Bathroom & Shower Trailer Rentals in Colorado
The Lavatory is the #1 name for restroom, shower and laundry trailer rentals across Colorado, from Denver and the Front Range to the mountain resorts, the Western Slope and the Eastern Plains. Rapid same-day deployment and 24/7 immediate dispatch mean we can often be there within 1 to 2 hours.

One Colorado partner for restrooms, showers and laundry

Most Colorado projects need more than one kind of trailer. A ranch wedding outside Loveland wants a restroom trailer that feels like a guest bath. A wildfire base camp in the San Juans needs private showers and a place to wash clothes for crews who will not see a house for two weeks. A stadium build in Denver needs restrooms for the trades, an accessible unit for inspectors and, once the crew count climbs, showers at the end of a shift. We rent all of it, and we run all of it, so you are not juggling three vendors with three delivery windows.
Strictly luxury, never plastic. Every Lavatory unit is a real trailer with flushing china toilets, running water, stainless sinks, mirrors, lighting, heat and air conditioning. Our shower trailers give each person a private, lockable room with hot water and a changing area. Our laundry trailer puts commercial washers and dryers on site. Pair them however the job needs, and we will plan the water, power and waste side with you.
Colorado is a big state with a lot of elevation in it. The questions that matter here are different from the ones a vendor on the coast asks: how steep is the drive, will the pad be cleared of snow, does the generator have enough output at 9,000 feet, and what happens when a June storm rolls over the Front Range at four in the afternoon. We ask those questions up front and size the plan around the answers.
We are the largest luxury restroom trailer company in the Western U.S., with over 250 units, and the #1 trusted partner for hosts, planners and contractors across the West. National brands and venues such as Google, Tesla, BMW and Caesars Palace have trusted our trailers, and so do families planning a backyard reception. The same standard applies to both: the trailer arrives clean, works all day, and someone answers the phone at 2 a.m. if you need us.
We own every trailer we send. There is no broker in the middle marking up someone else's equipment, and no subcontractor showing up in an unmarked truck. The team that quotes your Colorado job is the team that schedules it, and the driver who sets it up knows how the unit works because it is ours. When something changes, one call to dispatch changes the plan. Add a shift, grow the guest list, or move the date ahead of a storm, and the same people handle it.

The companies that could rent anything still call us for restrooms, because a cheap plastic unit at a launch party or a shareholder event ruins everything the day is meant to say. The Lavatory has provided luxury restrooms for names like Google, Tesla, BMW, Mercedes, eBay, and Target, for hospitality at Caesars Palace, and for pro sports including the Golden State Warriors, Oakland A’s, and Las Vegas Raiders.

“Our Colorado fundraiser ran late into the evening and the trailer never looked used. The crew showed up early, set everything up quietly and was gone before guests arrived. Professional people with a really sharp looking restroom.”

“Opening day at our new Colorado apartment community needed restrooms for a few hundred visitors. The office handled scheduling and paperwork without fuss, the trailer was spotless, and residents kept asking where we found something that nice.”

“A different company left us stranded right before our celebration in Colorado. The Lavatory brought a gorgeous, spotless trailer on short notice and turned a stressful week around for us.”
Where we work across Colorado
Colorado splits into very different working regions, and each one changes how we plan a delivery. Most of the population lives along I-25 between Fort Collins and Pueblo, the high country starts a few miles west of Denver, and the Western Slope sits on the far side of the Continental Divide. Here is how we think about the state, from the cities on I-25 to the mountain towns and the plains.

