another round of film incentives this year, and productions have filmed in Utah County. A base camp in a parking lot gets two private rooms and power off the building.

Races and endurance events in Provo

Races and endurance events

The Utah Valley Marathon loads shuttles at 200 N 100 W between 3:10 and 4:15 a.m. and finishes at the Utah County Courthouse park. Start crews and canyon aid station volunteers work before sunrise. No buildings up there either.

County outreach hygiene events in Provo

County outreach hygiene events

Utah County ran its winter warming center at the Public Works Red Warehouse on State Street from November 17 to March 1. A warehouse lot has power and a place to pump, which is exactly what a mobile shower setup needs.

Festival and camp staging in Provo

Festival and camp staging

The Freedom Festival runs about 30 events, and the Grand Parade alone draws 350,000 people along University Avenue and Center Street. The crews behind that work 18 hour days in July heat.

Relief and evacuation sites in Provo

Relief and evacuation sites

When the Red Cross opens a shelter in a gym or a church hall, the building has two showers for hundreds of people. We park capacity on the lot within hours.

What ties these together is that a hot shower changes how a long day ends. Because our units sit staged across the region instead of a couple of states away, getting a shower trailer to a Provo site, even on a short-notice call, is an ordinary ask here, not a scramble.

Bottom line

What one shift without a private shower trailer costs race weekends

Hot-water shower trailer staged outside Provo

Think about what a Provo deployment actually costs to run. Wages, lodging, fuel, the schedule pressure, the people you are asking to work long days away from home. Then picture the end of that shift with nowhere to get clean. A shower is the one thing every person on site uses, and it is the detail they quietly judge the whole camp by.

A private shower trailer protects everything else you are spending. Crews sleep better and stay on the job, a production keeps cast and crew comfortable through a long schedule, and a relief site gives people back a piece of normal. Set against the cost of the deployment, it is a small line item that carries a lot of the morale, which is why the managers who have run a camp without one book the trailer first the next time.

On paper

First call to final pickup for a private shower trailer in Provo

Booking should be the easy part of running a site. Four steps, a straight answer, and one team that owns the whole thing.

1

Tell us about the site

Share the dates, a rough head count and where the trailer will sit. That is enough for us to point you to the right unit and count.

2

We match the trailer and the hookups

We confirm whether the site has water and power or needs a generator and a supply, and pin the exact spot so delivery is one clean trip.

3

Delivery and setup

We arrive on your schedule, level and set the trailer, connect it, heat the water and stock every room so it is ready before the first shift ends.

4

Use it, we handle service and pickup

The trailer holds up through the whole deployment while our line stays open. When you are done, we come back and take it away.

Self-contained shower unit rentals for off-grid Utah job sites

Self-contained shower trailer on bare desert ground at a remote solar construction site with service truck and water tank alongside

A lot of the work we stage from Provo is not in Provo. It is an hour southwest in the Tintic district around Eureka, where the old mines produced 19.1 million tons of ore between 1869 and 1987 and the ground now draws cleanup crews. Out past the west desert, Creekstone Energy got zoning approval to build solar on 13,000 acres of state trust land to feed a data center campus in Delta. Down at the Delta power plant, new turbines burn a gas and hydrogen blend.

None of those sites have a sewer line or a hydrant. So the unit has to be a closed system with a schedule behind it. The 8-Station holds 200 gallons of fresh and 950 gallons of waste, and those two numbers decide how often a truck drives out. We set the water delivery and the pump visits before the trailer leaves our yard, because nobody wants to find out on a Thursday that a crew of 60 has no hot water until Monday.

Getting there is its own problem. The canyon route east has had morning closures and overnight blasting shutdowns all year, and a missed window turns a four hour round trip into a day. We schedule remote drops around the posted closures and stage a day early when the calendar is tight. Our Utah crew shower trailer rentals move on a plan, not on hope.

Harvest counts here too. McMullin Orchards alone farms over 900 acres across Payson, Genola and the south shore of Utah Lake, and picking crews show up on a date the weather picks. This year a mid April freeze after the warmest winter in 131 years wiped out most of the tart cherry crop, and Payson Fruit Growers processed maybe 10 to 15 percent of normal. Growers cannot carry a unit they do not need, so we write short terms that move with the fruit.

Hot-water shower trailers for Provo crew camps and road jobs

Eight station shower trailer set on gravel at a highway construction staging yard with jersey barriers and a generator nearby at dusk

Utah County is one long construction corridor right now. UDOT is building a 2.8 mile freeway to freeway connection at 2100 North with fourteen new bridges, and that work runs through the end of 2028. Up the canyon, US-189 is going to two lanes each way with completion expected in late 2027. These are shift jobs. Dust, diesel, early starts.