Denver metro and the central Front Range
Denver, Aurora, Lakewood, Arvada, Westminster, Thornton and Centennial carry most of the state's event and construction calendar, from National Western Stock Show weeks in January to summer street festivals and the stadium, airport and transit work that keeps the metro busy year round. Red Rocks alone hosted more than 200 shows in 2025, and the parking lots, tailgates and production compounds around venues like it need restrooms of their own. Events on Denver public land file a site plan with the Office of Special Events 60 days before setup, and that plan has to show where the toilets and accessible routes go. See our restroom trailer rentals in Denver.
Colorado Springs and the Pikes Peak region
Colorado Springs, Monument, Fountain and Woodland Park mix military and aerospace work, Air Force Academy events, races on and around Pikes Peak, and a long wedding season in the foothills. Park events here follow the city's two toilets per 250 guests guideline with an accessible share. See our shower trailer rentals in Colorado Springs.
Boulder County and Northern Colorado
Boulder, Longmont, Fort Collins, Loveland and Greeley bring university events, brewery festivals, farm and ranch weddings, and big agricultural and energy work out on the Weld County plains. Greeley's Westside project and steady DJ Basin activity keep crews in the field most of the year. See our luxury restroom trailers in Boulder.
The I-70 mountain corridor and resort towns
Evergreen, Idaho Springs, Summit County, Vail, Aspen, Steamboat and Telluride host ski events, mountain weddings, summer music festivals and resort renovations. Deliveries here are planned around I-70 traffic holds and pass weather, and around drives with grades, switchbacks and tight gates. Large ceremonies tend to stay on private ranch or resort land, since gatherings of 75 or more on national forest land need a special use permit.
Grand Junction and the Western Slope
Grand Junction, Palisade, Fruita, Montrose and Durango mean orchard and vineyard weddings, the Palisade peach season, river and trail events, and a run of new commercial and mining work. Long hauls over the Divide are planned days ahead, and units stay out for the season when a project runs long. See our portable restroom rentals in Grand Junction.
Pueblo, Southern Colorado and the San Luis Valley
Pueblo's state fair, the long-rail steel mill work and the fire seasons in Custer, Huerfano and the southern ranges keep this region busy. The San Luis Valley sits above 7,500 feet, so generator sizing and freeze protection matter even in shoulder seasons.
The Eastern Plains
Sterling, Fort Morgan, Limon, La Junta and the farm towns east of I-25 call us for county fairs, rodeos, harvest crews, wind and solar builds, and community events where the nearest building with plumbing is miles away.
Wherever your site is in Colorado, call (720) 500-6612 and a dispatcher will check the route and timing.
Restroom, shower and laundry trailer rentals in Colorado
Every service below ships from the same fleet and books through the same dispatcher. Mix units on one site, add a unit halfway through a project, or swap sizes when your head count moves. Each card links to the full Colorado page or the spec page for that service.

Luxury restroom trailers
Two, three, five and nine station layouts plus the eight-room private stall trailer, for anything from a 60-guest backyard dinner to a festival crowd in the thousands. Flushing toilets, sinks with running water, mirrors, lighting and climate control in every unit.

Private shower trailers
Eight private shower rooms, each with its own lock, hot water and a changing bench. Fire crews, pipeline and plant shutdown crews, race weekends, camps, film units and resorts with a broken bathhouse all book them here.

Laundry trailers
Eight commercial washer and dryer stations in one trailer, so a remote camp or a long disaster response can keep crews in clean clothes without trucking bags to a town laundromat.

Shower, restroom and laundry combos
Showers, a restroom and a laundry room in a single trailer. Ranch camps, small field crews and seasonal businesses use it when one hookup has to cover all three needs.

Accessible restroom and shower units
Ground-level ramps with handrails, a wide door and a roomy interior with grab bars. We pair them with standard units so a site plan carries the accessible share a city or venue asks for.
Not sure which mix fits? Tell us the date, the head count, the hours and the site, and we will send a recommendation the same day. Every unit arrives clean, stocked and leveled, and leaves the same way.

How many trailers a Colorado event or job site needs

These are the rules of thumb our dispatchers use when a Colorado customer calls. Your permit or venue may set its own count, and long hours, an open bar or hot weather push you up a size.
City events and festivals
Colorado Springs recommends two toilets for every 250 attendees for park events, with at least 10 percent of the units accessible. A 2,500-person festival there lands near 20 toilets: two nine-station trailers plus an accessible unit usually covers it.
Weddings and private parties
A five-station restroom trailer is the common pick for 150 to 450 guests, and the eight-room private stall unit suits 400 to 600. Under 150 guests, a two or three station trailer fits a driveway or a ranch lot.
Construction and work crews
Federal OSHA rule 29 CFR 1926.51 sets one toilet for crews of 20 or fewer, then one toilet seat and one urinal per 40 workers. Colorado employers fall under federal OSHA, so that table is the floor on a job site.
Ski events and resort weekends
Cold weather slows everything down: guests spend longer inside, and lines form at breaks. For a slope-side event we usually go one size up from the summer count and keep a heated accessible unit near the main path.
Long projects and emergency camps
For a crew staying weeks or months, plan restrooms by the OSHA table, showers by shift size and one laundry trailer for roughly every 100 to 150 people. We adjust the mix as the crew grows or shrinks.
Showers for crews and camps
One eight-station shower trailer comfortably turns over a crew of 80 to 120 people in a morning and evening window. Big fire camps and long shutdowns run several units side by side with a laundry trailer nearby.
Colorado events, job sites and emergencies we support
A Colorado season can put the same trailer at a ranch wedding in June, a fire camp in August and a Stock Show lot in January. These are the jobs we see most, and the list is never closed.