Federal sanitation rules for construction call for washing facilities near the work whenever crews handle coatings or other harmful material. So we size the unit off the largest single shift, then off the shower window. A camp with a 6 a.m. and a 6 p.m. change pushes everybody through in about two hours. That window fills stations, not the head count on the contract.

North end work is bigger again. One 193 acre data center campus in Eagle Mountain topped out with about 2,000 construction workers on site, with three buildings between roughly 579,000 and 592,000 square feet finishing this year. Utah City is rising on the old Geneva Steel ground in Vineyard, 700 acres with a 272,000 square foot hospital going up inside it. Provo Airport is going from four gates to ten, with the north concourse opening in December 2027. Those jobs are why our 8-Station private shower trailer rentals exist: eight rooms, a 50 amp feed, and an exterior 4-sink hand wash bank that only the 8-Station carries.

We also get the long ones. A year on a campus rebuild or a canyon job means a crew living out of rentals and RVs, and that is where the 4-Station combo with the washer and dryer pays for itself. Four private bathrooms, laundry in its own room, and a septic tie-in if the site has one. On a long job we stop hauling waste and plumb it in.

Think it through

Keeping crew shower trailers clean through a long Provo job

Delivery and service visit on the Utah Valley shower trailer job

We handle the whole thing, not just the drop-off. Our team delivers the trailer, levels and sets it, connects water and power or stages a generator and a water supply, fires the heater and stocks every room before the first person needs it. When the job wraps, we come back and haul it away.

On longer or higher-traffic bookings in Provo, we pump and restock on a schedule, and an on-site attendant is available for camps and productions where the trailer runs all day. That always-clean standard is the difference between a shower people use once and one they are glad to use every night of the job.

The part that matters

Site planning and ADA access for self-contained shower units in Provo

Provo City requires a special event permit for an event of any size on city property, which covers parks, city owned parking lots, streets and sidewalks. On private property inside the city, the trigger is 300 or more people. The city asks for applications at least 90 days out and reviews take a minimum of 14 working days. The review committee pulls in the mayor’s office, police and fire, public works, and parks and recreation. Anything in the public right of way needs a legible traffic control plan that follows Chapter 6 of the federal traffic control manual, and downtown events need a letter from the downtown organization. Private property and fenced job sites are simpler, and that is where most of our work sits. We wrote a short guide on setting up a laundry trailer.

On construction sites the federal sanitation rule is the one that matters. It sets toilet counts by crew size, one for 20 or fewer, then one seat and one urinal per 40 workers above that. It also requires washing facilities near the work where crews handle coatings, herbicides or other harmful material, and OSHA reads that broadly. Where showers are required the figure is one shower for every 10 employees of each sex, with hot and cold water and body soap. Sites with contamination risk also need change rooms.

Then there is the water that goes down the drain. Utah defines graywater as untreated wastewater that never touched toilet waste, which includes shower, washbasin and laundry water. It still cannot go on the ground. Holding tanks have to be pumped at regular intervals and the contents taken to an approved facility, and the state requires a contract with an approved pumper under its pumper rule. Disposal also has to satisfy the local health department, which here is Utah County Health Department. We handle all of that as part of the rental, and on long jobs we tie into septic instead, which cuts the truck visits.

Shower trailer on a crew camps job, the Utah Valley

The ADA and site access details we take care of

  • ADA-compliant shower units with a ramp, roll-in shower, seat, hand wand, grab bars and an ADA-height sink.
  • Guidance on where to place the trailer so it is easy to reach, easy to service and level.
  • Water and power sorted before delivery, with a generator and a water supply staged when the site has neither.
  • Licensed and insured on every unit we put on the road.

One thing we always say plainly: some sites, agencies and city permits have their own rules on placement, accessibility, greywater and temporary hygiene facilities. Tell us the site and we will help you plan around them, but confirm any permit requirements with the property or the agency as well.

Worth a minute

From the field: private shower trailers on recent Provo-area jobs

Lavatory unit between deployments outside Provo

Site superintendent, high school rebuild on the north side

Phase two closed off his whole laydown area with three weeks notice, and the trade bathrooms went with it. We moved a 4-Station combo to the far corner of the staff lot on a Tuesday and ran it off two building circuits. Then moved it again in August when the performing arts footings started. Same unit, three addresses, one contract.

County emergency manager, canyon fire at dusk

A fire came up a drainage on a Wednesday evening and the base camp went into a trailhead lot with no hydrant and no panel. Our 8-Station was on the ground before the next morning’s briefing with a generator and a water haul schedule already set. Engine crews coming off a 16 hour shift got eight private rooms and the outside 4-sink hand wash bank that only the 8-Station carries.

Camp director, overflow session on a Provo campus

Housing double booked and 90 campers landed in a building with four working showers. We dropped two units behind the field house on a Sunday afternoon and ran both off building circuits. The evening shower block went from 90 minutes of standing around to about 35.

What each Provo neighborhood needs from a shower trailer

The Utah Valley corridors we cover with shower trailers

We deliver across Provo and the rest of the valley, and we serve every state. Provo is the hub we stage from for this region, which is why a job in Orem or Springville gets same day attention and a canyon camp gets a unit overnight. Tell us the gate, the power and the ground, and we will tell you what fits.

We cover Provo shower trailer rentals across Utah. Towns and job corridors we serve include Downtown Provo, Joaquin, Maeser, Franklin, Dixon, Timp, East Bay, Grandview North, Grandview South, North Park, Carterville, Edgemont, Rock Canyon, Indian Hills, Pleasant View, Riverbottoms, Oak Hills, Foothills, Provost, Spring Creek, Lakeview, Fort Utah, Orem, Vineyard.

Jobs outside town are covered too; the Utah shower trailer coverage map shows every corridor.

Edgemont, Rock Canyon and Indian Hills, Utah

Edgemont, Rock Canyon and Indian Hills

Bench neighborhoods with tight streets, parked cars on both sides and real grade. The 11 foot 2-Station box fits where a 35 foot combination will not. We walk the access with the super before we commit to a spot.

Joaquin and downtown, Utah

Joaquin and downtown

Student blocks and the Center Street core, where Nu Skin Plaza hosts the Rooftop Concert Series on five Friday nights from May to September. Space is the constraint downtown, not power. Anything in the right of way needs a traffic control plan, and we help put that together.

East Bay, Utah

East Bay

The flat industrial strip south of downtown along I-15 and the best ground in the city for a big unit. Laydown yards here have panels, room for a service truck, and gates that a 35 foot combination can actually clear.

Lakeview, Fort Utah and Provo Bay, Utah

Lakeview, Fort Utah and Provo Bay

West side lake bottom, flat and wet in spring. Shoulders will not hold a loaded trailer in April. Delta Gateway Park and the 3.8 mile delta loop trail brought new crews and new visitors out this way, and the park ground is soft most of the runoff season.

Provost, Spring Creek and Slate Canyon, Utah

Provost, Spring Creek and Slate Canyon

South bench ground backing into the foothills, where the Buckley Draw fire burned about 400 acres in August of 2025. Access is narrow and fire staging happens fast. We keep a unit that can leave the yard inside an hour.

Planned rentals are usually scheduled the same week, and we do our best to cover last-minute Provo dates when a trailer is nearby.

Answers on renting self-contained shower units around Provo

Private shower trailer set up near Spanish Fork for remote sites
Do your combo units have restrooms and laundry in the same trailer?

Yes. The 4-Station combo gives you four private bathrooms, and each one has its own toilet, sink and shower. The washer and dryer sit in a separate room so laundry does not tie up a shower. That unit fits crews up to about 30 and it is the one we send on long Provo jobs where people are living out of rentals. If you need less, the 2-Station combo does the same thing in an 11 foot box.

Will two regular circuits run a shower trailer, or do I need a generator on a Provo job site?

It depends on the unit. The ADA plus 2, the 2-Station combo and the single ADA combo each run on two ordinary 120 volt 20 amp circuits, and most Provo schools, shops, parks and church lots already have that. The 8-Station is different. It wants one 50 amp 220 volt circuit, so on a fenced site with no panel that means a generator. Tell us what is available and we will match the unit to it.

Can a worker in a wheelchair use your shower trailer on a Provo site?

Yes, and that is not an add-on here. The ADA plus 2 has a self-contained ramp and a roll-in shower with a seat and a hand wand, and it meets federal and California accessibility requirements. The single-station ADA combo does the same in a smaller footprint with a china toilet, grab bars and an accessible sink. Either one parks beside a standard unit, so your whole crew uses the same setup on the same lot. We keep those units available instead of treating them as a special order.

Is there a minimum rental length, and can I keep a unit for a full year on a campus job?

Short term, long term and 24/7 emergency are all normal for us. A race weekend or a fire camp might need a temporary shower trailer for three days. A school rebuild or a canyon highway job often runs a year or more, and those are our favorite jobs because we can set a service rhythm and leave it alone. On long placements we will tie into septic if the site has it. Dates can flex too, which matters for harvest work where the weather sets the schedule.

Where does the shower water go, and how often do you pump it?

Into the waste tank, then out with an approved pumper to an approved disposal site. Utah counts shower and laundry water as graywater, and it still cannot go on the ground or into a storm drain. The 8-Station carries 950 gallons of waste behind 200 gallons of fresh, which on most crews means a scheduled visit instead of an emergency one. We set the cadence off your head count before delivery. The disposal paperwork is ours, not yours.