Weddings and private celebrations
Ranch and barn venues along the foothills, mountain lodges, Western Slope orchards and backyards anywhere a house bathroom cannot handle a hundred guests. Aspen color in late September is a favorite date, so book early.
Festivals, fairs and sporting events
Music weekends, beer and food festivals, county fairs, rodeos, races, tournaments and team camps. We stage units so lines stay short at peak times and service them between sessions.
Construction and industrial work
Stadium and campus builds, data centers, warehouses, road and transit work, plant shutdowns, mines and energy sites. Long-term rentals with a set pumping schedule keep crews on the clock.
Wildfire, flood and disaster response
Incident base camps, evacuation centers and utility restoration crews need restrooms, showers and laundry fast. Our 24/7 line dispatches the moment a call comes in, and units stay as long as the response runs.
Film, TV and commercial shoots
Productions shooting under Colorado's film incentive use our trailers for cast, crew and extras holding, often moving with the unit between mountain and city locations.
Races, rides and outdoor sports
Trail runs, mountain bike races, cycling tours, triathlons and youth tournaments that stretch along a course or fill a park for a weekend. We spread smaller units along the route and put the bigger ones at the start and finish, where the crowd gathers and the lines get long.
Corporate and brand events
Company picnics, product launches, golf tournaments, trade show lots and executive retreats in the mountains. The eight-room private stall trailer is the favorite when the guest list is long and the dress code is formal.
Farms, ranches and harvest crews
Weld and Larimer county farms, Western Slope orchards and San Luis Valley potato operations bring in seasonal crews who need clean restrooms near the field and, on longer harvests, showers and laundry at the bunkhouse.
Schools, campuses and public agencies
Graduations, homecoming weekends, field days and building projects at schools and universities, plus city, county and state agencies that need units for parks work, elections, clinics and emergency shelters.
Resorts, campgrounds and facilities
Ski areas, lodges, camps and campgrounds call us during a bathhouse renovation or after a broken water line. Restaurants, offices and churches book units while their own bathrooms are being remodeled.

Built for Colorado weather, from January cold to July hail

Denver averages about 60 inches of snow a year and well over 100 freeze and thaw cycles, and the mountains get far more. In winter we run heated cabins, protect water tanks and lines, and ask for a plowed, level pad. Service visits are scheduled around storms, not after them.
Summer brings the opposite problem. Front Range afternoons regularly pass 90 degrees in July, so every restroom and shower trailer runs air conditioning. Colorado also ranks second only to Texas for hail claims, and hail season peaks from May through July, so we place units away from limbs and secure them for the wind gusts that come with those cells.
Altitude changes the equipment math. A generator loses roughly 3.5 percent of its output for every 1,000 feet of elevation, which is a real gap at Breckenridge or in the San Luis Valley. When a site has no shore power, we size the generator for the elevation and the load, not for sea level.
Late summer is wildfire season. In 2026 Colorado fires burned roughly 235,000 acres, and the Aspen Acres Fire alone covered more than 100,000 acres across Custer, Pueblo and Huerfano counties. Incident camps like those need restrooms, showers and laundry within hours, and they move when the fire moves. Our 24/7 line is built for that kind of call.
Spring and fall are the shoulder seasons, and they can be the trickiest. A May wedding in the foothills can see 75 degrees at noon and a snow squall by evening, and an October festival on the plains can swing 40 degrees in a day. We leave heat and air conditioning ready on every unit so nobody has to guess.

Permits, access and site prep in Colorado

Public events usually carry the most paperwork. Denver's Office of Special Events wants applications 60 days before setup, 90 days for complex events, and the site plan must show toilets and accessible access. Colorado Springs park permits are due 30 days out. Private events on private land generally skip those steps, though a county or HOA may still have rules. We send trailer dimensions and layouts so your plan is accurate.
For mountain and rural sites, send us the gate width, the steepest grade on the drive, the surface (gravel, dirt, grass or pavement) and a few photos. Cattle guards, low branches and tight turns are all fine when we know about them ahead of time. In winter, a plowed and sanded spot near the event is the single biggest help.
On job sites we work to the OSHA sanitation table and the site's own safety plan, and waste is hauled and disposed of by licensed haulers under Colorado's Regulation 43 septage rules. If the site has water and sewer hookups, we can connect to them and cut down on service visits.
Remote sites without water or power are routine for us. Every unit carries fresh water and waste tanks sized for a full day of use, and we bring a generator when there is no outlet within reach. For multi-day jobs far from town, we set the service route so tanks are refilled and pumped before they get close to full, and we can stage a water supply on site for shower trailers that run hard every morning and evening.