What permits do I need to park a shower trailer in Provo, and where can it sit?

On private property or inside a fenced job site, usually nothing beyond your own site approvals. On city property, which includes parks, city lots, streets and sidewalks, Provo requires a special event permit for an event of any size, and the city asks for the application at least 90 days out. Events on private property with 300 or more people need one too. Anything in the right of way needs a traffic control plan. We have done enough Provo drops to tell you early which category you are in.

When it drops below freezing in January, or bakes in July, does the unit still work?

That is what the heat, the insulated lines and the smart thermostat are for. The bench and the canyons run colder than the valley, so we set freeze protection up at delivery and check it on every service visit. Summer is the opposite job. The AC runs, and cold water sits on its own control in every room so crews can actually cool off before the drive home. We run units here twelve months a year, not six.

How long does the hot water last, and how fast does it come back?

Longer than people expect, because the heads are metered instead of wide open. That is the whole trick. Recovery keeps up when showers are staggered, which is how an eight room unit serves a full shift without anybody waiting on the tank. The problem is never the tank, it is the window. If your entire crew hits the showers in one 30 minute block we will add stations rather than promise you hot water that is not there.

Our job site sits up Provo Canyon with no water line. What do you need from us?

Level ground we can back onto, a gate wide enough for a 35 foot combination if you want the 8-Station, and an honest answer about power. We bring everything else. We set water delivery and pumping before the unit leaves the yard, and we build the drop around the posted canyon closures. Tell us the access road and we will tell you which unit can make the turn.

Do you work with school districts and county agencies on purchase orders?

Constantly. We are registered in SAM.gov and we carry the insurance certificates districts and counties ask for before a first delivery. That means a school district can open a purchase order and a county can call us during an emergency without waiting on procurement. We have been through this with public agencies for years, so the paperwork is not what slows the unit down.

Are your units private rooms or one open shower area?

Private rooms with doors that lock. Every room has its own light, its own hot and cold controls, and a bench, and the walls, ceiling and floor are smooth gel-coated fiberglass instead of tile and grout. That surface is why a unit that has been on a dusty site for months still cleans up. Nobody here rents a gang shower, on any unit in the fleet.

Provo shower trailer planning guides from our crew

Shower trailer on a schools and camps job near Orem, the kind of booking these guides come from

We bring more than showers to Provo job sites, so here is the rest of what we stage in this valley.

How to size shower stations for a Provo crew, step by step

Most people size a shower setup off the wrong number. They count everybody on the contract. The number that matters is the largest single shift, and then the length of the window those people have to get clean in. After years of placing units on Utah Valley job sites, that is the first thing we ask and the last thing a new customer expects.

Start with the federal figure. The construction sanitation rule says that where showers are required, there should be one shower for every 10 employees of each sex, with hot and cold water and body soap provided. On paper that makes an eight room unit a fit for an 80 person shift. Use that as your floor, not your answer.

OSHA construction sanitation standard, 29 CFR 1926.51

A cold weather checklist for running shower units through a Provo winter

Provo winters are not mild and the valley numbers undersell it. January averages a high near 32 and a low near 15, with about eight inches of snow in the month and close to twelve snow days. Put a unit on the bench or up a canyon and subtract a few more degrees. We have pulled frozen units out of Utah Valley lots in January, and not one of them was ours.

We run the same checklist every December. First, confirm the unit has real heat inside and a thermostat, not a space heater somebody set on the floor. Every mobile shower trailer in our fleet has air conditioning, heat and a smart thermostat, which is the baseline for a December deployment.

American Red Cross winter storm preparedness

What to ask before a shower unit goes up Provo Canyon or out to a remote site

Remote placements fail for boring reasons. A gate two feet too narrow, or a turnaround that looked fine on satellite and is not. We stage units from Provo to mine ground near Eureka and to solar work out past the west desert. Fire camps up the canyons too. The jobs that go smoothly are the ones where somebody asked these questions first.

Start with the route, not the address. US-6 through Spanish Fork Canyon has been running one way alternating traffic during daytime hours while the safety work goes on, and the US-6 and US-89 junction at Thistle is being rebuilt as a grade separated crossing. UDOT publishes the closure windows, and we build drops around them instead of finding out at the flagger.

What actually changes the cost of a Provo shower trailer rental

Nobody likes a vague quote. We will not put numbers on a web page, because a three day race weekend and a year on a canyon job are not the same animal. But you deserve to know what moves the number. Bring these seven things to the call and you will get a straight answer in one pass.

Station count is the biggest lever, and it comes from your shift window rather than your roster. Eight private rooms cost more than two. If your crew staggers, you may need fewer stations than you think, and that is the cheapest change you can make to a quote. Bring the shift schedule, not just the head count.