What Colorado customers say about The Lavatory

“We camped with a big group of friends up in the Colorado mountains and rented a shower and restroom combo trailer. Hot water in the middle of nowhere felt like a tiny cabin, and delivery was right on schedule.”

“Skeptical at first about spending on a nicer bathroom for our outdoor Colorado ceremony, I changed my mind fast. Flushing toilets, warm water and bright lights inside, and our family barely had to think about it.”

“Quick replies, friendly staff and a restroom trailer that was clean and attractive. We will use The Lavatory for every Colorado event that needs bathrooms.”
Colorado restroom, shower and laundry trailer questions
Which trailers can I rent from The Lavatory in Colorado?
Restroom trailers from two to nine stations, the eight-room private stall unit, private shower trailers, shower and restroom combos, a shower, restroom and laundry combo, an eight-station laundry trailer, and accessible restroom and shower units. You can mix any of them on one site.
How fast can you deliver in Colorado?
We offer rapid same-day deployment and 24/7 immediate dispatch. Along the Front Range we can often be there within 1 to 2 hours when a unit is free. Mountain and Western Slope deliveries are planned around pass weather and I-70 traffic, so call as early as you can.
Do your trailers work in a Colorado winter?
Yes. Units run heat, water tanks and lines are protected from freezing, and we schedule service around storms. A plowed, level pad close to the event makes setup and service much easier.
Can you serve a mountain venue with a steep or gravel drive?
Usually, yes. Send the gate width, the steepest grade, the surface and a few photos, and we will confirm the right trailer and approach before delivery day.
Do I need power or water hookups?
No. Every unit carries its own fresh water and waste tanks, and we can bring a generator sized for your elevation. If shore power or hookups are close, we will use them to cut down on service visits.
How many restrooms does a Colorado event need?
It depends on head count, hours and the venue, but Colorado Springs recommends two toilets per 250 guests with 10 percent accessible, and many planners use that as a starting point. Call us with your numbers and we will size it.
Do you rent shower and laundry trailers for wildfire camps and long projects?
Yes. Fire camps, utility crews, shutdowns and remote work camps book our shower and laundry trailers for weeks or months, with service on a set schedule and 24/7 dispatch.
Do you offer accessible units?
Yes. We rent accessible restroom units and accessible shower units with ramps, handrails and roomy interiors, and we pair them with standard trailers so your plan meets the venue or permit requirement.
Who handles cleaning, pumping and restocking?
We do. We set the service schedule from your head count and hours, and our team can add visits during a busy weekend or a long shift.
Can one trailer handle restrooms, showers and laundry?
Yes. Our four-station combo trailer carries showers, a restroom and a laundry room in one unit, which suits small crews, ranch camps and seasonal staff housing. Bigger groups do better with separate units.
How long can I keep units on site?
As long as you need them. We rent for a single evening, a weekend, a season or a project that runs for months, and long-term rentals come with a fixed service schedule.
Do you deliver to the Western Slope and the mountain towns?
Yes. Grand Junction, Montrose, Durango, Aspen, Vail, Steamboat, Telluride and the towns between them are all in our Colorado service area. Longer routes are scheduled ahead and timed around pass weather.
What do you need from me before delivery?
The address or a map pin, the event or work hours, a head count, the gate width and the ground surface, and a contact who will be on site. Photos of the spot help a lot on rural and mountain properties.
Can you handle a last-minute request?
Often, yes. Call our 24/7 line with the address and head count. If a unit is free nearby, rapid same-day deployment is possible, and along the Front Range we can often be there within 1 to 2 hours.
Do the trailers have heat, air conditioning and lighting?
Yes. Every restroom and shower trailer has heat, air conditioning, interior lighting and exterior lights by the doors, so guests and crews are comfortable in a January cold snap or a July heat wave.
Do you list prices online?
No. Every quote depends on the units, dates, location and service plan, so we build each one for the job. Call or request a quote and you will have it quickly, with no hidden fees.
Still have a question? Our Colorado dispatch line answers day or night at (720) 500-6612.
